An all-solid-state battery includes: a positive electrode collector layer; positive electrode active material layer; solid electrolyte layer; negative electrode active material layer; and a negative electrode collector layer, wherein the positive and negative electrode active material layer contains a positive and negative electrode active material respectively, and the negative electrode active material contains a compound represented by the following general Expression (I): Lia1Vb1Tic1Ald1(PO4)3 (where, in Expression (I), a1, b1, c1, and d1 indicate numbers in which they satisfy 2.8≤a1<5, 0.6≤b1≤2, 0.1≤c1≤1.4, 0≤d1≤0.7, and 1.9≤b1+c1+d1≤2.1); a relationship between a volume CV of positive electrode active material contained in its active material layer and a volume AV of the negative electrode active material contained its active material layer satisfies the following Expression (1): 0.7≤CV/AV≤3; and a thickness of the negative electrode active material layer falls within a range of 2 μm or more and 100 μm or less.

All-solid-state battery

An all-solid lithium ion secondary battery includes a laminate including a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer which is alternately laminated with the positive electrode layer, a solid electrolyte which is interposed at least between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer, and an insulating outermost layer which is positioned at both ends in a lamination direction and does not contain lithium ions.

A garnet-type Li-ion conductive oxide contains Li, La, Zr, and oxygen and contains at least one type of element among elements represented by M1, M2, M3, and M4. M1, M2, M3, and M4 are as follows: M1: One or more types of elements selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, and Zn; M2: One or more types of elements selected from the group consisting of Al, Ga, Co, Fe, and Y; M3: One or more types of elements selected from the group consisting of Sn and Ge; and M4: One or more types of elements selected from the group consisting of Ta and Nb.

Garnet-type li-ion conductive oxide

A garnet-type Li-ion conductive oxide containing LiLaZrO(6&#x2266;x&#x2266;8) contains Al and element T (T is one or more from Ni, Cu, Co, and Fe). The content of Al is, in terms of AlO, 2.5 mol %&#x2266;AlO&#x2266;15 mol % with respect to a total amount of LiLaZrOcontained in the garnet-type Li-ion conductive oxide. Garnet-type Li-ion conductive oxide and all-solid Li-ion secondary battery

The present invention provides a solid-state ion capacitor. In the solid-state ion capacitor, the particle number in the thickness direction of the solid electrolyte sandwiched between the electrodes was at least 1 and the average particle number was 80 or less. Further, the solid electrolyte includes particles with D10&#x2dc;D90 in the particle diameters of particle size distribution of 0.5 &#x3bc;m or more and 100 &#x3bc;m or less.
