A non-invasive venous pressure measurement apparatus is provided, including: a first cuff attached to a portion including a vein and an artery in a living body; a pressure control unit that changes a first applied pressure applied by the cuff to the portion; a pulse wave detection unit that detects a pulse wave from a pressure received by the cuff from the portion; another pulse wave detection unit that detects another pulse wave including at least an arterial pulse wave in another portion of the living body; an analyzing unit that analyzes a correlation between the two pulse waves, which are changed as the applied pressure is changed by the pressure control unit changes; and a venous pressure calculation unit that calculates a venous pressure based on the applied pressure and a result of analysis by the analyzing unit.

Provided is a tag communication device performing wireless communication with an RFID tag including a light emitting unit. The tag communication device includes a communication unit, an imaging unit, and a control unit. A tag communication device performing radio communication with an RFID tag includes a light emitting unit. The tag communication device includes a communication unit, an imaging unit, and a control unit. The control unit (i) acquires a tag ID of RFID tags present in the communicable range of the communication unit, (ii) transmits a light emission instruction to some of RFID tags corresponding to the acquired tag ID, (iii) determines presence/absence of light emission of the light emitting unit based on the light emission instruction within an imaging area of the imaging unit on the basis of a result of imaging acquired by the imaging unit, and (iv) performs a predetermined operation for an RFID tag to which the light emission instruction has been transmitted in a case in which it is determined that light emission of the light emitting unit based on the light emission instruction is present.

Treatment agent for hydrophilicity and method for preparing thereof

A treatment method for hydrophilicity for a heat exchanger which can maintain the deodorizing property and hydrohilicity even after a long-time use, and a heat exchanger thus treated for hydrophilicity by said method are provided.
