A columnis provided in a gas capturing unitfor capturing sample gas. A gas supply unitsupplies carrier gas for sending sample gas into the column. Gas spectroscopic device and gas spectroscopic method

A gas measurement apparatus includes an optical resonator that resonates light, a light source that generates light for irradiation of the optical resonator, and a photodetector that detects light taken out of the optical resonator. The optical resonator includes a plurality of mirrors, a holding member, a hollow tubular member, a hollow tubular member, and a temperature adjustment instrument. The holding member is lower in thermal expansion coefficient than the hollow tubular member. The hollow tubular member includes a portion higher in thermal conductivity than the holding member and a bellows higher in elasticity than a first portion. The hollow tubular member is equal to or higher than the hollow tubular member in thermal conductivity, and is provided as far as positions of the plurality of mirrors on an inner side of the bellows.

Measurement apparatus

A microspectroscopic device includes: a wavelength-tunable first light source configured to emit pump-light in a mid-infrared wavelength range; a second light source configured to emit probe-light in a visible range; a light source controller configured to change a wavelength of the infrared light source; a first optical system configured to combine the pump-light and the probe-light to acquired combined light and concentrate the combined light on a minute part of a sample; a second optical system configured to block at least the probe-light from transmitted light or reflected light of the sample; a detector configured to detect light incident thereon from the second optical system; a first spectrum acquisition means configured to acquire a spectrum of the incident light during the probe-light emission to the sample as a Raman spectrum or a fluorescence spectrum of the sample; and a second spectrum acquisition means configured to acquire an infrared absorption spectrum of the sample, based on a change in the spectrum of the incident light with respect to a change in a wavelength by the light source controller during the probe-light and pump-light emission to the sample.

Microspectroscopic device and microspectroscopic method

A fluorescent imaging device includes a light source unit including a first light source for radiating excitation light, a second light source for radiating visible illumination light, and a third light source for radiating non-visible light, an imager being configured to capture a fluorescent image, a visible image, and a non-visible image, and a tracking processor that is operable to perform moving-body tracking for a region of interest that is set in an image based on at least the non-visible image.

Fluorescent imaging device

A probe for optical measurement is provided with an optical fiber, a ferrule in which an optical fiber is inserted such that one end of the optical fiber is exposed from one end of the ferrule and the other end side of the optical fiber is exposed from the other end of the ferrule, a cylindrical body sleeve having non-flexibility in which at least a part of the other end side of the ferrule is inserted, the body sleeve covering a part of the other end side of the optical fiber, and an optical fiber fixture filled in a gap between the optical fiber and the body sleeve and composed of a member formed by solidification of a material having fluidity.

Probe for optical measurement and method of producing the same

A first light source emits near-infrared radiation with a wavelength near 810 nm, which is excitation radiation for exciting indocyanine green, a second light source emits a violet light with a wavelength of 410 nm that is excitation radiation for exciting PpIX, and a third light source emits white light. An imaging portion comprises a first imaging element able to capture visible light, a second imaging element able to capture red light that is emitted by the PpIX, and a third imaging element able to capture near-infrared light emitted by the indocyanine green.
