A cooling apparatus is provided. An external cooling fluid flows into an external inlet opening from an external inlet pipe and passes through a heat exchanger to flow out of an external outlet opening to an external outlet pipe. An internal cooling fluid flows into an internal inlet pipe from the server and flows into an internal inlet opening from the internal inlet pipe and passes through the heat exchanger for heat exchange with the external cooling fluid to flow out of an internal outlet opening to an internal outlet pipe. A hot-swap pump has a pump main body, an inlet anti-leakage pipe, an outlet anti-leakage pipe and a hot-swap connector. The inlet anti-leakage pipe includes an inlet connector and an inlet anti-leakage valve. The outlet anti-leakage pipe includes an outlet connector and an outlet anti-leakage valve. The hot-swap connector is electrically connected to the pump main body.

Cooling apparatus for server

A solid state drive (SSD) storage bay includes storage trays and connector cards. A storage tray has a an interposer and an SSD module. A connector of the interposer is connected to a connector of the SSD module, and another connector of the interposer is connected to a connector of a connector card. The connector card includes terminals that connect to a bus of a computer system. The interposer includes wirings that allow electrical signals to propagate between the two connectors of the interposer. The interposer includes circuitry that allow for voltage regulation of supply voltage, level shifting, and hot-swapping.

Adaptable storage bay for solid state drives

A server having a removable storage structure is provided. The server includes a housing, a storage case and a handle structure. The housing includes a bottom plate, a first plate and a second plate. The first plate includes a guiding slot. The storage case is arranged between the first plate and the second plate. The storage case includes a support plate, a partition plate and a heat dissipating plate. The partition plate is in contact with the first plate and includes a sliding slot. The handle structure includes a first arm, a second arm, a handle, and a slide pin. The first arm is pivotally connected to the partition plate and includes a through hole. The second arm is pivotally connected to the second plate. The slide pin is inserted in the sliding slot and the guiding slot via the through hole.

Server having removable storage structure

A drawer for receiving storage module is provided. The storage module drawer includes a case and a manual operating assembly. The manual operating assembly includes a fastener fixed to the case and includes an operating handle rotatably and pivotally connected to the fastener. The fastener includes two arms and a fastening hole penetrating the fastener. The operating handle includes an elastic engagement element fastened by the two arms. The elastic engagement element includes an extending bar and two claws connected to the extending bar. When the elastic engagement element is inserted through the fastening hole to cause the two arms to clamp the two claws, the case is prevented from being detached from a computer chassis where the drawer is mounted inside, so that the storage module drawer can be easily removed or fastened by using the manual operating assembly and has a long lifespan.

Drawer for receiving storage module

A fastening device for stacking expansion cards includes a fastener, a clamping member and a connection band. The fastener includes a body, the body includes a top portion and a bottom portion opposite to each other. A fastening hole is formed on the top portion along an axial direction. Multiple claws are extended from the bottom portion. The clamping member includes a clamping base, a pin, a resilient element, and a push plate driven by the resilient element to move on the clamping base. One end of the pin protrudes from the clamping base to be inserted into the fastening hole. The connection band is bendable. One end of the connection band is connected to the fastener, and the other end of the connection band is connected to the clamping member. The fastening device can fasten stacked expansion cards to a circuit board.

Server equipment having a fool-proof structure includes a casing and a tray. The casing includes a storage unit area, a plurality of motherboard areas, a back plate, insertion slots and a fool-proof device. The fool-proof device selectively has an engagement member at a first height or an engagement member at a second height. The tray includes a motherboard, a connection card and a protection housing. When the protection housing is in contact with the engagement member at the first height, the connection card is correspondingly inserted into the insertion slot. When the protection housing is in contact with the engagement member at the second height, the connection card is spaced from the insertion slot by a distance. Accordingly, the connection card is prevented from being inserted to a wrong insertion slot, so damage to the connection card is avoided.

