An LED illumination device includes a heat dissipation part, an optical part and an electric part. The optical part includes an LED module attached on the heat dissipation part and an envelope mounted on the heat dissipation part and covering the LED module. The electric part includes a casing and a lamp cap. The casing is cup-shaped. The lamp cap includes a sleeve electrode and a spring electrode attached at a bottom of the sleeve electrode. The sleeve electrode and the spring electrode electrically power the LED module. One end of the casing along an axis thereof is mounted on bottom ends of the heat dissipation part and the optical part. The sleeve electrode is disposed around the other end of the casing. The spring electrode is resiliently deformable along an axis of the sleeve electrode.

LED illumination device

A light emitting diode lamp includes a lamp base defining a plurality of openings, at least one power module, and a number of illumination modules. Each illumination module includes a number of illumination units. Two opposite terminals of each illumination unit are secured to the lamp base near two opposite edges of a corresponding opening. The illumination units are in the openings and apart from each other. Each illumination unit includes a heat dissipating assembly, at least one lighting assembly, and two connection units connected to two opposite terminals of the heat dissipating assembly. The power module supplies electrical power to at least one illumination module, and controls a power supply through at least one of the two connection units to electrically connect the at least one lighting assembly.

Light emitting diode lamp

A light emitting diode lamp includes a lamp base defined a plurality of openings and a number of illumination modules located on the lamp base. Each illumination module includes a number of lamp holders separately located on sidewalls of the openings and a number of illumination units held by the lamp holders and apart from each other. Each illumination unit includes a hollow heat dissipating assembly, at least one lighting assembly contacting the hollow heat dissipating assembly, at least one printed circuit board, and two connection units connected to two opposite terminals of the hollow heat dissipating assembly. The printed circuit board controls a power supply through the lamp holders and at least one of the connection units to the lighting assembly.

An emergency exit indicator includes a housing and a light source received in the housing. The housing includes two first connecting arms at top and bottom thereof and two second connecting arms at lateral sides thereof. The first and second connecting arms are connected with each other by four connecting units located respectively at four corners of the housing. Each connecting unit includes a seat and two engaging tabs extending from the seat. One engaging tab is engaged with a corresponding first connecting arm, and the other is engaged with a neighboring second connecting arm.

Emergency exit indicator

An LED lamp includes an optical part, a heat dissipation member and an electric part. The optical part includes a hollow light penetrable tube and an LED module received in the tube. The heat dissipation member is received in the tube to mount the LED module thereon. The electric part include a circuit board and a rechargeable battery arranged in the tube, and two end covers arranged at two opposite ends of the tube. The LED module is provided with at least one first LED and at least one second LED. The at least one first LED and the at least one second LED cooperatively function as a main light source to provide normal illumination when an external AC power source is supplied normally. The at least one second LED independently function as an auxiliary light source to provide emergency illumination when the external AC power source is interrupted.

LED lamp

An LED lamp includes a housing and a light source located outside the housing. An electric module is received in the housing. The housing defines a receiving recess in an outer surface thereof. The light source is connected to the electric module electrically. The light source is pivotally mounted to the housing and pivotable between a rest state and a working state to adjust an illumination angle of the light source. When the light source is located at the rest state, the light source is received in the receiving recess. When the light source is located at the working state, the light source is pivoted up from the receiving recess. The LED lamp can be used for normal illumination, emergency illumination or mobile illumination.

LED lamp having a recess in external housing to receive light source

An LED illuminating device includes an optical section at a bottom end thereof, an electrical section at a top end thereof and a heat dissipation section between the optical section and the electrical section. The optical section includes an LED emitter. The electrical section electrically connects with the LED emitter. The heat dissipation section includes an upper substrate, a lower substrate being parallel to and spaced from the upper substrate, a plurality of fins arranged between the upper and lower substrates and a heat pipe. The heat pipe includes an evaporating section connected to the lower substrate and a condensing section connected to the upper substrate. The LED emitter is attached to the lower substrate and thermally connects therewith. The heat pipe is transfers heat of the LED emitter from the lower substrate to the upper substrate.

LED illuminating device and light engine thereof

An LED illuminating device includes a boiling room, an optical module, a heat insulating member and a heat exchanging member communicating with the boiling room. The boiling room defines a horizontal room and an annular, vertical room having a bottom end surrounding the horizontal room. A wick structure is received in the boiling room. Working fluid is received in the boiling room and saturated in a bottom portion of the wick structure. The optical module includes a plurality of LEDs attached to a heat absorbing member connecting with the bottom portion of the wick structure. The heat insulating member is received in the boiling room and attached to a middle portion of the wick structure for thermally insulating the middle portion of the wick structure from vaporized working fluid in the horizontal room of the boiling room.

