The rotor includes: rotor core provided with first magnet hole on an outer side in radial direction and second magnet hole on inner side wherein radial direction for each of the magnetic poles; and plurality of permanent magnets provided in first and second magnet holes and forming magnetic poles. The stator winding includes a plurality of basic coils in which the magnitude of magnetomotive force generated by the plurality of coil sides forming the one-phase band is uniform in each of the plurality of movable element magnetic poles.