Server equipment having fool-proof structure

A server for shortening development schedule is disclosed. A case has two tray receiving spaces. Each tray receiving space has a first opening and a second opening. Power sockets are disposed at the same position in the tray receiving spaces correspondingly. A storage unit includes a tray, a mother board and a storage component. The tray is inserted to the tray receiving space from the first opening and disposed extending to the opposite second opening. The storage unit is electrically connects with the power socket and fixed in the tray receiving space through a locking structure.

A server structure with a swappable tray includes a chassis housing, two power supply devices and a plurality of motherboard trays, and the chassis housing has two parallel motherboard areas, and each motherboard area has a power slot formed at a rear section and a plurality of tray slots at a front section, and each power slot is formed at the same position of each motherboard area, and each power supply device is plugged into each respective power slot, and each motherboard tray is in the same shape and has a motherboard, and each motherboard tray has an opening and a storage unit set installed through the opening, and each motherboard tray can be swapped and plugged into any one of the tray slots. Therefore, the motherboard tray can be installed freely at any position according to the using requirement, so as to improve the overall functionality and convenience.

A screw-less fixing assembly for an interface card having a fixing support includes a frame, a movable cover module and an elastic member. The frame has an I/O opening. One side of the I/O opening is provided with an accommodating space. A long plate of the fixing support is positioned to correspond to the I/O opening, and a short plate of the fixing support is received in the accommodating space. The movable cover module is mounted in the accommodating space. The elastic member has an elastic protrusion positioned to correspond to the short plate of the fixing support. The movable cover module is moved to drive the elastic protrusion to tightly fix the short plate of the fixing support to the frame. With this arrangement, the interface card can be rapidly detached from the frame or attached thereto without using screws.

Screw less fixing assembly for interface card

A heat-dissipating assembly for a server includes a housing in which a partitioning plate and a power supply mounted on one side of the partitioning plate are provided. The power supply includes a casing and a power-supplying module received in the casing. The heat-dissipating assembly includes a fan received in the casing and located outside the power-supplying module. The partitioning plate and the casing are respectively provided with a plurality of first heat-dissipating holes and second heat-dissipating holes. The first heat-dissipating holes and the second heat-dissipating holes are positioned to correspond to the fan. The airflow caused by the fan drives the air inside the housing to flow out of the housing via the first heat-dissipating holes and the second heat-dissipating holes. In this way, the heat-dissipating efficiency can be improved without affecting the arrangement of other electronic devices in the housing.

Heat-dissipating assembly for server

A disposing structure of industrial computer chassis includes a chassis shell, two motherboard trays and a back plate. The interior of the chassis shell is divided into a storage unit section and a motherboard section. The interior of the storage unit section is arranged at least one storage unit, while two motherboard trays are disposed in the motherboard section. The interior of each motherboard tray is arranged a motherboard. In the motherboard trays, at least one motherboard tray is extended a wedge frame toward the storage unit section. A transfer card having a hot swapping function is arranged on the wedge frame and is arranged by inserting into the corresponding motherboard. In addition, a back plate is arranged between the storage unit section and the motherboard section. Corresponding to the wedge frame, a slot capable of a hot swapping function is arranged on the back plate. In so doing, the transfer card may be inserted into the slot, thereby, providing a hot swapping function.

Disposing structure for hot swappable motherboard in industrial computer chassis

A server module includes a tray, a motherboard installed in the tray, and at least one storage device. The tray includes a port erected from a rear end of the tray, a roomage inwardly and concavely disposed on an edge of the motherboard and proximate to the port, and a socket disposed at an edge of the roomage and opposite to the port for connecting the insert roomage of the storage device, such that the storage device is disposed onto the roomage of the motherboard, and the motherboard can be used for expanding the storage device directly.

Server module

An industrial computer chassis structure is mainly to partition at least two motherboard sections in the shell of the computer chassis, in each of which a motherboard tray capable of being pulled and drawn is arranged and is provided for placing a motherboard therein. Meanwhile, the two motherboard sections are horizontally disposed by being parallel with each other, in the space between which a power source arrangement section is formed. The power source arrangement section is provided for arranging power supplies of the computer therein. Through this kind of disposition structure, all motherboards in the motherboard sections can be close to the power source arrangement section as near as possible, such that a function of common usage can be achieved for both the hardware connection and the software system control.
