A pocket hole jig that provides a vacuum attachment for waste debris removal is provided. A pocket hole jig that allows for adjustably positioning a clamp assembly is provided. Methods of operating pocket hole jigs are provided as well.

Pocket hole jig

A shuttle assembly for use with a saw guide track is provided. The shuttle assembly includes a base plate to which a saw is mounted. An alignment spacer extends laterally outward from the base plate and provides an abutment for locating a saw blade of the saw while the saw is being secured to the shuttle assembly.

Saw guide assembly, saw system, and methods

A template holding jig for holding a template for use with a router for routing a workpiece is provided. The holding jig may also be part of a workpiece joining jig that includes a plurality of templates. The template holding jig includes a template support, a workpiece support and a template guide. The template support defines a template support plane. The workpiece support defines a workpiece support plane extending perpendicular to the template support plane. The template guide defines at least one abutment preventing motion of a template located on the template support parallel to a first axis being parallel to the workpiece support plane and parallel to the template support plane. The at least one abutment permits motion of the template parallel to a second axis being orthogonal to the workpiece support plane and perpendicular to the first axis and parallel to the template support plane.

A clamp mount and clamp assembly using a clamp mount are provided. The clamp mount is used to attach a clamp to a workbench or other support device so that a workpiece can be clamped to a work surface. The clamp mount may include a removable shoe. The clamp mount may include a plurality of attachment plates for attaching the clamp mount to different supports or different mounting features of the support device.

Jigs for forming holes for mounting a hinge to a door or frame is provided. The jig includes a main body defining a drilling aperture extending therethrough. The drilling aperture may be bounded by a tapered sidewall. The jig may include alignment cams that include knobs that allow for adjusting the position of the jig relative to the door. A cabinet hole template may be provided. The jig may provide structure for quickly locating a depth stop relative to a drill bit. The jig may include drill bit guides for forming holes for fasteners relative to a main cup hole that may be formed using the jig.

A clamp mount and workpiece alignment apparatus is provided. Clamp including a workpiece alignment apparatus is provided. A method of clamping is provided. The clamp mount and workpiece alignment apparatus is used to mount to a support surface of a workpiece support and for positioning at least one workpiece relative to the clamp while the workpiece is supported on the support surface is provided. The apparatus includes a base, a base mount, a workpiece alignment guide, a clamp mount and an adjustable interface between the base and workpiece alignment guide.
