A stator includes a stator core and a coil wound around the stator core. The coil includes a basic coil segment including a pair of first legs and a first transition portion disposed on a first end surface side of the stator core, and a transition coil segment including a pair of second legs and a second transition portion. The second transition portion includes a pair of shoulders and a pair of second rising portions. An inclination angle of the second rising portion is larger than an angle of the shoulder with respect to a first end surface, so that the second transition portion is in contact with the first transition portion.

Stator, rotary electric machine, and work machine

A stator includes a stator core including a plurality of teeth and a plurality of slots, a coil wound around the plurality of slots, and a spacer disposed on an end portion in an axial direction of the stator core. The coil includes a plurality of coil segments, each including a bent portion and a pair of legs. The spacer includes a coil support portion that is disposed between an end portion of each of the teeth and the bent portion of the coil segment and that has a support surface. A distance from the end portion of each of the teeth to the support surface on an inner side in a radial direction of the stator core is longer than a distance from the end portion of each of the teeth to the support surface on an outer side in the radial direction of the stator core.

Stator and rotary electric machine

An electric motor includes a rotor, a stator, and an electric motor casing. The electric motor casing forms a first accommodating space accommodating a rotary shaft and a rotor core and a stator, and has an inner peripheral surface including an abutting inner peripheral surface in contact with a top portion on the radially outer side of a core convex portion. An outer peripheral-side flow path through which a cooling medium is capable of flowing is formed between the core convex portions adjacent to each other in the peripheral direction. The outer peripheral-side flow path is defined by an outer peripheral surface of the core main body and the inner peripheral surface of the electric motor casing.

Electric motor, rotary drive system, and hydraulic excavator

A motor includes: an annular stator attached in a housing; a rotor that is disposed in the stator and is rotatably supported by the housing; and a plurality of permanent magnets embedded in a rotor core of the rotor, in which the rotor core has embedding holes respectively in which the permanent magnets are fitted, and each of the embedding holes is formed with filling holes each continuous in an axial direction of the rotor core at diagonal positions of each of the permanent magnets.

A generator motor includes a flange, stationary-side members, rotor-side members, and latching members. The flange is removably mounted on a first end side in an axial direction. The stationary-side members are fixed on a second end side that is on an opposite side from the first end side in the axial direction. The rotor-side members are configured to move toward the first end side in the axial direction with respect to the stationary-side members in a state in which the flange has been removed. The latching members are configured to restrict relative movement of the flange in the axial direction with respect to the rotor-side members.

Generator motor

An output shaft and an input shaft are connected with a connection member interposed therebetween, and a motor rotor is provided outside the connection member. Part of oil flowing down from an oil supply openingof a motor housing MH is supplied to a first spline joint section of the input shaft and the connection member through a space and an opening of a bearing flange fixed to the motor housing MH. The oil lubricating the first spline joint section moves along an inner circumferential surface of a hole by a centrifugal force generated by rotation of the connection member, the oil moves in a radial direction along an end face on one end section side of the connection member 40 in one end section of the connection member, and the oil is supplied to a second spline joint section of the output shaft and the connection member.

Power unit

A generator/motor includes a ring-shaped stator core () fixed to a motor housing (), and a motor rotor (). The motor rotor () includes a ring-shaped rotor yoke () which rotates in cooperation with the crankshaft () and which is opposed to an inner peripheral surface of the stator core () with a predetermined gap therebetween. The motor rotor () also includes a rotor flange () which fixes and supports the rotor yoke () at its outer peripheral surface. The rotor flange () is rotatably supported by a support member () of the motor housing () through a bearing (). A cylindrical shaft portion () is interposed between the crankshaft () and the motor rotor (), and the crankshaft () is spline coupled to the cylindrical shaft portion ().

Generator/motor mounted as an auxiliary power unit of an engine

A film is formed on the discharge parts of the main discharge electrodes. In order to prevent erosion of the discharge parts by the halogen gas contained in the laser gas, a substance that tends not to react with the halogen gas, i.e., a halogen-resistant substance, is used for this film. Furthermore, in order to prevent deformation of the discharge parts by the bombardment and heat of the main discharge, a substance that has a higher hardness than the metal of the main discharge electrodes or a substance that has a higher melting point than the metal of the main discharge electrodes is used for this film. As a result, deterioration of the electrodes can be inhibited, so that a stable laser output can be obtained, and the replacement interval of the electrodes can be extended.
