The ultrasonic transducer includes a case, a piezoelectric vibrator disposed in the case, a wiring member overlapped with the piezoelectric vibrator in the case and inputting signals for vibrating the piezoelectric vibrator received from the outside to the piezoelectric vibrator, and a damper portion provided in the wiring member and adjacent to the piezoelectric vibrator when viewed from the thickness direction of the piezoelectric vibrator.

An ultrasonic device includes a case, a piezoelectric element, a sound absorbing material, and a vibration-proof material. The case defines a housing space. The piezoelectric element is disposed in the housing space. The sound absorbing material is disposed on the piezoelectric element and is made of a foaming material. The vibration-proof material is disposed around the sound absorbing material and is in contact with an inner face of the case. Between the piezoelectric element and the sound absorbing material, a first space is formed.

Ultrasonic device

An ultrasonic device according to one aspect includes a case, a piezoelectric element, a sound absorbing material, and a vibration-proof material. The case defines a housing space. The piezoelectric element is disposed in the housing space. The sound absorbing material is disposed on a main face of the piezoelectric element and is made of a foaming material. The vibration-proof material is disposed around the sound absorbing material. The sound absorbing material includes a first opposing face opposed to the main face. The first opposing face has an uneven shape in which a plurality of protruding portions and a plurality of depression portions are alternately continued, and is rougher than the main face.

A piezoelectric element includes a piezoelectric element body including a first principal surface and a second principal surface opposing each other, and a plurality of external electrodes disposed on the first principal surface. A vibration member includes a third principal surface opposing the second principal surface. The piezoelectric element is joined to the third principal surface. A wiring member is electrically connected to the piezoelectric element. The wiring member includes a region located on the plurality of external electrodes and joined to the plurality of external electrodes. The region of the wiring member monolithically covers the plurality of external electrodes when viewed from a direction orthogonal to the first principal surface.

Vibration device

A vibrating device includes a piezoelectric element, a resin member having electric insulation, a vibrating member made of metal, a first adhesive layer, and a second adhesive layer. The resin member includes a first principal surface and a second principal surface opposing each other. The vibrating member includes a third principal surface and a fourth principal surface opposing each other. The first adhesive layer joins the piezoelectric element and the first principal surface. The second adhesive layer joins the second principal surface and the third principal surface. An area of the resin member is greater than an area of the piezoelectric element, and an area of the vibrating member is greater than the area of the piezoelectric element. An area where the second adhesive layer adheres to the vibrating member is greater than an area where the first adhesive layer adheres to the resin member.

Vibrating device

A vibrating device includes a piezoelectric element, a wiring board electrically connected with the piezoelectric element, and a diaphragm including a metal. The piezoelectric element and the wiring board are bonded to the diaphragm. The piezoelectric element includes a piezoelectric element body, a plurality of internal electrodes, and a plurality of external electrodes. The piezoelectric element body has a first principal plane and a second principal plane opposed to each other. The plurality of internal electrodes is disposed in the piezoelectric element body. The internal electrodes are opposed to each other in a direction in which the first principal plane and the second principal plane are opposed. The plurality of external electrodes is disposed on the first principal plane, and is electrically connected with corresponding internal electrodes, of the plurality of internal electrodes. The wiring board has a resin film and a plurality of conductors.

A vibrating device includes a diaphragm, a piezoelectric element, and a wiring board. The piezoelectric element and the wiring board are bonded to a first principal plane of the diaphragm. The wiring board is electrically connected with the piezoelectric element. The piezoelectric element includes a piezoelectric element body, a plurality of internal electrodes, and a plurality of external electrodes. The piezoelectric element body has a second principal plane, a third principal plane, and a side surface. The third principal plane and the side surface are bonded to the first principal plane. The wiring board has a resin film, a plurality of conductors, and a coating film. The coating film is disposed on the plurality of conductors in such a way as to cover the plurality of conductors. One end portions of the plurality of conductors are exposed from the coating film and electrically connected with corresponding external electrodes.

A piezoelectric element body has a first principal surface and a second principal surface. A pair of first electrodes is disposed on the first principal surface. The vibrating body includes a metal plate, an insulating layer, and a pair of second electrodes. The metal plate has a third principal surface and a fourth principal surface. The insulating layer is disposed on the third principal surface. The pair of second electrodes is disposed on the insulating layer. The piezoelectric element and the vibrating body are disposed in such a manner that the first principal surface and the third principal surface oppose each other via the insulating layer. The pair of second electrodes physically contacts the respective first electrodes. The second electrodes are exposed from the piezoelectric element and are separated from all of edges of the insulating layer, when viewed from a direction orthogonal to the third principal surface.

A piezoelectric unit includes a piezoelectric element that expands and contracts in a first direction, a drive shaft connected with a first end surface of the piezoelectric element, a weight connected with a second end surface of the piezoelectric element, a protection member covering at least a part of the piezoelectric element, the drive shaft, and the weight, and a movable member engaged with the drive shaft. An inner wall surface of the protection member includes a weight position regulating portion that regulates a position of the weight, an element position regulating portion that regulates a position of the piezoelectric element, and a shaft position regulating portion that regulates a position of the drive shaft. An outer wall surface of the protection member has a movable member regulating portion that prevents the movable member from approaching the piezoelectric element.

Piezoelectric unit

A lens drive unit that prevents an actuator from being inclined is provided. In the lens drive unit, when a lens frame is displaced in a direction orthogonal to a direction in which the actuator extends and contracts with respect to a base member by, for example, impact from an outside of the lens drive unit, a drive shaft of the actuator abuts on a first lateral wall and a column, so that the actuator is prevented from being inclined with respect to the base member.

Lens drive unit

A lens drive unit that offers enhanced reliability in connection between an actuator electrode and an electric wire is provided. In the lens drive unit, an actuator has a weight housed in an holding portion of a base member and is thereby fixed in the base member. Electrodes on a lateral surface of the weight directly contact respective terminal electrodes on an inner lateral surface of the holding portion, so that an electrical connection is established therebetween. The arrangement enhances reliability in connection between the actuator electrodes and the terminal electrodes.
