A keyless entry system includes a portable transmitter that transmits a lock signal and an unlock signal, each of which contains a unique identification code, for a predetermined period, and an operation unit that locks and unlocks doors of a vehicle in response to the lock signal and the unlock signal from the portable transmitter. The operation unit includes a receiver that outputs a lock command signal or an unlock command signal having a predetermined time length, and a controller that drives an actuator to lock or unlock the doors of the vehicle in response to the lock command signal or the unlock command signal from the receiver. The time length of the unlock command signal from the receiver is shorter than the time length of the unlock signal from the portable transmitter.

A security alarm system for a vehicle having an alert device, the alert device including an audible alert device, and the security alarm system comprising an intrusion detector for detecting an intrusion event on the vehicle; and an alert controller for controlling the alert device, wherein the alert controller generates an activate instruction to activate the alert device responsive to the intrusion event detected by the intrusion detector and generates a deactivate instruction to deactivate at least the audible alert device after a first predetermined time interval from the generation of the activate instruction, and wherein the alert controller further prevents a generation of an activate instruction of at least the audible alert device during at least a second predetermined time interval after the generation of the deactivate instruction.

A keyless entry device includes: a transmitter which includes an operating section relating to a door lock state for transmitting a door operation information and a specific identifying information based on an operating state of the operating section; and a receiving unit for outputting a signal to a door lock device based on the transmitted door operation information when the specific identifying information transmitted coincides with a registered identifying information stored previously; wherein a plurality of pieces of partial informations obtained by dividing the registered identifying information are sequentially received by the receiving unit to permit the information to be stored in the receiving unit.

Keyless entry device

A power window system includes an occupant existence determination unit and a power supply unit. The occupant existence determination unit determines whether an occupant is in the compartment or outside the passenger compartment, by receiving a signal from a portable device held by the occupant. The power supply unit supplies a power to a window driving unit when the occupant existence determination unit determines that the occupant is in the compartment and when the vehicle ignition key is in an OFF state.

A seat belt alarm apparatus according to the present invention executes a weak alarm pattern in which an alarm lamp is blinked and lighted repeatedly when a seat belt switch is turned on and a seat belt is unfastened, and a vehicle speed is equal to or less than a buzzer sound start vehicle speed. When the vehicle speed is more than the buzzer sound start vehicle speed, the seat belt alarm apparatus executes a strong alarm pattern in which the alarm lamp is blinked and lighted repeatedly as well as a buzzer is sounded in synchronism with the blinking of the alarm lamp, and the alarm operation is continued until the seat belt switch is turned off and the seat belt is fastened.
