[Object] To provide a thermoelectric generation cell using a safe and inexpensive general-purpose thermoelectric material. [Solving Means] A thermoelectric generation cell, including: a fire-resistant-material frame () that holds a plurality of stacked thermoelectric generation units in a state of being insulated from adjacent thermoelectric generation units with each other; a heating section () of a plurality of stacked bodies of the thermoelectric generation units, the heating section being provided to the fire-resistant-material frame; and first and second cooling insulation oil sections (and) that are provided at both sides of the fire-resistant-material frame, the first and second cooling insulation oil portions (and) being provided on sides of first and second cooling sections of the thermoelectric generation units, the thermoelectric generation cell having a structure in which the thermoelectric generation units are bridged while being extended between the first cooling insulation oil section, the fire-resistant-material frame, and the second cooling insulation oil section.

Thermoelectric generation cell and thermoelectric generation module

A welding wire is formed from a hoop having an inner surface and formed from a metal material, a core wire having a surface and formed from a metal material, and an alkaline metal compound. The hoop metal material and the core wire metal material are different from each other. A composition of the welding wire is divided into the hoop metal material and the core wire metal material. The alkaline metal compound is disposed between the inner face of the hoop and the surface of the core wire. An amount of the alkaline metal compound is from more than 10 ppm to 1000 ppm based on a weight of the welding wire.

Welding wire and welding method

A pair of thick steel plates are set up side by side such that an I groove with a narrow gap is formed between the facing edges of the plates, and a welding wire projecting from a welding torch of an arc welding unit with a constant voltage characteristic is inserted into the I groove obliquely from above with respect to the thickness direction of the plates. The welding torch is moved vertically while the distal end of the welding wire is caused to reciprocate inside the I groove in the thickness direction. At this time, the wire feed rate Vf is varied and also the extension L of the welding wire is increased or decreased so as to keep welding current Iw at a target value. Further, the wire feed rate Vf is subjected to incremental/decremental correction according to the moving direction of the torch.

Vertical-position welding method

A gas having an arc current-voltage property that is different from a shielding gas is intermittently added to the shielding gas, an arc current is intermittently changed in proportion to an intermittent chemical composition change of the shielding gas at an arc generation region, and an arc generation point situated at a tip of a welding wire is displaced upwardly or downwardly along a groove of a base metal.

Consumable electrode gas shielded arc welding method and apparatus

In order to provide a welding system capable of freely controlling dispersion and concentration of arc heat input at a groove face of base material, and ensure melting of the base material while restraining excessive weld heat input, in arc welding using a wire consumable electrode system, at a groove between members to be welded a position of a weld torch or feed speed of a wire is periodically varied, and welding is carried out by controlling a difference between the phase of the variation and a phase of an arc current waveform in accordance with a change in the arc current waveform.
