A battery includes a positive electrode, a first electrolyte layer, a second electrolyte layer, a third electrolyte layer, and a negative electrode, which are arranged in the order stated. The first electrolyte layer includes a first solid electrolyte material. The second electrolyte layer includes a second solid electrolyte material. The third electrolyte layer includes a third solid electrolyte material. The second solid electrolyte material has a Young's modulus that is less than a Young's modulus of the first solid electrolyte material and less than a Young's modulus of the third solid electrolyte material. The first solid electrolyte material and the third solid electrolyte material are materials different from each other.

Battery

An electrode material includes an electrode active material, a first solid electrolyte material, and a coating material. The first solid electrolyte material includes Li, M, and X and does not include sulfur, where M includes at least one selected from the group consisting of metal elements other than Li and metalloid elements, and X is at least one selected from the group consisting of Cl, Br, and I. The coating material is located on the surface of the electrode active material.

Electrode material and battery

An ion conductor material includes a solid-electrolyte material and a resin binder. The solid-electrolyte material includes Li, M, and X. The M is at least one selected from the group consisting of metal and metalloid elements other than Li. The X is at least one selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br, and I. The molar ratio of a modification group included in the resin binder to the solid-electrolyte material is less than or equal to 0.0002.

Ion conductor material and battery

A battery includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolyte layer disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The electrolyte layer includes a first layer, a second layer, and a mixture layer disposed between the first layer and the second layer. The first layer includes a first solid electrolyte material. The second layer includes a second solid electrolyte material, the second solid electrolyte material being different from the first solid electrolyte material. The mixture layer includes the first solid electrolyte material and the second solid electrolyte material.

The present disclosure provides a negative electrode material that can improve the charge-discharge efficiency of a battery. A negative electrode material includes a reduced form of a first solid electrolyte material and a conductive auxiliary. The first solid electrolyte material is denoted by Formula (1): LiMX. Herein, in Formula (1), each of α, β, and γ is a value greater than 0, M represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of metal elements except Li and semimetals, and X represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br, and I.

Negative electrode material and battery

The present disclosure provides a negative electrode material that can improve the cycle characteristics of a battery. The negative electrode material according to the present disclosure contains a reduced form of a solid electrolyte material. The solid electrolyte material is denoted by Formula (1): LiMX. Herein, in Formula (1), each of α, β, and γ is a value greater than 0, M represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of metal dements except Li and semimetals, and X represents at least one dement selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br, and I.

Negative electrode material, battery, and method for producing battery

The present disclosure provides an anode material having further improved charge/discharge efficiency. The anode material according to the present disclosure includes an anode active material and a first solid electrolyte material. The first solid electrolyte material includes Li, M, and X, and does not include sulfur. M is at least one selected from the group consisting of metalloid elements and metal elements other than Li. X is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of Cl, Br, and I. The anode active material is an active material capable of storing and releasing lithium ions at a potential with respect to lithium of not less than 0.27 V.

Anode material and battery using same

Provided is a battery in which the internal resistance is further decreased. The present disclosure provides a battery, comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolyte layer provided between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The electrolyte layer includes a first solid electrolyte material. The first solid electrolyte material includes Li, M, and X, and does not include sulfur. M is at least one selected from the group consisting of metalloid elements and metal elements other than Li. X is at least one selected from the group consisting of Cl, Br, and I. The negative electrode includes a negative electrode active material and a sulfide solid electrolyte.
