A part of a second split-flow pipe is branched into at least a first branch pipe and a second branch pipe. A second spring check valve is disposed in the first branch pipe to open when a pressure difference between an upstream side and a downstream side of the second spring check valve in the first branch pipe becomes more than or equal to a second set pressure higher than a first set pressure. The present invention relates to an antibody having an anti-angiogenesis activity. More specifically, the present invention relates to an antibody against ROBO4 and a pharmaceutical composition containing the antibody. An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-ROBO4 antibody having an anti-angiogenesis effect, a pharmaceutical composition or the like comprising the antibody, a method for suppressing angiogenesis using the antibody, etc. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing the antibody.
