A test apparatus is configured for testing a notebook including a liquid crystal display section and a body section. The positioning structure includes an optical testing module, an adjustable OTM mount, a fine-tuning module, a clamping module and a adjustable LCD mount. The optical testing module tests the liquid crystal display section, and is mounted to the adjustable OTM mount for moving the optical testing module. The optical testing module is attached to the fine-tuning module. The clamping module is for clamping the notebook. The adjustable LCD mount is mounted to the clamping module, and rotates the notebook relative to the optical testing module.

Test apparatus for liquid crystal display

An adhesive dispensing assembly includes a positioning module, a driving rod, a guiding block, a screw nut, a moving rod, and a motor. The positioning module is for positioning an adhesive cylinder. The screw nut is secured in the guiding block and engages with the driving rod by a screw thread. The moving rod has one end fastened to the guiding block and the other end for moving the adhesive cylinder. The motor drives the driving rod to rotate to move the screw nut, the guiding block, and the moving rod in one direction or another. An adhesive dispenser using the assembly is also described.

A very versatile testing module includes a main body, a drive module, a sliding module, a transmission module, and a frictional member. The drive module is positioned in the main body. The transmission module includes a rotational plate and a connecting plate. The drive module drives the rotational plate to rotate. One end of the connecting plate attached to the sliding module, and the other end thereof adjustably attached to the rotational plate. The frictional member is mounted to the sliding module.

Testing module

A cycle life testing machine includes a controller, a clamping device, a driver, and a cycle device. The cycle device includes a servo motor, an actuator, a shaft, and a swing rod. The controller sends a signal to control the driver to trigger working of the servo motor, and the servo motor drives the actuator and the shaft rotate to swing the swing rod in a cycle procedure specified by the controller.

A grinding apparatus includes a base, a case, a transmission module, an inlet water module and drain module. The case is positioned on the base. The transmission module is positioned on the base, and includes a motor and a grinding plate. The motor drives the grinding plate to rotate. The drain pan is detachably attached to the case, the drain pipe is connected to the drain pan, and is exposed from the case.

An antenna retaining device includes two spaced upright beams, two movable mechanisms, each movable mechanism slidably mounts on one of the upright beams, a retaining mechanism includes two connecting elements a connecting rod connecting rod rotatably and movably mounted on the connecting elements. A retaining board is located on the connecting rod, the retaining board holds the antenna. The first connecting element is rotatably mounted on one of the movable mechanisms, the second connecting element is rotatably mounted on the other movable mechanism. Two driving mechanism, each driving one of the movable mechanisms to move along the their respective bar. When the motors drive the movable mechanisms to move at different speeds, the first connecting element and the second connecting element rotate relative to the their respective loading boards and move along the connecting rod, to adjust a direction of the connecting rod and retaining board.

A binding force testing device for testing the binding force of a hinge, includes a control chassis for controlling the binding force testing device; a platform mounted on the control chassis; a support mounted on the control chassis above the platform; a first driving device mounted on the support; a main holder mounted on the first driving device facing the platform; and a second driving device mounted on the support and connected to the first driving device. The first driving device drives the main holder to move relative to the platform in a first direction; the second driving device drives the first driving device to move relative to the platform in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

Binding force testing device

A torque-adjusting machine includes a securing fixture, a torque-detecting mechanism, a driving device and an adjusting mechanism. The securing fixture is capable of retaining a first bracket of a hinge. The driving device is capable of retaining a second bracket of the hinge. The torque-detecting mechanism is connected to the securing fixture and capable of detecting torque of the hinge through rotating the first bracket of the hinge relative to the second bracket of the hinge. The adjusting mechanism includes an adjusting pole. The adjusting pole is capable of moving from a first position, where the adjusting pole is capable of engaging with the hinge and adjusting the torque of the hinge by rotation, to a second position, where the adjusting pole is capable of being disengaged from the hinge.

A keyboard testing system includes a chassis; a retaining board; a plurality of guiding rods mounted between the chassis and the retaining board; a platform; a lifting device mounted on the chassis to drive the platform to move toward and away from the chassis; a motor mounted in the control box; a transmission device mounted in the control box; a key testing device movably mounted on the guiding rod. The motor drives the key testing device to move toward and away from the platform along the guiding rods by the transmission device.

Keyboard testing system

An exemplary embodiment of machine motion control system for testing electronic devices includes a machine and a control module electrically connected to the machine. The machine secures the electronic devices and includes a sensing unit and a servo unit, the sensing unit obtains different test parameters of the electronic devices to generate corresponding sensed signal. The control module includes a signal conversion unit electrically connected to the sensing unit and a main control circuit, the main control circuit is electrically connected to the signal conversion unit and the servo unit. The signal conversion unit converts the sensed signal into corresponding command signal, and the main control circuit drives and controls the servo unit to adjust the motion state and test strength on the electronic device according to the command signal.

Machine motion control system

A machine motion control system includes a number of moving parts for securing test electronic devices, a machine and an axis control card mounted on the machine. The machine includes a number of servo modules and a number of sensing units. The servo modules drive and control the corresponding moving parts on the machine. Each sensing unit is electrically connected to a corresponding moving part; the sensing units are operable to sense and transmit location information of the moving parts and the machine. The axis control card is electrically connected to the moving parts, the machine, and the sensing units. The axis control card receives location information of each moving part and processes the location information to generate a corresponding command signal, and transmits the generated command signal to the servo modules to control and adjust the moving parts.

A torque testing device is for testing the torque of a hinge. The torque testing device includes a main board, two sidewalls respectively located at two sides of the main board, and a loading board rotatably mounted between the sidewalls. The loading board is for retaining the hinge. Additionally, a sensor is mounted on the loading board. a measuring element is mounted on the sensor, and a testing ring is mounted on the main board. The hinge is rotated to drive the loading board to rotate relative to the sidewalls so the measuring element move toward and presses the testing ring, thereby the testing ring applies torque to the measuring element and the sensor senses the torque applied to the measuring element, which is equal to the torque of the hinge being tested.

Torque testing device

A stress test apparatus used for testing torque between a top portion and a bottom portion of an electronic device. The stress test apparatus includes a console, a rotary table, a lifting pole, a traversing arm, a securing fixture and torque sensor. The rotary table is located on the console for retaining the bottom portion. The lifting pole extends from the console. The traversing arm is gearingly engaged to the lifting pole to adjust a height of the traversing arm relative to the console. The securing fixture clasps the top portion of the electronic device. The torque sensor is fixed between the traversing arm and the securing fixture. The bottom portion is rotated relative to the top portion with rotation of the rotary table, and the torque sensor is capable of detecting needed for rotating the top portion relative to the bottom portion.

Stress test apparatus for hinge

A step motor driving apparatus includes a micro control unit (MCU), a pulse generator, a first step motor driver, a second step motor driver, and a communication port. The first step motor driver is configured for driving a first step motor and connected to the MCU. The second step motor driver is configured for driving a second step motor and connected to the MCU. The MCU is connected to the second step motor driver via the pulse generator. The pulse generator is configured to supply pulse signals to the second step motor driver. The communication port is connected to the MCU. The MCU receives a corresponding command from an external control apparatus via the communication port. The MCU selectively controls the first step motor driver to drive the first step motor or controls the second step motor driver to drive the second step motor according to the command.
