A rotor of a rotary electric machine includes a rotor core and a magnetic pole portion. The magnetic pole portion includes a magnet portion having at least two layers along a radial direction, which has an outer diameter side magnet portion including an outer diameter side arc magnet and an inner diameter side magnet portion including a pair of inner diameter side arc magnets arranged with a d-axis interposed. In addition, a pair of ribs extending in the radial direction are respectively provided between d-axis side end surfaces of the pair of inner diameter side arc magnets and the d-axis. A gap portion is provided between the pair of ribs to overlap the d-axis.

Rotor of rotary electric machine

A rotor of a rotating electrical machine includes a substantially annular rotor core and a plurality of magnetic pole portions formed at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction of the rotor core. Each magnetic pole portion includes an outer diameter side magnet portion configured by an outer diameter side circular arc magnet arranged so as to protrude radially inward and an inner diameter side magnet portion located radially inward of the outer diameter side magnet portion and configured by a pair of inner diameter side arc magnets arranged so as to radially inward of the radially outer magnet portion. Each arc magnet is an arc magnet in which an inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface have the same arc center.

Rotor of rotating electrical machine and arc magnet manufacturing method

A rotor includes: a rotor core having: a plurality of magnet insertion holes; and a punched portion; and a plurality of magnetic pole portions. The punched portion is provided so as to pinch a q-axis magnetic path of each magnet pole portion in the radial direction with the plurality of magnet pole portions. The punched portion includes: a first punched hole located on a d-axis of each magnet pole portion; a pair of second punched holes facing each other across the first punched hole in the circumferential direction; and a pair of ribs formed between the first punched hole and the pair of second punched holes. The pair of ribs is provided such that a distance between the pair of ribs is increased from an outer side to an inner side in the radial direction.

Rotor

A rotor includes: a rotor core having a rotor shaft hole into which a rotor shaft is tightened and a plurality of magnet insertion holes provided along a circumferential direction; and a plurality of magnetic pole portions constituted by magnets inserted into the magnet insertion holes. The rotor core includes a cooling portion having a plurality of refrigerant flow passage holes provided radially inward of the plurality of magnetic pole portions and arranged along a circumferential direction, the plurality of refrigerant flow passage holes are arranged on both circumferential end portion sides of each magnetic pole portion, the refrigerant flow passage hole includes an inner radial side apex portion protruding radially inward, and an outer peripheral wall of the refrigerant flow passage hole includes an outer radial side apex portion protruding radially outward.

A rotor core which includes: a first hole portion group; and a second hole portion group. Each hole portion of the second hole portion group is arranged to intersect with a virtual extension line of a rib formed between the adjacent hole portions of the first hole portion group, and includes: a first and second end portions; an outer radial side apex portion; and an outer peripheral wall. The outer radial side apex portion is located at an intersection point between a virtual line which is orthogonal to a virtual line connecting the center of the rotor core and the first end portion and passes through the first end portion and a virtual line which is orthogonal to a virtual line connecting the center of the rotor core and the second end portion and passes through the second end portion or is located radially outward of the intersection point.

Rotor core

A rotor of a rotating electrical machine includes: a rotor core with a plurality of magnet insertion holes; and a plurality of magnetic pole portions including permanent magnets inserted into the plurality of magnet insertion holes. A space portion is provided between a space portion forming surface of at least one of the outer diameter surface and the inner diameter surface of the permanent magnet and a wall surface of the magnet insertion hole facing the space portion forming surface. The space portion includes: a liquid medium storage region provided in a center in the circumferential direction, and liquid medium throttle regions provided at both end portions in the circumferential direction, and a distance between the permanent magnet and the magnet insertion hole in the liquid medium throttle region is shorter than a distance between the permanent magnet and the magnet insertion hole in the liquid medium storage region.

Rotor of rotating electrical machine

A rotor includes: a rotor core having: a rotor shaft hole; and a plurality of magnet insertion holes; and a plurality of magnetic pole portions. The rotor core includes a plurality of refrigerant flow passage hole portions. A refrigerant flow passage hole portion includes: a first refrigerant flow passage hole located on a virtual line connecting a circumferential center of each magnetic pole portion and a center of the rotor core; and a pair of second refrigerant flow passage holes facing each other across the first refrigerant flow passage hole on both circumferential end portion sides of each magnetic pole portion. The first refrigerant flow passage hole and the pair of second refrigerant flow passage holes include inner radial side apex portions protruding radially inward. Outer peripheral walls of the pair of second refrigerant flow passage holes include outer radial side apex portions protruding radially outward.

