There is provided a speaker allowing an air in a space between a diaphragm and a frame not to leak outside, and allowing connecting wires electrically connected to the voice coil to be guided out to an outside. A speaker I includes: a frame; a magnetic circuit unit; a vibrating unit; and a wiring structure unit. A holeis formed on the frame. The magnetic circuit unitis attached to the frame. The vibrating unitis received in the frame, and includes diaphragmsvibrated by the magnetic circuit unit. An air in a space surrounded by the diaphragmsand the frameis sealed. The wiring structure unitincludes a tube member, into which lead wiresare inserted. The tube memberis pressed into a hole, and guides the lead wiresto an outside of the space.

According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a speaker apparatus including: a speaker frame; and a connection terminal for electrically connecting to an outside of a speaker, an axis line of the connection terminal being arranged along a tangential line direction of a circumference of the speaker, the connection terminal being not projected to an outer side in a diameter direction of the speaker from the speaker frame.

Speaker apparatus

A drive coneand a diaphragmare integrally driven by a voice coilmovably disposed in a magnetic gap. Peripheral edge portions of the drive coneand the diaphragmare supported by a framevia different edge portionsand, respectively. The drive coneis provided with a rising-up portionwhich rises up toward an acoustic radiation direction from a inner circumferential end, and a rising-down portionwhich rises down toward a direction reverse to the acoustic radiation direction. An inner circumferential edge of the diaphragmis fixed at an annular top formed between the rising-up portion and the rising-down portion. Moreover, a first riband a second ribare formed on the drive conein such a manner as to rise up toward the acoustic radiation direction integrally with the drive cone. The diaphragmis supported also at the tips of the ribs.

Speaker device

A voice coilis movably disposed in a magnetic gap. A drive cone (first diaphragm)and a diaphragm (second diaphragm)are integrally driven by the voice coil. Peripheral edge portion of the drive coneand the diaphragmare supported by a framethrough edge portionsand, respectively. An annular adhesive receiveris disposed in a peripheral surface of a voice coil bobbinaround which the voice coilis wound, and an inner peripheral edgeof the drive coneis accommodated in the adhesive receiver. The drive cone, the adhesive receiverand the voice coil bobbinare connected to each other by an adhesive filled into the adhesive receiver

According to an embodiment of the invention, there is provided a speaker apparatus includes: a voice coil bobbin; and a diaphragm that is vibrated by the voice coil bobbin, the diaphragm including an edge portion at an outer circumference of the diaphragm, the edge portion including at least two ridge portions protruding forward.

According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a speaker apparatus including: a magnetic circuit; a vibrating plate vibrated by the magnetic circuit; a speaker frame holding the magnetic circuit and the vibrating plate, and a connecting portion connecting a portion of holding the vibrating plate and a portion of holding the magnetic circuit, an inclined face of the connecting portion being inclined relative to a direction of tangential line of circumference of the speaker frame, the connecting portion configured to flow air due to a vibration of the vibrating plate along the inclined face thereof.

A speaker device includes a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system. The vibration system has a voice coil bobbin, a voice coil wound therearound, a damper, an annular member, a diaphragm and one additional annular member fixed to the voice coil via an adhesive. In the vibration system, the additional annular member and the annular member are arranged on the lower side of the damper and on the upper side of the damper, respectively. A flat portion in the vicinity of the inner peripheral edge portion of the damper is sandwiched between the additional annular member and the annular member.

Speaker device and manufacturing method thereof

A speaker device includes a vibration system, having a voice coil bobbin, a diaphragm, a supporting cap and a cap, and a magnetic circuit system. The inner peripheral edge portion of the diaphragm is mounted on an area in the vicinity of the upper end portion of the outer peripheral wall of the voice coil bobbin. The projecting portion of the cap is inserted into the opening of the supporting cap, and the supporting cap is placed under the cap. Each of the projecting portions of the cap is fixed to each of the correspondent recessed portions of the diaphragm, and the claw portion of the cap is fixed to the projecting portion of the diaphragm and the third flat portion.

An outer-radial magnetic-flux applying unit of a speaker device includes an annular main unit and at least one piece of annular sub-unit stacked atop a free end of the main unit. A heat-dissipating member composed of a material having a good thermal conductivity encompasses the outer-radial magnetic-flux applying unit including the sub-unit and is thermally bonded with the outer-radial magnetic-flux applying unit.
