A seal member for sealing a conveyor belt is a monolithic homogeneous piece of material having opposite first and second halves and comprises first and second primary seals and first and second secondary seals. The first secondary seal is resiliently movable relative to the first primary seal. The second secondary seal is resiliently movable relative to the second primary seal. The first primary seal and the first secondary seal are part of the first half of the seal member. The second primary seal and the second secondary seal are part of the second half of the seal member. When the seals on one of the first and second halves of the seal member become excessively worn, the seal member can be flipped so that the seals on the other half of the seal member can be utilized.

Dual apron seal

A turbine vibrator including a housing having a first end and a second end and a generally cylindrical internal surface forming a cylindrical central chamber. An end cap is attached to each end of the housing including one or more outlet ports in fluid communication with the central chamber. A turbine wheel is located within the central chamber of the housing and is rotatably supported by the end caps. The turbine wheel includes a central shaft, a cylindrical wall extending concentrically about the central shaft, and an eccentric weight extending between the shaft and the cylindrical wall. A rotor including a plurality of teeth formed from an elastomeric material extends around the cylindrical wall. A cap cover including one or more outlet ports is attached to each end cap with a muffler member disposed between the outlet ports in the end cap and the outlet ports in the cap cover.

Turbine vibrator

A conveyor belt cleaner and tensioner assembly including a conveyor belt cleaner and a conveyor belt cleaner tensioner. The conveyor belt cleaner includes a scraper blade assembly having a mounting member and a scraper blade. The mounting member includes a base member adapted to be attached to a cross shaft and first and second flanges extending outwardly from the base member forming a first slot therebetween. The scraper blade includes a mounting base having a bore through which the mounting member extends, second and third slots adapted to receive the first and second flanges of the mounting member, and a third flange adapted to be inserted in the first slot of the mounting member such that the scraper blade is rotatably attached to the mounting member. The tensioner includes a support arm rotatably attached to a rotatable tensioning rod and a pivot arm pivotally attached to the support arm which receives the cross shaft. A biasing member extends between the support arm and the pivot arm. Rotation of the tensioning rod moves the support bracket and pivot arm along the tensioning rod until the scraper blades engage the conveyor belt, whereafter continued rotation of the tensioning rod compresses the biasing member to resiliently bias the scraper blades into engagement with the conveyor belt.

Conveyor belt cleaner and tensioner

A tensioning device for imparting torsional bias to a shaft. The tensioning device includes an adapter member connectable to the shaft for conjoint rotation therewith. A first hub member is selectively rotationally engageable with the adapter member. A first coupling member is attached to the first hub and a second coupling member is attached to the adapter member. The coupling members provide selective rotational engagement of the first hub member to the adapter member such that the first hub member and the adapter member are relatively rotatable with respect to one another through a preselected degree of relative rotation and such that the first hub member is engageable with the adapter member upon sufficient relative rotation of the first hub member in a first rotational direction with respect to the adapter member such that further rotation of the first hub member provides a corresponding rotation of the adapter member in the first rotational direction. A second hub member is rotatable with respect to the first hub member. A torsion tube of resilient material connected to the first hub member and to the second hub member. A locking mechanism selectively connects the second hub member to a fixed frame to prevent rotation of the second hub member in at least one rotational direction.
