A magnetic element includes at least one first air gap. A first portion of the first air gap is arranged between the first projection line and the second projection line. A second portion of the first air gap is beyond the region between the third projection line and the fourth projection line. Due to the air gap, the dielectric constant between the first end part of the winding and the magnetic leg and the dielectric constant between the second end part of the winding and the magnetic leg are reduced. Moreover, the electric field distribution of the first end part and the second end part will be more uniform, and the partial discharge extinction voltage will be increased. The volume and the cost of the magnetic element are both reduced. In addition, the equalizing rings are not required. Consequently, the fabricating process of the magnetic element is simplified.

Magnetic element

A power module of a medium-high-voltage isolated converter is disclosed. The power module includes a first circuit, a second circuit, a transformer and a shielding structure. A potential of the first circuit is greater than a potential of the second circuit. The transformer includes a first leading wire electrically connected to the first circuit, and a second leading wire electrically connected to the second circuit. The shielding structure is disposed between the transformer and the second circuit. The second leading wire is electrically connected between the transformer and the second circuit through the shielding structure, and the shielding structure is maintained at a constant potential.

Power module of isolated converter

A power converter is provided. The power converter includes power units and local controller. Input terminals of the power units are connected to each other in series. Output terminals of the plurality of power units are connected to each other in parallel. The local controllers are electrically connected to the power units respectively. Each local controller controls an operation of switching devices in the corresponding power unit. Each local controller receives an input capacitor voltage on an input capacitor of the corresponding power unit, an input reference voltage and an output voltage of the power converter. In each power unit and the corresponding local controller, when an input difference between the input reference voltage and the input capacitor voltage is smaller than a first set value, the local controller controls a switching frequency of the switching devices in the corresponding power unit to jump to a preset frequency.

The disclosure discloses a method and device for monitoring partial discharge. The monitoring method including: step a, connecting a monitoring circuit in parallel to both ends of a tested product, disposing a ground wire between the monitoring circuit and ground, disposing a first sensor in the monitoring circuit, and disposing a ground wire sensor on the ground wire; step b, applying an excitation signal to the tested product, acquiring a first signal through the first sensor and acquiring a ground wire signal through the ground wire sensor within a monitoring cycle; and step c, determining whether the tested product has partial discharge through the first signal and the ground wire signal. The disclosure discloses a method and device for detecting insulation state in a conversion system, wherein the conversion system includes an excitation source, a converter having an input end coupled to the excitation source, a connection element coupled between an output end of the converter and a reference point, and a coupling impedance having a first end coupled to the excitation source and a second end coupled to the reference point, the method for detecting insulation state including steps of: S, controlling at least one main power switch of the converter not to switch; S, detecting a pulse current signal of the connection element; and S, processing the pulse current signal and outputting a partial discharge information, the partial discharge information indicating an insulation state of an isolating transformer in the converter. The disclosure can overcome electromagnetic interference of high frequency steep waves on a partial discharge signal.

Method and device for detecting insulation state in conversion system

A circuit for preventing false turn-on of a semiconductor switching device includes an active clamp circuit, a control circuit, a power amplifier circuit, and a suppression circuit. The control circuit is coupled to an input of the power amplifier circuit. An output of the power amplifier circuit is coupled to a gate of the semiconductor switching device. The active clamp circuit is configured to operate within a preset period when a voltage between the first end of the semiconductor switching device and a second end of the semiconductor switching device is greater than a preset voltage.
