A hot swap fan includes a fan and a puller structure. The puller structure covers a side surface of the fan. The puller structure includes a base, a holder, and a fixing structure. A first end of the base is pivoted to the fan. The holder and the fixing structure are on a second end of the base.

Hot swap fan module

A heat-dissipation structure for a motor. The heat-dissipation structure comprises a shaft, a seat and a rotator. The rotator coupled to the seat by the shaft comprises a housing and a cover. The housing comprises an inner side connected to the shaft and a bottom comprising at least one through hole. The cover is connected to an exterior of the bottom of the housing and a distance is formed between the cover and the housing, so that the cover prevents objects from entering the through hole.

Heat-dissipation structure for motor

A fan and a frame with a sensor-supporting structure are disclosed. The fan includes a frame with an inlet, a connecting portion disposed on the frame, a stator, and a rotor having blades and disposed in the frame. The frame includes a main body and a sensor-supporting structure. The sensor-supporting structure extending from the main body toward the inlet is utilized to support a sensor.

Fan and frame with sensor-supporting structure thereof

A fan includes a plurality of blades and a motor. The motor includes a hub and a shaft having an end connected to the hub, a bushing, a bearing, and an oil-sealing structure. The blades are connected with and surrounding around the hub. The bushing is for supporting the other end of the shaft, and the bearing is disposed in the bushing and used to telescope the shaft. The shaft passes through the oil-sealing structure. The oil-sealing structure is telescoped to the shaft to fit tightly and the oil-sealing structure includes a main body and a barricade inwardly extending toward the shaft so that the oil-sealing structure is fixedly connected with the bushing.

Fan and motor thereof

A fan is disclosed. The fan includes a fan frame and a plug. The fan frame includes a circumference portion, an accommodating portion located in the circumference portion and having two sidewalls, and at least two fixed holes respectively disposed on two sidewalls of the accommodating portion. The plug disposed in the accommodating portion of the fan frame includes a base, a bipolar knife-shaped terminal and a cover. The base includes two sides and two connecting portions respectively disposed on the sides to connect the fan frame. The bipolar knife-shaped terminal is disposed on the base and located between the connecting portions of the base. The cover is engaged to the base.

Fan and plug thereof

A wire-fixing element is coupled into an opening of a base. A wire passes through the opening, and one part of the wire is disposed in the base. The wire-fixing element includes a first end and a second end. A pair of arms is disposed at the first end and the arms are buckled into the opening. A supporting member is disposed at the second end and is used for supporting the wire.

Base assembly and wire-fixing element thereof

A bearing structure, which is cooperated with a shaft, includes a housing, a bearing, an elastic element and a blocking element. The shaft passes through the bearing. The elastic element presses against the bearing to provide a pre-stress to the bearing. The blocking element is apart from the bearing by a predetermined distance.

Fan, motor and bearing structure thereof

The present invention provides a fan having a frame and a plug. The frame includes an accommodating portion and at least two fixed holes. Each of the fixed holes is disposed on the two sides of the accommodating portion. The plug has a terminal seat with at least two linking portions and a bipolar knife-shaped terminal between an top seat and a bottom seat of the terminal seat, and the plug so that the plug is assembled with the fixed holes of the frame via the linking portions of the plug and is accommodated within the accommodating portion of the frame.

A heat dissipation module includes a first heat dissipation apparatus, a second heat dissipation apparatus, at least one first flapper and at least one second flapper. The first heat dissipation apparatus has a first airflow passage, and the second heat dissipation apparatus has a second airflow passage. The first flappers and the second flappers are separately disposed within the first airflow passage and the second airflow passage. The first flappers and the second flappers are moved to an open position due to force generated by air flowing through the first airflow passage and the second airflow passage, and are moved to a closed position after the force is removed.

Heat dissipation module

A motor includes a stator, a first bearing, a second bearing, a first buffer element, a second buffer element and a rotor. The rotor has a shaft passing though the first bearing, the second bearing, the first buffer element and the second buffer element in order. The first buffer element is disposed adjacent to the first bearing for buffering in one direction, and the second buffer element is disposed adjacent to the second bearing for buffering in another direction.

Motor

A heat-dissipating mechanism for a motor includes a rotor and a stator base. The rotor rotates with respect to the stator base and includes a casing and a hub. The casing has a side portion and a bottom portion, and at least one opening is disposed at the bottom portion. The hub is disposed on the casing, for preventing an external particle from entering the rotor. The hub includes a plurality of separation ribs and when the hub is disposed on the casing, a heat-dissipating passage is formed between every two adjacent separation ribs and the side portion of the casing.

Heat-dissipating mechanism for a motor

A rotor. The rotor includes a case, a reinforcing part, a shaft and a connecting element. The reinforcing part is formed with the case and defines an opening. The shaft extends into the opening. The connecting element connects the case and the shaft, with the reinforcing part disposed inside.

Rotor

A heat dissipation device and fan module. The fan module is fixed to a fan tray, which has a track with a first engaging portion. A securing member is disposed on a shield, comprising a second engaging portion. The second engaging portion enters the first engaging portion, fixing the fan module to the fan tray. An actuator connects the securing member and the shield. When external force deforms the actuator, the securing member deforms therewith, withdrawing the second engaging portion from the first engaging portion.

Heat dissipation device and fan module thereof

A fan and a rotor structure thereof. The rotor structure has a case, an upper linking structure, a lower structure, and a rotating shaft. The case has an opening at the axle center. The upper linking structure has a fixing portion and a threaded portion. The minimum radius of the fixing portion is longer than the radius of the opening. The threaded portion is disposed in the opening. The lower linking structure has a thread corresponding to the threaded portion. The upper linking structure and the lower linking structure is screwed together to secure the case therebetween. The rotating shaft is fixed in the upper linking structure or the lower linking structure.

Fan and rotor structure thereof

A fan includes a fan frame and an impeller. The fan frame has a housing, a base and at least one supporting element. The inner wall of the housing has at least one guiding portion in the form of a curved cavity for increasing an airflow intake of the fan, and the base is disposed within the housing and has a bottom portion and a pressurizing portion. The pressurizing portion is disposed around the bottom portion for increasing an air pressure of the fan. The supporting elements are connected to the housing and the pressurized portion of the base. The impeller is disposed within the housing and supported by the base.
