[Object] To provide a contact that can hold down effects caused by solder, even if an elastic contacting portion is extending from a location contacting a first member. [Solving means] The contact includes a base portion, an elastic contacting portion and a gap forming portion. The base portion is configured solderable on a component mounting surface of the first member. The elastic contacting portion is configured elastically deformable and relatively swingable with respect to the base portion, and when contacting a contacted surface of the second member, is configured to elastically deform to be in pressurized contact with the contacted surface. In the gap forming portion, a concave portion is provided between a first end portion and a second end portion, and is configured to have a gap between the concave portion and the component mounting surface when the base portion is soldered on the component mounting surface in a state in which the concave portion and the component mounting surface are oriented in directions facing each other.

Contact

The present invention provides a contact with low impedance even in a high frequency band. The contact () includes a base part (), a contact part (), and a spring part (). The spring part () is elastically deformed to bias the contact part () in the x-axis positive direction and the z-axis positive direction. The contact part () includes a sliding part (A) oriented in the x-axis positive direction. The base part () includes a part to be slided () oriented in the x-axis negative direction. The contact part () is biased in the x-axis positive direction by the spring part (), so that the sliding part (A) is in pressure contact with the part to be slided (). The contact part () is configured to be slidable in the z-axis direction relative to the base part () while maintaining a state in which the sliding part (A) is in pressure contact with the part to be slided ().

Contact for electrically connecting a first member and a second member using spring part

The present invention provides a contact capable of suppressing an increase in a DC resistance value for a long period and a method of manufacturing the same. The contact includes a base portion and an elastic contact portion. The elastic contact portion includes a planar portion configured in a planar shape; and a projection portion that is disposed on one surface of the planar portion and protrudes from the one surface. The elastic contact portion is configured to come into pressed contact with the second surface at the projection portion. The projection portion is configured such that a dimensional ratio H/L of the height H to the length L satisfies&#x2264;H/L&#x2264;where H is a height in a direction perpendicular to the one surface and L is a length in a direction parallel to the one surface.

Contact and method of manufacturing same

A contact includes a base portion fixable to a first member, a contact portion configured to make contact with a second member, and a spring portion configured to displaceably support the contact portion. The base portion, the contact portion, and the spring portion are integrally formed with a thin plate made of metal. The contact portion includes a flat plate portion extending in a flat plate shape from one end of a bent portion, and a protrusion protruding toward the second member is provided on the flat plate portion. The protrusion is provided at a location separated from a boundary between the contact portion and the spring portion by greater than or equal to 0.9 mm toward the contact portion.

A noise suppression member according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes: a first core part and a second core part; and a first case part and a second case part. The first case part and the second case part are provided with engagement mechanisms. The engagement mechanisms each include an engaging portion and an engaged portion and is configured to fix the first case part and the second case part by engaging the engaging portions with the respective engaged portions. When the first case part and the second case part are fixed with the engagement mechanisms, the first core part and the second core part are maintained in a state of forming an annular magnetic core. When the engaging portion engages with the engaged portion, the first core part and the second core part are configured to come into contact with each other.

Noise suppression member

The contact includes a base portion, a contact portion, and a spring portion integrally molded with a thin metal plate. The spring portion includes a first bending portion, a flat plate portion, and a second bending portion. The first bending portion is bent such that a first surface of the thin plate is on an outer peripheral side, and the second bending portion is bent such that a second surface of the thin plate is on an outer peripheral side. The thin plate has a thickness t of from 0.10 to 0.15 mm, a curvature radius Rof the first bending portion is from 0.6 to 1.0 mm, and a ratio L/R1 of a length L between the first bending portion and the second bending portion of the flat plate portion to the curvature radius R1 is configured to satisfy 0&#x3c;L/R1&#x2264;4.

A clip is provided with a base portion, at least one holding portion, and a guiding portion. The holding portion includes spring pieces including a first and second spring pieces connected to the base portion and facing each other, and sandwiches an insert inserted between these spring pieces. The guiding portion includes a contact surface that guides the insert toward a position between the first and second spring pieces when the insert moves in an insertion direction and the guide portion comes into contact with the insert. The contact surface is at least partially in a position farther away from the base portion than the second portion of at least one of the first or second spring pieces. The contact surface is at least partially, in relation to a facing direction, in a position farther away from the corresponding spring piece than the second portion of the one spring piece.

