This invention provides a method for the control of mollusks by treating said mollusk or its habitat with a synergistic composition including O,O-dialkyl-O-(3-benzothienglyoxylonitrile oximino)phosphate of the structure ##STR1## wherein each R is an alkyl group of 1-4 carbon atoms and at least one other known molluscicide.
