Disclosed herein are compounds that can act as inhibitors of the Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1/nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2 ('KEAP1/NRF2') protein-protein interaction, and methods of using the compounds to treat and prevent diseases and disorders, such as COPD, multiple sclerosis, and diabetes, and in the promotion of wound healing. The compounds described herein can include compounds of Formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof: formula (I), wherein the substituents are as described. 

1,4-substituted isoquinoline inhibitors of KEAP1/NRF2 protein-protein interaction

An adaptive feedback control method is provided for a chemical mechanical polish process to minimize a dielectric layer clearing time difference between two annular regions on a substrate. An optical system with an optical window passes below the polishing pad and detects reflected light interference signals from at least two annular regions. A pre-clearing time difference is determined and is used to calculate an adjustment to one or both of a CMP head membrane pressure and a retaining ring pressure. The pressure adjustment is applied before the end of the polish cycle to avoid the need for a second polish cycle and to reduce a dishing difference and a resistance difference in a metal layer in the at least two annular regions. In some embodiments, a second pressure adjustment is performed before the end of the cycle and different CMP head membrane pressure adjustments are made in different pressure zones.

Method for adaptive feedback controlled polishing

A dust mop head is formed of a single sheet as a backing for pile yarns, with flaps integrally formed, the flaps having slits therein. A mop frame has inwardly directed tongues, and the flaps wrap around the frame so the tongues extend through the slits to hold the mop head to the mop frame. The mop heads can be formed by die cutting, either separately or in a continuous strip of backings. Pile yarns are subsequently attached, and the individual mop heads are separated from the continuous strip. If the mop head is to be launderable, one would use loop pile yarns and serge the edges of the backing.

A janitorial cart is small, and narrow enough for use indoors, and will pass through conventional-width doorways. The cart is electrically powered, and the batteries are mounted very low so the lower center of gravity will stabilize the cart. The steering mechanism utilizes a single, rear wheel that can be turned about 90.degree. in each direction to give the cart a small turning radius. Accessories can be mounted on the front and/or the rear of the cart. The preferred accessory for the front is a dust mop apparatus for dust mopping large floor areas, but it is contemplated that brushes, burnishers and carpet sweepers will also be used. The rear accessory is contemplated to be a container for materials or supplies.

Carrier for dust mops

A mop head for use on a dust mop frame with bumpers includes opposed pockets for receiving opposite ends of the mop frame, and sides of the pockets are selectively openable and closable. The pockets can therefore be opened along the sides, so the mop frame with the bumper can be inserted into the pocket, and the pocket closed. Projections from the mop frame for connecting the bumper to the frame extend out next to the flap that closes the opening. The preferred form of mop head includes openings for both opposed pockets to accommodate a mop frame having bumpers on both ends.

Dust mop head

At least one dust mop is fixed to a carrier, the carrier being receivable on the forks of a fork lift. The forks can be used to position the mop with respect to the floor, and the mop is carried on a pivoted arm so the mop floats for proper pressure even with some variation in height of the carrier. The mop defines an angle for collecting and retaining dirt, and the mop is resiliently allowed to pivot when the mop engages an obstruction. One mop bent at an angle may be used, or two mops angularly disposed with respect to each other may be used.

Sweeping and dusting apparatus

A bumper is fixed to the frame of a dust mop so the bumper will engage stationary objects and prevent damage to the mop head on the mop frame. Dust mops are generally carried under a carrier, and the bumper is primarily needed only on the portion of the mop that extends from under the carrier; and, the bumper extends beyond the mop frame to protect the complete mop when the mop is run at an angle with respect to the direction of motion. Bumpers can be provided on each end of a mop frame. For the short reversible frame, the bumpers will be on opposite sides; for long nonreversible frames, the bumpers will be on the same side. A new mop head is attachable to the mop frame around the bumpers by having a plurality of flaps making up the top. The flaps can be fastened around the frame with the bumper in place on the frame.

Dust mops are fixed to a carrier, the carrier being receivable on the forks of a fork lift. The forks can be used to position the mops with respect to the floor, and the mops are carried on pivoted arms so the mops float for proper pressure even with some variation in height of the carrier. The mops are arranged with one laterally disposed, and two others angled to direct dirt and debris towards the first. Connectors on each arm fixed the conventional mop frame to the arm.