LED illuminating device

An emergency exit indicator includes a flat housing and a light source received in the housing. The housing has a length greater than a width thereof. The housing includes a panel provided with a sign thereon to indicate emergency exit. The light source includes a plurality of LEDs each being covered by a lens. Light of the LED goes through the lens and is then illuminated on the sign to cause the sign to be visible. The lens has two opposite sides along a lengthwise direction of the housing longer than other two opposite sides along a widthwise direction of the housing, such that the light through the lens along the widthwise direction of the housing is converged in a narrower manner than the light through the lens along the lengthwise direction of the housing.

Emergency exit indicator incorporating LED unit

An LED illuminating device includes a housing defining a sealed boiling room, an optical module and an adiabatic member. The boiling room has a lower room and annular room surrounding the lower room. A wick structure is received in and attached to an inner side of the housing. Working fluid is received in the boiling room and saturated in a bottom portion of the wick structure located at a bottom of the lower room. The optical module is provided with a plurality of LEDs attached to the housing at a position under the bottom portion of the wick structure. The adiabatic member is received in the boiling room and attached to a middle portion of the wick structure at a top of the lower room for avoiding thermal and flow interactions between liquid in the middle portion of the wick structure and vapor in the lower room.

An LED illumination device includes a lampshade, and a plurality of lamp units mounted on the lampshade. Each lamp unit includes a light-emitting module having a plurality of light sources and a heat sink arranged above the light-emitting module. The heat sink includes an elongated base and a plurality of fins on the base. The base has an outer convex surface formed at a top side thereof and an opposite inner concave surface formed at a bottom side thereof. The fins extend outwardly from the convex surface of the base. The concave surface defines an elongated recess extending along an axial direction of the base. Two opposite free ends of the base are spaced from each other and cooperatively define a light emitting window below the concave surface. The light sources are received in the recess and thermally attached to the concave surface.

LED illumination device and lamp unit thereof

An LED illuminating device includes an optical section, an electrical section, and a heat dissipation section. The heat dissipation section is provided with a heat sink and at least one heat pipe therein. The heat sink includes a metal tube, a plurality of metal fins extending radially and outwardly from the metal tube, and a heat-absorbing plate attached to a bottom of the metal tube. A chamber is axially recessed from a top of the metal tube to the heat-absorbing plate. The heat pipe includes an evaporating section and a condensing section. The evaporating section of the heat pipe is attached to an inner surface of the heat-absorbing plate. The condensing section of the heat pipe is attached to an inner circumferential surface of the metal tube. The light source is attached to an outer surface of the heat-absorbing plate.

An LED lamp includes an optical part, a heat dissipation part and an electric part. The optical part includes main and auxiliary LED light sources thermally attached to the heat dissipation part. The electric part includes a rechargeable battery and a circuitry for converting an external AC power source into first and second DC power sources. The auxiliary LED light source is connected to the first DC power source for providing an auxiliary illumination when the external AC power source is normally supplied or to the rechargeable battery for providing an emergency illumination when the external AC power source is interrupted. The main LED light source is connected to the second DC power source for providing normal illumination when the external AC power source is supplied normally. Photoelectric switches are also provided for controlling the action of the auxiliary LED light source.

An LED lamp includes a light-emitting module, an electrical module and an elongated heat dissipating member. The light-emitting module includes a light source provided with a plurality of LEDs. The electrical module includes a circuit board electrically connected with the LEDs of the light source and two end caps each forming a pair of electrical pins at an outer end thereof. The heat dissipating member is arranged between and connecting with the two end caps, the heat dissipating member is a hollow metal tube and includes a mounting portion and a heat dissipating plate extending from the mounting portion. The mounting portion and the heat dissipating plate cooperatively define an elongate chamber. The circuit board is accommodated in the chamber of the heat dissipating member. The light source is thermally attached to an outer surface of the mounting portion.

LED tube lamp with heat dissipating member

An LED illumination device includes an optical section disposed at a bottom end of the LED illumination device, and in which a light source is provided. A heat dissipation section located adjacent to the optical section includes a plurality of fins thermally contacting the light source. The electrical section is disposed at a top end of the LED illumination device and electrically connects with the light source. The heat dissipation section is disposed between the optical section and the electrical section. The electrical section defines a plurality of air exchanges communicating the inside of the electrical section with the heat dissipation section and a plurality of exhaust ports communicating the inside of the electrical section with an external environment of the LED illumination device.
