A golf club head includes a club head main body, a club head complementary component, and a protection component. The club head main body defines an opening which includes an inner opening section and an outer opening section spatially connected to and located outside the inner opening section. The club head complementary component is disposed in the inner opening section and connected to the club head main body. The protection component is disposed in the outer opening section and connected to the club head complementary component to cover the club head complementary component. The protection component is made of a carbon fiber impregnated with thermoplastic polyurethane, and has a Shore D hardness ranging from 40 to 70.

A wheel includes a spoke having a mounting hole that extends in a radial direction, and a blind hole that extends in an axial direction and that is in spatial communication with the mounting hole. The wheel includes a rim having a second through hole that is aligned with the mounting hole. The wheel further includes a connecting unit connecting the spoke with the rim. The connecting unit includes a rod extending through the through hole into the mounting hole and having an engaging hole that is aligned with the blind hole. The connecting unit further includes a fastener extending through the blind hole into the engaging hole and engaging with the engaging hole.

A method for manufacturing a golf club head part includes the steps of: sewing at least one roving material onto a base material, so as to form a laminate blank; placing the laminate blank into a cavity of a mold assembly; vacuuming the cavity, and then impregnating a resin material into the laminate blank that is placed in the cavity under vacuum; and thermoforming the laminate blank and the resin material in the cavity into the golf club head part.

Method for manufacturing golf club head part

A process for manufacturing a golf club head includes steps of: placing a patterned release film on a lower mold half, making the patterned release film intimately contact an upward pressed region of the lower mold half, laminating a carbon fiber composite sheet on the patterned release film to form a laminate, hot-pressing the laminate by pressing a downward pressing region of an upper mold half toward the upward pressed region of the lower mold half to thereby form a decorative piece, and fitting the decorative piece into a depressed region of a club head body to obtain the golf club head.

Process for manufacturing a golf club head

A golf club head includes a head unit, and an insertion unit including a housing body, an intelligent unit and an encapsulant. The housing body defines a receiving space, and has a base wall, a surrounding wall, an external thread for engaging an internal thread of the head unit, a recess formed in the base wall, and multiple hollow portions formed in and extending between the base wall and the surrounding wall. The intelligent unit is received in the receiving space, and includes a first circuit board, two charging electrodes disposed on the first circuit board, and a capacitor connected to the first circuit board and the charging electrodes. The encapsulant is received in the receiving space, partially covers the first circuit board, and exposes the charging electrodes.

A golf ball head includes a head unit and an insertion unit. The insertion unit includes a housing body, an intelligent unit and an encapsulant. The housing body is threaded into an installation hole of the head unit, defines a receiving space, and has a base wall, a surrounding wall, an external thread for threadedly engaging the internal thread, and a recess formed in the base wall. The intelligent unit is received in the receiving space, and includes a circuit board, two charging electrodes disposed on the first circuit board, and a capacitor connected to the first circuit board and the charging electrodes. The encapsulant is received in the receiving space and exposes the charging electrodes.

A golf club head includes a head body and a weight-balancing device. The head body is formed with a weighting recess. The weight-balancing device includes a coupling unit having a surrounding wall threadedly engaging the weighting recess, and an intelligent monitoring unit disposed inside the coupling unit. The intelligent monitoring unit includes a shell that is made of a signal-transmittable material and that is partially exposed form the surrounding wall, an intelligent monitoring element that is disposed in the shell and that is operable to detect data related to performance characteristics of a golf swing, and a wireless transmitter that is coupled to the monitoring element and that is operable to output the data.

A golf club head includes a head body formed with a cavity, and a counterweight unit fitted in the cavity and including a sleeve body and an insert body. The sleeve body has a first end face, a second end face, first and second cavities, and first and second inner walls. The first inner wall has at least one first corner. The second inner wall has at least one second corner out of alignment with the first corner. The sleeve body further has at least one shoulder face formed at a junction of the first and second cavities. The insert body includes an insert portion removably inserted into the sleeve body, and an abutting portion extending outward from the sleeve body and abutting against the first end face. The insert portion has at least one flange engaging the second corner and having a stop face abutting against the shoulder face.
