A button assembly includes a pressing element, a tray, and a locking structure fastened between the pressing element and the tray. One side surface of the pressing element is recessed inward to form an accommodating space. The pressing element opens at least one first upper fixing hole. A bottom surface of the pressing element is recessed upward to form a first accommodating slot. The first accommodating slot opens at least one first opening. The tray of which one side is connected with the pressing element. The one side of the tray has a base portion mounted in the accommodating space. The base portion opens at least one second opening. A bottom surface of a peripheral wall of the at least one second opening is recessed upward to form at least one locking slot. The locking structure includes at least one locking element and an elastic arm.

Button assembly

A button assembly of the present invention is configured in a communication equipment. The button assembly includes a button, a tray and at least an elastic arm. A side of the button is recessed inward to form a holding space. At least an inner side wall of the holding space is recessed to form a clamping groove. The tray is disposed in the holding space. The elastic arm has a fixing portion mounted on a side wall of the tray. The fixing portion is extended frontward and is protruded outward to form a contact part. The contact part is extended frontward and outward to form a clamping part disposed in the clamping groove. The clamping groove and the elastic arm are disposed to provide the button and the tray to be fixed or disengaged, achieving an effect of saving space in assembling of internal components of the communication equipment.

A button assembly of the present invention is configured in a communication equipment, characterized in that: the button assembly includes a button, a tray and at least an elastic arm. A surface of the button is recessed to form a holding groove. The tray is disposed with a locking hole and a locking groove. The elastic arm has a pedestal arranged in the holding groove. The pedestal is protruded outward to form an elastic bar. A free end of the elastic bar forms a bump corresponding to the locking hole. An outer edge of the free end of the elastic bar forms a locking block corresponding to the locking groove. Hence, the locking hole and the elastic arm are disposed to provide the button and the tray to be fixed or disengaged, so as to achieve an effect of saving space in assembling of internal components of the communication equipment.

An electrical connector includes an insulating housing and a plurality of electrical terminals. A top wall of the insertion space defines a plurality of terminal grooves recessing upward. The plurality of electrical terminals are arranged in the plurality of the terminal grooves. Each of the plurality of the electrical terminals has a fixing portion. A middle of the fixing portion is of a hollow shape and is defined as a material reduction area. A front end of the fixing portion is connected with a contacting portion. A bottom of the fixing portion extends downward to form a guiding portion. A rear of the guiding portion is bent sideward and then is bent frontward to form a material increase area. two sides of the guiding portion are chamfered to form two chamfers. A bottom end of the guiding portion extends rearward to from a soldering portion.

An electrical connector includes an insulating housing and a plurality of first terminals. A front surface of the insulating housing is recessed rearward to form an insertion space. The insulating housing opens a plurality of first terminal grooves. The insulating housing defines a plurality of upper adjusting slots. The plurality of first terminals are disposed in the plurality of the first terminal grooves. Each of the plurality of the first terminals has a first fastening portion and a first contact portion. A rear end of the first fastening portion extends downward to form an adjusting portion which opens an opening. The first fastening portions of the plurality of the first terminals are assembled in the plurality of the upper adjusting slots. The first contact portions of the plurality of the first terminals are assembled in the plurality of the first terminal grooves and project downward into the insertion space.

Connector contact

A socket connector includes an insulating housing, at least one docking element, a plurality of docking terminals, a fastening board and an outer cover assembly. A middle of the insulating housing has at least one holding groove. The at least one docking element is assembled in the at least one holding groove. The at least one docking element defines a plurality of docking grooves. The plurality of the docking terminals are fastened in the plurality of the docking grooves, separately. The fastening board has a first opening. The insulating housing is fastened to a rear surface of the fastening board. The outer cover assembly is assembled in the first opening. The outer cover assembly includes a frame and a waterproof element. The waterproof element has a sleeving ring, a covering portion, and a connecting element connected between the sleeving ring and the covering portion.

Socket connector

A card connector includes an insulating housing defining a card recess, first electrical terminals and second electrical terminals disposed in the insulating housing. Each first electrical terminal has a base strip, a first fixing arm, a first elastic arm extending forward and inclining upward from the first fixing arm, a second elastic arm slantwise extending forward and upward from a substantial middle of the base strip and apart located under the first elastic arm, and a contact portion protruding upward from a front end of the base strip and apart located under the second elastic arm. A distal end of the first elastic arm elastically stretches upward into the card recess, and can be pressed downward to resist against the second elastic arm so as to make the second elastic arm further contact with the contact portion when an electronic card is inserted into the card recess.

Card connector

A card connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of terminals, an ejection mechanism, a locking element and a shielding shell. The terminals are received in the insulating housing. The ejection mechanism is assembled in the insulating housing, and includes a sliding block, an elastic element and a guide pin. The sliding block includes a base block. A rear of the one side of the base block defines an inserting slot. The locking element has an inserting piece inserted into the inserting slot to make the locking element slide along with the sliding block, an elastic portion extending forward from one end of the inserting piece to be slidably disposed in the insulating housing, and a locking portion arced upward from a free end of the elastic portion to project beyond the top of the insulating housing. The shielding shell is covered on the insulating housing.

A card connector includes an insulating housing having a base board of which two sides of a top define two sliding chutes each extending along a front-to-rear direction. A tray has a substantially U-shaped carrying board having two slide boards slidably assembled in the sliding chutes to realize a front-to-rear slide of the tray and a connecting board having one end designed with a locking fillister, two restraining boards and blocking slices protruding upward from side edges and rear edges of the slide boards respectively. A lever has one end designed with a locking section, and the other end pivoted in the other end of the connecting board to make the lever rotatable between a closed position by the locking section being bucked in the locking fillister for holding a card in the tray, and an opened position for the convenience of insertion and extraction of the card.

A card connector includes an insulating housing defining a receiving chamber, a sliding recess and a guiding slot opened in a bottom of the sliding recess and having a front spread towards the receiving chamber to define a guiding slope. An ejecting device includes a slider slidably disposed in the sliding recess, an elastic element clipped between the slider and the sliding recess and a connecting bar having one end fastened in the insulating housing and the other end slidably located in the slider. A front of the slider protrudes sideward to form a holding projection. A block is protruded on a bottom of the slider and received in the guiding slot for cooperating with the guiding slope to guide the movement of the slider so as to make the holding projection tightly buckled in a gap of a card for securing the card in the receiving chamber.

A jig for probe connector adapted for clutching a plurality of probe assemblies each of which has a connecting portion, a probing pin and a soldering portion disposed at two ends of the connecting portion respectively. The jig for probe connector has a base body. The base body has a plurality of passageways each penetrating a front end thereof. The passageway includes a first receiving recess and a second receiving recess disposed at a front of the first receiving recess. A cross section of the second receiving recess is larger than that of the first receiving recess, with a drop defined as a preventing portion formed therebetween. A side of the second receiving recess has a portion protruded inward to form a buckling lump, which is spaced from the preventing portion with a predetermined distance.
