A camera module includes a fixed base, a carrier, an elastic element, an imaging lens, a coil, a magnetic element, a connection wire and a light-blocking coating. The carrier is disposed opposite to the fixed base and has a bobbin. The elastic element is connected to the fixed base and the carrier so as to provide freedom of movement of the carrier with respect to the fixed base. The imaging lens is disposed on the carrier and has an optical axis. The coil is disposed on the carrier. The magnetic element is disposed corresponding to the coil so as to provide a driving force for moving the carrier. The connection wire is disposed on the bobbin and electrically connected to the elastic element and the coil, and the connection wire has at least part facing towards the optical axis where the light-blocking coating is disposed.

Camera module and electronic device

A camera module includes an imaging lens assembly having an optical axis and a driving device including a fixed component, a lens carrier, a magnet carrier, a first ball group, and a second ball group. The imaging lens assembly is disposed in the lens carrier. The magnet carrier has a first groove group extending parallel to the optical axis and a second groove group extending perpendicular to the optical axis. One of the fixed component and the lens carrier has a third groove group disposed opposite to the second groove group. The imaging lens assembly is movable with respect to the fixed component on a plane perpendicular to the optical axis via the second ball group disposed between the second groove group and the third groove group and along a direction parallel to the optical axis through the first ball group disposed in the first groove group.

Camera module, electronic device and vehicle device

A shiftable image sensor module includes an image sensor, an inner frame portion, an outer frame portion, an elastic connecting portion and a conductive wire portion. Each of the inner frame portion and the outer frame portion has a plurality of electrical connecting terminals, and the image sensor is disposed on the inner frame portion. The outer frame portion is disposed around the inner frame portion. The elastic connecting portion is connected to the outer frame portion and the inner frame portion. The conductive wire portion is composed of a plurality of conductive wire units. Each of the conductive wire units has two ends, the ends of each of the conductive wire units are electrically connected to each of the electrical connecting terminals of the outer frame portion and the inner frame portion, respectively, and the conductive wire units of the conductive wire portion are not physically contacted.

Shiftable circuit element, shiftable image sensor module, camera module and electronic device

A camera module includes an imaging lens having an optical axis, a variable through hole mechanism, an image sensor, an image sensor actuating module and a flexible printed circuit. The variable through hole mechanism is disposed corresponding to the imaging lens to adjust an amount of light into the imaging lens. The image sensor is disposed on the optical axis and is configured to convert imaging light passing through the imaging lens into an image signal. The image sensor actuating module is configured to move the image sensor. The variable through hole mechanism and the image sensor actuating module each have a coil disposed on the flexible printed circuit. The flexible printed circuit is electrically connected to the variable through hole mechanism and the image sensor actuating module.

A camera driving module includes: a base including a central opening; a casing disposed on the base and including an opening hole corresponding to the central opening; a lens unit movably disposed on the casing; and a focus driving part. The focus driving part includes a carrier, an AF coil element, at least two permanent magnets and a Hall element. The carrier is disposed on the lens unit and movable in a direction parallel to an optical axis. The AF coil element is fixed to the base and faces toward the carrier. The permanent magnets are fixed on one side of the carrier facing toward the base and disposed opposite to each other about the optical axis. The Hall element faces toward a corresponding surface of one of the permanent magnets. The AF coil element and the corresponding surfaces are arranged in the direction parallel to the optical axis.

A variable aperture module includes a blade assembly, a positioning element, a driving part and pressing structures. The blade assembly includes movable blades disposed around an optical axis to form a light passable hole with an adjustable size. Each movable blade has a positioning hole and a movement hole adjacent thereto. The positioning element includes positioning structures disposed respectively corresponding to the positioning holes. The driving part includes a rotation element disposed corresponding to the movement holes and is rotatable with respect to the positioning element. The pressing structures are disposed respectively corresponding to the movable blades. Each pressing structure is at least disposed into at least one of the positioning hole and the movement hole of the corresponding movable blade. Each pressing structure at least presses against at least one of the corresponding one positioning structure and the rotation element.

An imaging lens driving module includes a lens system, a lens holder accommodating optical lens elements of the lens system, a base, a rollable support assembly and a driving mechanism. The base includes first and second guiding grooves extending in a direction parallel to the optical axis, disposed opposite to each other and facing the lens holder. The rollable support assembly is in physical contact with and disposed between the lens holder and the base and includes principal and auxiliary rollable support elements. The principal rollable support element is disposed between the lens holder and the first guiding groove. The auxiliary rollable support element is disposed between the lens holder and the second guiding groove. The driving mechanism is configured to drive the lens holder to move. Diameters of the principal and auxiliary rollable support elements in physical contact with the lens holder are different from each other.

