Provided is a management system associated with a manufacturing line including one or more facilities. Each of the facilities is configured to process each workpiece according to order information. The management system includes: a collecting means for collecting event information about a process that takes place in each of the facilities; a classifying means for classifying, on the basis of a generation source and content of each piece of event information, the event information collected by the collecting means, into sets of event information generated due to the same workpiece; a generation means for generating data which represents process circumstances for each workpiece on the basis of the event information belonging to each of the sets classified by the classifying means; and a visualizing means for visualizing process progression circumstances for each workpiece processed according to the order information, on the basis of the data generated by the generating means.

Management system and management method

A water treating device includes a water container for containing water; an electrolyzing chamber for sterilizing water; a water treatment line which couples the electrolyzing chamber with the water container; a sensor for measuring residual chlorine concentration; and a device for controlling the amount of the water to be electrochemically decomposed in the electrolyzing chamber on the basis of the residual chlorine concentration measured by the sensor to keep the residual chlorine concentration of the water to be fed back into the water container within a predetermined range. A bypass line is provided which is branched from the water treatment line upstream of the electrolyzing chamber for sampling the water, introducing the sampled water into the sensor for the measurement of the residual chlorine concentration thereof, and discharging the sampled water into the electrolyzing chamber after the measurement.

Water treating device

A water treating apparatus is provided which is capable of producing a hypochlorous acid-containing electrolytic water having a satisfactory sterilizing ability in a household. The water treating apparatus is an apparatus for producing hypochlorous acid in for-treatment water containing a salt by use of an electrochemical reaction which occurs in the for-treatment water when a direct current voltage is applied to at least a pair of electrodes oppositely disposed in the for-treatment water, wherein the direct current voltage to be applied to the electrodes is obtained by smoothing an alternating voltage of domestic use power supply into direct current power of a predetermined voltage, an electrode having titanium covered with a coating containing at least palladium or ruthenium is used as an anode, and at most 90% of the salt added to the for-treatment water is converted into hypochlorous acid by the electrochemical reaction.

Water treating apparatus

In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a water treatment system for sterilizing water retained in a water container. The system includes a circulation process line for pumping the to-be-sterilized water out of the water container, sterilizing the water through electrolysis, and feeding the sterilized water back into the water container; an arrangement for producing a sterilizing solution having a sterilizing function by electrolyzing an electrolytic solution containing chlorine ions and having a function of promoting an electrochemical reaction; and an arrangement for supplying the produced sterilizing solution into the circulation process line as required. The system can constantly sterilize the water in the circulation process line and, as required, additionally supply the sterilizing solution produced by the sterilizing solution producing arrangement into the circulation process line according to a variation in the quality of the water.

Water treatment system

The present invention is directed to a new water treatment device comprising an electrolytic tank to put water in, an electrode provided in the electrolytic tank, a water treating path for pouring water in a pool and returning to the pool the water in the electrolytic tank, a residual chlorine sensor for measuring the residual chlorine concentration of water, and control means for controlling the energization of the electrode on the basis of the measured value by the residual chlorine sensor, and capable of simply and efficiently sterilizing water stored in pools of various sizes from a swimming pool to a home bathtub.

Water treatment device

The present invention is directed to a new water treatment device comprising an electrolytic tank to put water in, an electrode provided in the electrolytic tank, a water treating path for pouring, from a pool storing water, the water into the electrolytic tank and returning to the pool the water in the electrolytic tank, a residual chlorine sensor for measuring the residual chlorine concentration of the water, and a circulating pump provided on the downstream side of the electrolytic tank on the water treating path in order to circulate the water, and capable of simply and efficiently sterilizing water stored in pools of various sizes from a swimming pool to a home bathtub.

The inventive clothes dryer is provided with a system for preventing the overheating of the clothes in the drum caused by the abnormality in the V-belt, such as the break or derailment thereof. By the system, the power supply to the motor is halted temporarily while the motor is rotated at a predetermined speed, whereafter the motor keeps rotating due to its inertia. During the inertial rotation of a predetermined period of time, the number of rotations of the motor is counted. When the V-belt is in the normal state, the motor is loaded appropriately, so that the speed of the motor falls rapidly during the inertial rotation, and the number of rotations is accordingly small. When, on the other hand, the V-belt is in an abnormal state, the number of rotations is large. Therefore, the state of the V-belt is checked by comparing the number of rotations to a predetermined value, and when the number is smaller than the predetermined value, the drying operation is stopped.

Clothes dryer

A clothes drier according to the present invention can minimize failures in a sensor and can satisfactorily detect drying processing irrespective of the environment. In the clothes drier, an atmospheric temperature sensor 44L for detecting the substrate temperature required to determine the termination of the drying processing is disposed outside a circulating duct 18 and is mounted on a control substrate 42 having a thermal capacity on which a microcomputer for controlling operations performed by the clothes drier is mounted. Since the sensor 44L is provided outside the circulating duct 18, the sensor 44L is less affected by dust and water, as compared with a case where it is provided inside the circulating duct 18.

Clothes drier with drying termination determining function

A clothes dryer comprising a body having a drying chamber defined for accommodating clothes; a heater provided in the body; a heated air path for supplying dried air heated by the heater to the drying chamber to dry the clothes placed in the drying chamber; a door for closing and opening the drying chamber; a porous member impregnated with an agent; a supporting member provided on the door, detachably holding the porous member and provided with an aperture for supplying the agent held by the porous member into the drying chamber.

A clothes dryer having a body with heater therein and a rotatable drying chamber is provided with a dual side rotating bladed heat exchange type fan having in its outer portion a group of grooves; and a partition member having an opening whose inner surface is opposed to the outer surface of said dual side bladed fan for separating paths of heated air and cooling air together with said dual side bladed fan in said body; the partition member has a group of fixed grooves interleaved with the fan rotating grooves to form a labyrinth seal; the fixed grooves extend from a base or the partition member and have a rising portion extending in the heated air path to inhibit the leakage of heated air from the heated air path to the cooling air path and have an opening to provide communication between the heated air and the cooling air.

A clothes dryer of the dehumidifying type in which exhaust air from a drying space containing a load being dried is subjected to heat exchange with external air for removing moisture from the exhaust and, after being re-heated by a heater, the exhaust air is returned to the drying space again by a fan so as to dry the load with heated air. The clothes dryer includes a first heat-sensitive device for measuring the temperature of exhaust air at an outlet of the drying space, and a second heat-sensitive device for measuring the temperature of the exhaust air after having been subjected to the heat exchange with external air or the temperature of the external air after having been subjected to the heat exchange with the exhaust air. The difference between the temperatures measured by the first and second heat-sensitive device at a predetermined time after the starting of the drying operation is stored in a memory as a reference value A, and the later relation between the measured temperature difference and the reference value A, is checked to control the termination of the heat drying operation.

A clothes dryer comprising: a cabinet; a horizontal type rotary drum formed with a circular opening in its end face which is generally perpendicular to the peripheral wall of said drum; a drum supporting disc slidably fitted in the circular opening of said end face to support said horizontal type rotary drum and arranged in and supported by said cabinet generally coextensively with said end face, said drum supporting disc being formed with an air inlet and an air outlet; heater means; and blower means for supplying the hot air, which has been heated by said heater means, into said horizontal type rotary drum through said air inlet and for discharging the air in said horizontal type rotary drum to the outside of said rotary drum through said air outlet.
