A method for producing a composite material joint body includes steps of: bonding a plurality of composite materials, forming a hollow body including at least a first cell and a second cell adjacent to the first cell, and adjusting a pressure so that a first pressure in the first cell is greater than a second pressure in the second cell. In the step of forming the hollow body, the first cell includes an expansion member pressurizing a first inner surface facing the first cell of a first cell member, and the second cell includes a gas pressurizing a second inner surface facing the second cell of a second cell member, and in the step of adjusting the pressure, the first pressure generated by the expansion member pressurizing the first inner surface is increased as compared with the second pressure generated by the gas pressurizing the second inner surface.

Method for producing composite material joint body

A method is provided for producing a composite molded body for forming first and second composite molded bodies by molding the first and second composite materials, respectively. The first and second composite molded bodies include joint portions that can be joined to one another. The joint portions are joined together to form a composite material joint body. The first and second composite materials include to-be-joined portions corresponding to the joint portions of the first and second composite molded bodies, respectively. In the space sandwiched between the first and second composite materials a mandrel and a pressing portion are disposed in the mold, a mandrel, and the pressing portion presses the mandrel against the to-be-joined portion of the second composite material.

Method for producing composite molded body

A method for manufacturing a joined body according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is a method for manufacturing a joined body in which composite materials in which fibers are impregnated with resins are heated and joined to each other. The method includes: a step of aligning the composite material with each of a plurality of molding dies, heating the molding dies, and semi-curing the resins of the composite materials; and a step of joining the composite materials to each other by combining and heating the molding dies with which the composite materials are aligned after semi-curing the resins of the composite materials. The molding dies used when semi-curing the resins of the composite materials and the molding dies used when joining the composite materials to each other are the same.
