Provided are a decorative sheet which is enhanced in durability of an edge portion of a soft feel layer thereof and which is unlikely to suffer breakage, a method of manufacturing such a decorative sheet, a decorative molded body, and a decorative key sheet. A compressed portion formed by crushing a foam layer in a thickness direction is provided at a side surface of an edge portion of a decorative sheet with a soft touch feeling.

Disclosed is a key sheet helping to solve problems caused by a rubber-like elastic material filling dividing grooves. A key sheet is provided with protrusions swelling from the back surface of an operation plate toward dividing grooves. The protrusions, which are formed by a film sheet formed of a thermoplastic resin, can prevent the problems when the rubber-like elastic material filling the dividing grooves are exposed, that is, separation or severance of the rubber-like elastic material. Further, nails or fingertips are not easily allowed to enter the dividing grooves of the operation plate. The protrusions in the grooves formed by the film sheet are not easily worn out through repeated depressing operation, thus realizing a thin and safe key sheet.

Key sheet

According to a method of producing a key top for a pushbutton switch of the present invention, a base layer made of an insulating resin that can be plated with metal, an electroless plating layer to be formed on the surface of the base layer, and a polymer coating layer, if required, are stacked on the surface of a key top body. Alternatively, an electroplating layer formed by electroplating is further formed on the electroless plating layer. Therefore, a plating layer can be directly and easily formed on the insulating resin, whereby a key top for a pushbutton switch having a sensation of metal and being rich in design is obtained.
