A vehicle brake system, including: a first-braking-force control mechanism configured to control a first braking force, a second-braking-force control mechanism configured to control a second braking force, an abnormal-state detecting device configured to detect whether the first-braking-force control mechanism is in an abnormal state, a pseudo-abnormal-state detecting device configured to detect whether the first-braking-force control mechanism is in a pseudo abnormal state in which the first-braking-force control mechanism is suspected to be in the abnormal state, and a controller including a pseudo abnormal state controller configured to control the second-braking-force control mechanism in an operating state of the first-braking-force control mechanism so as to control the second braking force when the pseudo-abnormal-state detecting device detects that the first-braking-force control mechanism is in the pseudo abnormal state.

Vehicle brake system

A vehicle brake device includes a stroke simulator, a stroke sensor, and a brake start determination unit. The stroke simulator includes a cylinder, a piston, an orifice, and a pressure sensor. The cylinder defines a liquid pressure chamber to which a brake liquid is supplied via a fluid path. The piston slides in the cylinder by the brake liquid supplied to the liquid pressure chamber. The orifice is formed in the fluid path. The pressure sensor detects a reaction pressure. The stroke sensor is configured to detect the stroke. The brake start determination unit determines an operation of the brake operation member has been started in a case where the reaction pressure detected by the pressure sensor becomes equal to or greater than a first threshold value and the stroke detected by the stroke sensor becomes equal to or greater than a second threshold value.

Vehicle brake device

The present disclosure comprises a reservoir cutoff valve provided on a pipe and configured to be opened in a non-energization state; a simulator cutoff valve provided on a pipe and configured to be closed in a non-energization state; an operation determination circuit configured to determine whether the brake operation member is in an operation execution state in which the brake operation member is being operated is; and a current control circuit that, when the operation determination circuit determines that the brake operation member is not in an operation execution state, supplies a first current to the reservoir cutoff valve, and when the operation determination circuit determines that the brake operation member is in an operation execution state, supplies a second current greater than the first current to the reservoir cutoff valve.

Braking control device

A braking device includes: a reservoir; a master cylinder in which when the amount of operation performed on a brake pedal reaches or exceeds a predetermined amount, a port communicating between a pressure chamber and the reservoir is cut off and hydraulic pressure corresponding to the brake pedal operation amount is generated; a hydraulic pressure unit for adjusting the wheel cylinder hydraulic pressure; and a control unit for controlling the hydraulic pressure unit. The control unit determines, based on a temperature-related value related to the temperature of a friction member pressed by the wheel cylinder hydraulic pressure against a rotating member fixed to a wheel, whether the friction member is in a fade state. When the friction member is in a fade state, the control unit controls the hydraulic pressure unit to suction brake fluid from the reservoir through the port, and is fed to the wheel cylinder.

Braking device for vehicle

A braking device includes a stroke simulator, a hydraulic pressure generation unit, a reaction hydraulic pressure detection unit, a master hydraulic pressure detection unit, and a bottoming determination unit. The stroke simulator includes a cylinder and a piston slidably movable inside the cylinder in conjunction with an operation of a brake operation member. The stroke simulator causes a reaction force chamber to generate a reaction hydraulic pressure and applies a reaction force. The hydraulic pressure generation unit generates a master hydraulic pressure by driving a master piston and supplies a hydraulic pressure to a wheel cylinder. The reaction hydraulic pressure detection unit detects the reaction hydraulic pressure. The master hydraulic pressure detection unit detects the master hydraulic pressure. The bottoming determination unit determines whether the master piston is in a bottoming state based on the reaction hydraulic pressure and the master hydraulic pressure.

This vehicle brake device comprises: a simultaneous driving determination section which determines whether it is necessary to simultaneously drive an upstream-side motor and a downstream-side motor; and a PWM control section which, when the determination result by the simultaneous driving determination section is in the affirmative, changes the duty ratio of the PWM signal to be output to the upstream-side motor so as to be smaller than when the determination result by the simultaneous driving determination section is in the negative, and uses PWM control to drive the upstream-side motor.

The vehicular brake device includes a determination unit, a ratio setting unit, and the control unit. The determination unit determines the operating condition of a vehicular brake device. The ratio setting unit sets, on the basis of the result of determination by the determination unit, a first ratio which is the ratio of a wheel pressure generated by a piston drive unit to a target wheel pressure, and a second ratio which is the ratio of a wheel pressure generated by a hydraulic pressure adjusting unit to the target wheel pressure. The control unit controls the piston drive unit and the hydraulic pressure adjusting unit on the basis of the first ratio and the second ratio.

Vehicular brake device

Provided is a brake device capable of detecting abnormality condition of a subject valve without using a wheel pressure sensor and the vehicle brake device includes a valve which is configured to open and close a fluid passage connected to the master chamber and at the same time which is a subject valve for a subject of failure judgement and an abnormality judging portion which is configured to judge whether or not the subject valve is in an abnormal state based on an advancement amount of the master piston accompanying an opening of the subject valve.

An abnormality detection device includes a control target hydraulic pressure calculating portion that calculates a control target hydraulic pressure according to an operation state of a brake pedal, the hydraulic pressure obtaining portion that obtains the hydraulic pressure of the operating fluid controlled to become the control target hydraulic pressure calculated by the control target hydraulic pressure calculating portion from the pressure sensor; a second determination threshold value changing portion that changes a threshold value to be closer to the control target hydraulic pressure calculated by the control target hydraulic pressure calculating portion in a stepwise manner when a state determining portion determines that the control target hydraulic pressure is in a maintaining state, and the abnormality determining portion that determines the hydraulic pressure braking force generating device is abnormal when the hydraulic pressure obtained by the hydraulic pressure obtaining portion deviates from the permissible divergence range.

Abnormality detection device

A vehicle-use brake apparatus has a control unit which includes a correcting pressure acquisition section that acquires a flow rate correcting pressure corresponding to a discharge amount of brake fluid discharged by a pump, a command differential pressure acquisition section that acquires a command differential pressure by performing a flow rate correction where the flow rate correcting pressure is subtracted from a target wheel cylinder pressure, and a correction restriction section that performs a correction restriction by which the flow rate correcting pressure is reduced or the flow rate correction is not performed if an actual wheel cylinder pressure is smaller than a target wheel cylinder pressure.

Vehicle-use brake apparatus

The braking control device for controlling a master cylinder device includes a housing, an output piston, an input piston, a separation chamber opening and closing portion, and a driving hydraulic pressure generating portion, and is provided with an operation control for controlling the master cylinder device in an operation force operating state (regulator mode) in which the output piston is driven by operation force on a brake operation member and in a driving hydraulic pressure operating state (linear mode) in which the output piston is driven by driving hydraulic pressure from the driving hydraulic pressure generating portion; a brake operation judgment portion for judging the presence or absence of a brake operation and the probability thereof and a state transition limiter for limiting at least one of state transitions between the operating states when the presence of the brake operation and possibility thereof is determined.
