A power shutoff device includes: a fuse to shut off conduction between the input portion connected to a power source side and the output portion connected to a load side; a box having a first face side with the input portion, the output portion, and the fuse to be assembled thereon; and a lock portion to fix one of the input portion and the output portion to the box. The one of the input portion and the output portion is integrally provided to the fuse. The other of the input portion and the output portion includes a first terminal portion integrally provided to the fuse and fixed to the box via a bolt, and a second terminal portion separately provided from the fuse and connected to the first terminal portion via a connecting member being attachable and detachable on a second face side of the box.

Power shutoff device

A power source circuit shutoff device includes: a base housing including a first mating wall and a cam pin; a lever housing including a second mating wall; and an operation lever rotatably supported to the lever housing and having a cam groove for guiding the cam pin. The base housing and the lever housing are set to a lever mating start position in which the first mating wall and the second mating wall are partly overlapped with each other and the cam pin is entered into the cam groove of the operation lever, and a rotation of the operation lever moves the cam pin in the cam groove to thereby cause a mating force between the first mating wall and the second mating wall. The base housing and the lever housing respectively have restriction ribs.

Power source circuit shutoff device

The prevent invention provides a lever-equipped connector unit, which comprises a housing being capable of receiving a terminal; a lever rotatably coupled to the housing, and formed in a horseshoe shape; and a counter housing engageable with the housing, wherein the lever has a pair of arm plates configured to sandwich the housing and having a cam portion therein, wherein the counter housing has a peripheral wall engageable with the housing, and a pair of driven pins being slidably engageable with the cam portion and formed in the both outer surfaces of the peripheral wall, and wherein the housing engages with the counter housing as the driven pin proceeds into the cam portion, and the lever rotates from its stand-by state.

Lever-equipped connector unit

A connector engagement body includes: a first connector including a first signal terminal and a first power supply terminal; a second connector including a power supply terminal locking portion, a signal terminal locking portion, a second signal terminal, and a second power supply terminal; and a lever including a signal terminal releasing portion, a power supply terminal releasing portion, a power supply terminal locked portion, and a signal terminal locked portion. The lever is engaged with the first connector and the second connector and causes a mating force and a separating force to act between the first connector and the second connector by moving between a mated position and a separated position relative to the first connector and the second connector.

Connector engagement body

A lever is attached to a connector housing in a rotatable manner. This lever includes a pair of arm plates having rotation supporting points at one ends and a connection bar linking the other ends of the arm plates. This lever has a substantially U-like shape. According to this lever, when one ends of the pair of arm plates are opened to the outer sides, the rotation supporting point of the lever is attached, in a rotatable manner, to a rotation supporting pivot of the outer face of the connector housing. By this structure, the lever is rotated for operation to realize a cam action to assist the connectors to be fitted to each other and to be disengaged from one another. According to this lever-type connector, the lever is attached to the connector housing, and subsequently the connection between the arm plates at a position closer to the rotation supporting point of the lever than to the connection bar is provided as a link member linking the arm plates. The movable element of the fitting sensing switch constitutes this link member.

Lever-type connector

A terminal-movable connector includes first support members which are disposed within an inner housing, and are fixed respectively to terminals in such a manner that each first support member is interposed between the inner housing and the corresponding terminal, and are slidable respectively in directions of axes of distal end portions of wires within the inner housing, and a second support member which is disposed in the inner housing, and supports the terminals in a manner to allow these terminals to be moved respectively in the axial directions of the distal end portions of the wires, and has nuts which are aligned respectively with bolt insertion holes formed respectively in electrical connection portions of the terminals.

Terminal-movable connector

A lever fitting-type connector includes a first connector on which a fitting detection member is slidably mounted a second connector, which is adapted to be fitted into the first connector, and a connecting lever which is provided on either one of the first and second connectors for operating the first and second connectors from a provisionally fitted condition to a completely fitted condition to each other. The fitting detection member slides to a lock position so that the fitting detection member is engaged with a first engagement hole of the connecting lever to lock the connecting lever in the completely fitted condition. When the fitting detection member is positioned at the lock position, a lock confirmation portion of the fitting detection member is projected from both of the first engagement hole and a distal end face of the connecting lever.
