A COrecovery unit includes a COabsorber that brings a gas having a low COconcentration into countercurrent contact with a COabsorbent to remove COfrom the gas. The COrecovery unit further includes a first absorbent circulation line that supplies a COabsorbent from a first COabsorption section as a first circulation solution to an upper side of a first COabsorption section; a second absorbent circulation line that supplies a COabsorbent from a second COabsorption section as a second circulation solution to an upper side of a second COabsorption section; and an absorbent discharge line that discharges a part of the first circulation solution from the first absorbent circulation line and supply the part of the first circulation solution as a discharged solution to the second absorbent circulation section.

A composite amine absorbent to absorb at least one of COand HS in a gas includes: a chain monoamine; a diamine; a cyclic compound represented by the following chemical formula: where R: any one of hydrogen, a hydrocarbon group having a carbon number of 1 to 4, and a hydroxyalkyl group, R: oxygen or N—R, and R: any one of hydrogen, a hydrocarbon group having a carbon number of 1 to 4, and a hydroxyalkyl group; and water.

Composite amine absorbent, removal unit, and removal method

A composite amine absorbent according to the present invention is an absorbent for absorbing COor HS, or both of COand HS in a gas. The absorbent is obtained by dissolving (1) a linear monoamine, (2) a diamine, and (3) propylene glycol alkyl ether, for example, represented by the following chemical formula (I) in water. In the composite amine absorbent, the components complexly interact, and the synergistic effect thereof provides good absorbability of COor HS, or both of COand HS and good releasability of COor HS absorbed during regeneration of the absorbent. An absorbent liquid which absorbs at least one of COand HS from a gas, including a secondary linear monoamine; a tertiary linear monoamine or a sterically hindered primary monoamine; and a secondary cyclic diamine, wherein a concentration of each of the secondary linear monoamine, the tertiary linear monoamine or the sterically hindered primary monoamine; and the secondary cyclic diamine is less than 30% by weight.

An absorption liquid regeneration apparatus includes: a regeneration tower for regenerating a COabsorption liquid; a reflux water drum configured to separate released gas from the regeneration tower into COgas and condensed water, and return the condensed water to the regeneration tower; and a cleaning part installed in a gas-phase part of the reflux water drum or in a COflow passage through which the COgas having flowed from the gas-phase part flows, and configured to remove a COabsorption agent contained in the COgas by using a cleaning liquid. Reclaiming apparatus, COrecovery apparatus including the same, and reclaiming method

A nitrogen oxide absorbing unit, a nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid extraction line, a nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid heating/regenerating unit, a released gas line, and a regenerated liquid discharge line are provided. The nitrogen oxide absorbing unit is configured to absorb and remove nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas with nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid by introducing the exhaust gas containing nitrogen oxides and carbon dioxide. Through the nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid extraction line, the circulating nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid is extracted from a nitrogen oxide absorbing liquid circulation line. A reclaiming apparatus includes: a container in which reclaiming process of an absorption liquid is performed; a waste liquid line configured through which a waste liquid from the container flows; a waste liquid cooler, installed in the waste liquid line, for cooling the waste liquid from the container; and a cleaning-water supply line for supplying the waste liquid cooler with cleaning water for cleaning the waste liquid cooler.

Reclaiming apparatus and method, and COrecovery device and method

The composite amine absorbing solution according to the present invention absorbs COor HS or both in a gas, and is obtained by dissolving a linear monoamine, a diamine, and an amide group-containing compound in water. By adopting this composite amine absorbing solution, the composites are interacting in a composite manner, due to an integrated effect of the components, the absorption property of COor HS or both is favorable, the desorption properties of the COor HS absorbed when regenerating the absorbing solution become favorable, and the amount of steam from a reboiler used when regenerating the absorbing solution in a COrecovery device can be reduced.