Imaging lens driving module and electronic device

Provided is a lens assembly driving module including a photographing lens assembly, a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism. The photographing lens assembly includes N lens elements and has an optical axis passing through the N lens elements. The first driving mechanism drives at least N/2 said lens elements to move along the optical axis of the photographing lens assembly. The second driving mechanism enables a relative distance along the optical axis of two adjacent ones of the N lens elements to vary. Therefore, any specific one of the lens elements is capable of being driven to optimize optical imaging resolution of various fields of view independently within a real shot at different object distances.

A variable aperture module includes a blade assembly including movable blades, a positioning element including positioning structures and a driving part including a rotation element. The movable blades are disposed around an optical axis to form a light passable hole with adjustable size for different hole size states and each have an inner surface to define the contour of the light passable hole in each hole size state. The positioning structures correspond to the movable blades. The rotation element is rotatable with respect to the positioning element and is configured to rotate the movable blades to adjust a size of the light passable hole. There are matte structures disposed on each inner surface. Each matte structure is single structure extending towards the optical axis, such that at least part of the contour of the light passable hole has an undulating shape at least in several hole size states.

A lens driving apparatus includes a holder, a cover, a carrier, a first magnet, a coil, a spring, two second magnets and a hall sensor. The holder includes an opening hole. The cover is made of metal material and coupled to the holder. The carrier is movably disposed in the cover, and for coupling to a lens. The first magnet is connected to an inner side of the cover. The coil is wound around an outer side of the carrier, and adjacent to the first magnet. The spring is coupled to the carrier. The second magnets are disposed on one end of the carrier which is toward the holder. The hall sensor is for detecting a magnetic field of any one of the second magnets, wherein the magnetic field is varied according to a relative displacement between the hall sensor and the second magnet which is detected.

Lens driving apparatus

A camera module includes a plastic carrier, an imaging lens assembly, a reflective element and a plurality of auto-focusing elements. The plastic carrier includes an inner portion and an outer portion, wherein an inner space is defined by the inner portion, and the outer portion includes at least one mounting structure. The imaging lens assembly is disposed in the inner space of the plastic carrier. The reflective element is for folding an image light by a reflective surface of the reflective element into the imaging lens assembly. The auto-focusing elements include at least two magnets and at least one wiring element, wherein the auto-focusing elements are for moving the plastic carrier along a second optical axis of the imaging lens assembly, and the magnets or the wiring element can be disposed on the mounting structure of the outer portion.

An optical element driving unit includes a stationary body, a carrier, a supporting mechanism and an electromagnetic driving assembly. The supporting mechanism is connected to the carrier and the stationary body and provides the carrier with a degree of freedom of movement relative to the stationary body. The carrier can be driven to move by the electromagnetic driving assembly. The electromagnetic driving assembly includes a driving coil, a driving magnet and a ferromagnetic element. The driving coil is disposed on the carrier. The driving magnet is disposed on the stationary body. The ferromagnetic element is one-piece formed and embedded in the carrier, and the ferromagnetic element includes a magnetic field guiding part and an electrical connection part. The magnetic field guiding part faces the driving coil and/or the driving magnet. The electrical connection part is exposed on a surface of the carrier and electrically connected to the driving coil.

Optical element driving unit, imaging optical module and electronic device

An imaging lens module includes an imaging lens unit, an optical folding component and a sensing magnet group. The imaging lens unit has an optical axis. The optical folding component is configured to fold an incident optical path into the imaging lens unit to coincide with the optical axis. The sensing magnet group includes two sensing magnets that are sequentially disposed on the imaging lens unit along a direction in parallel with the optical axis. The sensing magnets are located at the same side with respect to a reference plane that passes through the optical axis and has a normal direction perpendicular to the optical axis. When the sensing magnets are observed from the direction in parallel with the optical axis, images of the sensing magnets are at least partially overlapped. Two adjacent magnetic poles of the sensing magnets are like poles between which there is a repulsive force.

An imaging camera driving module includes a lens unit, a driving mechanism, a sensing mechanism and an image surface. At least a part of the driving mechanism is coupled to the lens unit to drive the lens unit to move in a direction parallel to the optical axis. The sensing mechanism includes sensing magnets fixed to the lens unit and sensing elements not facing the driving mechanism. The sensing elements are disposed on an image side of the imaging lens assembly of the lens unit and corresponding to the sensing magnets. The sensing elements are configured to detect a relative position of the sensing magnets. The image surface is disposed on the image side of the imaging lens assembly, and the optical axis passes through the image surface. The sensing mechanism is configured to detect a tilt of the optical axis with respect to the central axis.

The optical folding component is disposed on the fixed component. The optical folding component has a reflection surface disposed at an image side of an optical curved surface. The first imaging unit is disposed at an image side of the optical folding component. The second imaging unit is disposed between the optical folding component and the first imaging unit. The driving device move the first lens carrier with respect to the fixed component. The optical curved surface is an object-side surface of the optical folding component. The optical folding component has positive refractive power through the optical curved surface.
