A speaker system for a mobile object capable of being easily mounted on the mobile object is provided. The speaker system includes a speaker unit, enclosure accommodating the speaker unit, and a tubular member one end of which is connected to an internal space of the enclosure, and the speaker unit and the enclosure are built in a back door thereof. A free space in a vehicle is utilized effectively, thereby mounting the speaker system for the mobile object in the vehicle easily.

In a gasket which is interposed between a speaker unit and a cabinet to which the speaker unit is attached, a dust-proof net is secured to an annular portion, which is clamped between the speaker unit and the cabinet, and supporting ribs configured integrally on an inner side of the annular portion.

A frame with a pot type yoke incorporated therein is held on a seating base, and an adhesive supplying means is disposed at a position located in close proximity to this seating base. A supply head of this adhesive supplying means has its supply port opposing an end face of an annular portion. A speaker includes: a speaker unit; a baffle fitted with the speaker unit; a cabinet fixed to the baffle, the cabinet covering a back of the speaker unit; a plurality of mounting bosses projected from at least one of the baffle and the cabinet; and a packing having elongated mounting holes, the packing located at an abutting part between the baffle and the cabinet, the packing sealing the abutting part. The abutting part includes a plurality of similar sealing areas, which are substantially common in size and shape as a whole except that at least one projecting position of the mounting boss is slightly shifted. The elongated mounting holes of the packing is used for the similar sealing areas. The elongated mounting holes of the packing correspond to the at least one projecting position of the mounting boss and compensate a position shift between the similar sealing areas.

A speaker apparatus is a bass-reflex type woofer used in a speaker system, and includes a body portion for housing a speaker unit and a bass-reflex port mounted and fixed in the body portion. Further, in the speaker apparatus, a protrusion for temporarily fastening the bass-reflex port in the case of mounting and fixing the bass-reflex port is provided in the body portion.

A loudspeaker apparatus includes a frame having an opening portion, a magnetic circuit constructed within the opening portion, a voice coilin which a rear opening end portion is inserted into a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit, a dome type diaphragm covered over the front opening end portion of the voice coil, and an edge for holding an outer peripheral portion of the voice coil freely vibratingly, with the outer peripheral edge attached on an opening portion of the frame. A reinforcing portion formed at an outer peripheral edge of the dome type diaphragm is formed of a flat portion and a cone portion, and has a shape of being folded back in a sound radiating direction toward a front.
