A first film plateand a second film plate, each made of flexible resin film, are attached to a top surface and a bottom surface of a key topmade of mold-resin, respectively, so as to cover the key top. The first film plateis pressed upward to form a recessed portion, the key topis molded within this recessed portion. The second film plateis arranged on the bottom surface of the key top. Key top plate and a method for manufacturing the same

The present invention relates to paper feed rollers required to transfer papers in printers, facsimiles, copiers, etc. with accurately, and provides novel paper feed rollers which are lighter, less expensive and mass-producible with larger diameters as compared with conventional paper feed rollers. The paper feed roller according to the present invention includes a rotary shaft, a cylindrical roller portion formed by press molding a mixture of a hydraulic composition, followed by curing and hardening, and integrated with an outer periphery of the rotary shaft.

A keytop plate comprises keytops (21) formed by integrally molding a molding resin part (25) with a synthetic resin film (23), and a molded elastomer sheet (molded elastomer member) (11) attached to the keytops (21). The molded elastomer sheet (11), other than in the areas to which the keytops (21) are attached, has no through-holes, whereby a water-proof property is provided. The keytops (21) are easily depressed even when the molded elastomer sheet (11) is securely held at its peripheral portion. A hard tactile feeling may be obtained when the keytops (21) are depressed, since the keytops (21) are formed from the synthetic resin film (23) and the molding resin part (25).