Clip and fixing mechanism

A contact includes: a spring member constituted of at least one thin plate that has electrical conductivity and elasticity, the spring member causing elastic deformation when being sandwiched between at least one conductor pattern of a printed wiring board and at least one conductive member different from the printed wiring board; a housing made of resin that surrounds at least a part of the spring member from both sides at least across a deformation direction of respective portions of the spring member so as to support the spring member on the printed wiring board; and at least a pair of engaging portions, the respective engaging portions being formed in the spring member and the housing, the engaging portions engaging with one another when the housing is arranged in a position surrounding the spring member, so as to secure at least a part of the spring member to at least a part of the housing.

A conductive member of this disclosure includes a bent metal thin plate. The metal thin plate includes a base portion having a first surface serving as a joint surface for soldering, a first spring portion connected to part of the base portion, and a second spring portion provided above a second surface of the base portion opposite to the first surface. The first spring portion inclines in a direction away from a tangent plane of the first surface such that an angle between the first spring portion and the first surface is an obtuse angle, and generates repulsion force against force toward the tangent plane. The second spring portion generates repulsion force parallel to a direction from the base portion toward the first spring portion.

Conductive member and electromagnetic shield structure

A capacitor holder comprises: a holding portion having a cylindrical inner wall surface, at least an outer peripheral portion of the inner wall surface being open, the holding portion being configured to hold a capacitor inserted through the opening into an inside of the inner wall surface; a fixed portion formed integrally with the holding portion and positioned opposite to the opening of the holding portion; a pair of fitting grooves formed at a pair of end surfaces of the fixed portion opposed to each other adjacent to the holding portion, the fitting grooves being configured to fittably engage with end edges of a printed circuit board to extend along a surface of the printed circuit board; and a proximity suppressor configured to suppress portions of the fixed portion where the fitting grooves are formed from being brought into proximity each other.

Capacitor holder, and capacitor holding structure

A capacitor holder includes: a cylindrical portion made of a resin having a cylindrical shape and externally fitted to a capacitor; a pair of protrusions formed integrally with the cylindrical portion, the protrusions protruding in an outward direction of the cylindrical portion from positions opposed to each other with respect to an axis of the cylindrical portion; and a pair of metal pins protruding along the axis from axial end surfaces of the paired protrusions, the metal pins configured to solder the cylindrical portion and the protrusions to a printed circuit board. In the capacitor holder, a distance between the axis and outer circumferences of the protrusions is less than 0.76 times of an inner diameter of the cylindrical portion.

Capacitor holder

A surface mount clip including: a solder joint part in which a lower surface thereof is to be a solder joint surface to be soldered and connected to a conductor pattern on a printed circuit board. A pair of support parts are connected to the solder joint part and, when the solder joint part is soldered and connected to the printed circuit board, are supported in a position above the printed circuit board at an interval between the pair of support parts. The interval allows a conductive member, other than the printed circuit board, to be inserted therein. A resilient contact part, that is connected at least to one of the pair of support parts, is resiliently deformed and pressed by the conductive member, when the conductive member is inserted between the pair of support parts, and electrically connects the conductor pattern and the conductive member.

Surface mount clip

A capacitor holder comprising a body part formed in a shape into which a tip end of a capacitor can be fitted; and a lead part which is fixed to the body part and can be soldered to a predetermined fitting location. The body part has an opening through which the tip end of the capacitor is exposed, and an end surface abutment portion which abuts a tip end surface of the capacitor in a vicinity of a pressure valve, when the tip end of the capacitor is fitted into the body part. The lead part is fixed to the body part at a position opposite to the capacitor with respect to a reference plane, which is a plane includes the tip end surface of the capacitor abutting the end surface abutment portion.

A contact capable of electrically connecting an electrically conductive portion provided on a plate-like member with an electrically conductive member different from the plate-like member. The contact includes a main body; a movable portion held by the main body so as to be reciprocal in directions of increasing and decreasing of a projecting amount thereof outwardly of the main body; and a biasing mechanism that biases the movable portion in such a direction that the projecting amount of the movable portion increases. The main body includes a tubular portion, a solder inflow suppressing portion, and a soldering portion.
