To provide a battery connecting body and a power supply device capable of maintaining a state where a cover portion covers a connecting member. A bus bar module includes a plurality of bus bars that each connects electrodes of adjacent ones of a plurality of batteries arranged such that the electrodes thereof are arranged on a straight line to electrically connect the plurality of batteries in series and a casing that houses the plurality of bus bars. The casing includes a plurality of bus bar housing portions that each house each of the bus bars and the cover portions that each cover an opening of each of the bus bar housing portions, and the cover portions are each retained by the bus bar.

Battery connecting body and power supply device

The bus bar module includes: bus bars for connecting the batteries in series by connecting the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the adjacent batteries; a plurality of terminals electrically connected to the electrodes of the batteries; and a case for housing the bus bars and the terminals. Each terminal includes: a terminal main body on which an insertion hole is provided for inserting the electrode of the battery; and a projecting section projecting from a part of a peripheral edge of the terminal main body in a surface extending direction of the terminal main body. The terminal is arranged so that a projecting direction of the projecting section is along an arranging direction of the batteries.

Bus bar module and power unit

An elastic contact member () formed as a member separate from an electrical connector () for a male terminal to be inserted, installed in the electrical connector (), and gets into contact with the male terminal inserted in the electrical connector (). The elastic contact member () includes: first elastic contact pieces () formed with a space (S) in between in a widthwise direction (Y), cantilevered at one end side, in the insertion direction (X), of a surface of the elastic contact member () extending in the insertion direction (X), and configured to get into contact with the male terminal inserted into the electrical connector (); and a second elastic contact piece () disposed in the space (S) and configured to get into contact with the male terminal inserted into the electrical connector ().

Female terminal

A terminal contact point structure includes: an insertion portion for a conduction portion of a counterpart terminal to be inserted; and contact portions disposed at the insertion portion and configured to contact the conduction portion of the counterpart terminal. The contact portions are disposed in a plurality of rows in a direction perpendicular to an insertion direction of the conduction portion of the counterpart terminal to form a contact group. The contact portions in the contact group are positioned displaced to each other backward-forward in the insertion direction to contact, at different timings respectively, the conduction portion of the counterpart terminal being inserted.

Terminal contact point structure and terminal having the same

An electrical connector for a male terminal to be inserted includes an elastic contact member provided in at least one of surfaces of the electrical connector extending in an insertion direction of the male terminal. The elastic contact member is configured to get into contact with the male terminal. The elastic contact member includes: first elastic contact pieces formed with a space in between in a widthwise direction orthogonal to the insertion direction, cantilevered at one end side of the at least one surface in the insertion direction, and configured to get into contact with the male terminal inserted in the electrical connector; and a second elastic contact piece disposed in the space and configured to get into contact with the male terminal inserted in the electrical connector.