A rotor includes: a rotor core including a rotor shaft hole in which a rotor shaft is fastened, a plurality of magnet insertion holes provided along the circumferential direction, and a hollow hole provided between the rotor shaft hole and the magnet insertion holes in the radial direction; and a plurality of magnetic pole portions constituted by permanent magnets inserted into the magnet insertion holes. The hollow hole includes an intersection of the q-axis of each magnetic pole portion and a virtual circle passing through the innermost diameter portion of the magnet insertion holes around the axis of the rotor core, and the hollow hole is disposed to face the magnet insertion holes of adjacent magnetic pole portions.

An electric rotary machine includes a rotor and a stator disposed radially outward of the rotor. The rotor includes a rotor shaft, a rotor core, a plurality of magnetic pole portions, a first end plate, and a second end plate. The first end plate includes a refrigerant discharge hole, a first groove portion communicating with a refrigerant flow path and communicating with a first refrigerant flow path hole, and a second groove portion communicating with the first groove portion and communicating with a refrigerant discharge hole of the first end plate. The second end plate includes a refrigerant discharge hole, and a third groove portion communicating with the first refrigerant flow path hole and communicating with a refrigerant discharge hole of the second end plate.

Electric rotary machine

A rotor core includes: a rotor shaft hole; a first hole portion group provided on an outer side of the rotor shaft hole; a shaft holding portion provided between the rotor shaft hole and the first hole portion group; a second hole portion group provided on an outer side of the first hole portion group; a first annular portion provided between the first hole portion group and the second hole portion group; a third hole portion group provided on an outer side of the second hole portion group; a second annular portion provided between the second hole portion group and the third hole portion group; and an electromagnetic portion provided on an outer side of the third hole portion group. A width of the second annular portion is larger than a width of the first annular portion.

In an electric vehicle including a motor shaft connected to a drive motor, a counter shaft coupled with the motor shaft, a drive shaft coupled with the counter shaft, a drive wheel coupled with the drive shaft, a plurality of bearings configured to support the counter shaft, and a plurality of gears configured to rotate integrally with the counter shaft, a torque sensor is disposed in a region in which a slope of a bending moment occurring on the counter shaft is minimum at a time that the drive motor is driven.

Electric vehicle

A motor unit includes a drive motor having an output shaft with a hollow portion, and a torque sensor arranged inside the hollow portion. The output shaft is formed by a magnetic body. A vehicle can include the motor unit. The drive motor can be a traction motor that generates traction drive force of the vehicle, for example.

A rotor of a rotating electrical machine includes a substantially annular rotor core with a plurality of magnet insertion holes formed along a circumferential direction and a plurality of magnetic pole portions including permanent magnets inserted into the plurality of magnet insertion holes. The magnet insertion hole includes a first abutment surface on which the outer diameter side first end portion of the permanent magnet slidably abuts and which extends in a substantially linear shape and a second abutment surface on which the outer diameter side second end portion of the permanent magnet slidably abuts and which extends in a substantially linear shape. The inner diameter side first end portion and the inner diameter side second end portion of the permanent magnet are located closer to a center side in the circumferential direction of the permanent magnet than the first imaginary line and the second imaginary line.

An electric vehicle includes a second rotating electric machine; a first transmission path configured to transmit force generated by the second rotating electric machine to a wheel; a first clutch that is arranged in the first transmission path and configured to switch between a connected state and a disconnected state between the second rotating electric machine and the wheel; and an ECU configured to control the second rotating electric machine and the first clutch. In the electric vehicle, a torque sensor is arranged between the first clutch and the wheel in the first transmission path.

A sensor unit includes a shaft having a hollow portion and a torque sensor that is arranged inside the hollow portion and detects torsional torque acting on the shaft from inside the shaft. A motor unit can include the sensor unit and a drive motor. A vehicle can include the motor unit. A drive motor can be a traction motor that generates a traction drive force for the vehicle, for example.
