A driving force transmitting devices is able to engage a main clutch with a small amount of hydraulic pressure. The driving force transmitting device includes an input shaft and an output shaft, and a main clutch. The device is formed of a primary clutch that intermittently transmits the driving force transmitted from the input shaft, a hydraulic pump that generates a hydraulic pressure, a piston that presses the primary clutch with the hydraulic pressure by the hydraulic pump, and a cam mechanism that presses the main clutch with a press-contact force which is amplified to be larger than the press-contact force of the piston by utilizing the driving force from the input shaft through the primary clutch, so as to engage the main clutch.

Driving force transmitting device

A motor control apparatus for controlling an operation of an electric motor has an operational temperature estimator and an operation controller. The operational temperature estimator estimates an estimated temperature of the electric motor. The operation controller disables to start the operation of the electric motor while the estimated temperature is within a predetermined operation start disable range, and enables to continue the operation of the electric motor when the estimated temperature increases into the operation start disable range.

Motor control apparatus

A motor controller includes: an estimated temperature calculating section that calculates and stores an estimated temperature of a motor, and a control section that can perform a drive control of the motor only when this estimated temperature is not larger than a predetermined value. When the motor is stopped, a second temperature gradient while the temperature of the motor decreases from a stop-time temperature to a predetermined first set temperature is stored in correspondence to the stop-time temperature. The first temperature gradient corresponding to the estimated temperature at a time when the motor is stopped is calculated by using the first temperature gradient storing means, if the estimated temperature stored in the estimated temperature storing means when the motor is stopped is larger than the first set temperature. The estimated temperature stored in the estimated temperature storing means is updated according to a lapse of a stopping time of the motor by using the first temperature gradient calculated by the first temperature gradient calculating means.

Motor controller and motor temperature estimation method for the same

A motor controller includes: a motor control part for driving and controlling a motor; an estimated temperature computing part for computing an estimated temperature of a winding of the motor; and a motor protecting part for protecting the motor from being burned when the estimated temperature becomes larger than a predetermined temperature. A temperature rise value of the estimated temperature is computed according to operating conditions of the motor at the time of passing electric current through the winding. This temperature rise value is added to an estimated temperature stored in the estimated temperature storing part to update the estimate temperature. To compute the temperature rise value, an optimum temperature rise value is computed by the use of a plurality of temperature-rise value computing expressions.

Motor controller

A brush holder is installed to a motor main body and has a connector arrangement, which is directly connectable with an external connector to receive electric power. The brush holder holds a plurality of power supply brushes. A control circuit member is installed in a gear housing through an installation opening of the gear housing. The control circuit member controls rotation of the motor main body and is electrically connected to the connector arrangement and the power supply brushes.

A waterproofing member for a wire harness connecting portion of a motor for driving a window regulator of a vehicle is constructed such that it includes an opening being provided at each axial direction end portion of the waterproofing member, a mounting portion provided at one of the axial direction end portions of the waterproofing member, and fixed to the wire harness connecting portion so as to seal the wire harness connecting portion; a press-fit portion provided at the other of the axial direction end portions of the waterproofing member, and press-fit against a peripheral wall of the through-hole of the door panel so as to seal the through-hole; and further includes an elastic portion which is formed at an axial direction intermediate portion between the mounting portion and the press-fit portion and is formed so as to be elastically deformable along an axial direction of the waterproofing member, which elastic portion being able to change relative positions of the mounting portion and the press-fit portion by deforming elastically.

Waterproofing member for wire harness connecting portion

A device for detecting a position of a moving body is provided in which a position of a moving body such as a window glass can be detected with high accuracy, initial positions can be set without complicated adjustment, such can be realized with a simple structure and at a low cost, and assemblability can be greatly improved. In the device for detecting a position of a moving body, spring claws, which form a clutch mechanism and press a carrier, are formed integrally with a protective plate. A switch portion including a moving contact is provided integrally with a ring gear of the planetary gear group and rotates therewith. The switch portion detects the position of the moving body by on-and-off operation thereof. The spring claws are provided at a side of a planetary gear group (a planetary gear and the carrier) opposite a side at which a cover plate is provided. Accordingly, the protective plate can be installed after the planetary gear group. In a state in which the planetary gear and the carrier are provisionally installed, press-contact force of the spring claws is not applied to the carrier. As a result, the planetary gear and the carrier do not rise and positional deviation does not occur, and therefore, the assemblability can be greatly improved.

A device for detecting a position of a moving body is provided in which a position of a moving body such as a window glass of a power window device can be detected with high accuracy, initial positions can be set without complicated adjustment, such can be realized with a simple structure and at a low cost, and assemblability can be greatly improved. In the device for detecting a position of a moving body, fixed contacts press-contact a flange portion of a ring gear from a side opposite a side at which a cover plate is disposed. Accordingly, the fixed contacts can be installed after the ring gear. In a state in which the ring gear is provisionally installed, press-contact force of the fixed contacts is not applied to the ring gear. As a result, the ring gear does not rise and positional deviation does not occur, and therefore, the assemblability can be greatly improved.

The present invention provides an automatic seat-belt applying system for motorcars, comprising a guide rail located laterally relative to a seat and disposed on the vehicle body of a motorcar to extend along a path of movement of a seat belt and a self-propelled anchor movable along the guide rail for holding the seat belt at one end, the self-propelled anchor including a motor for moving the anchor along the guide rail, whereby the seat belt can be automatically applied around a crew sitting on the seat.
