A fusion bonded waterproof sheet having a first ethylene-.alpha.-olefin rubber layer which has a high crosslinking rate and is changed to a crosslinked layer and a second ethylene-.alpha.-olefin rubber layer which has a low crosslinking rate and is changed to a partially crosslinked layer, the crosslinking of both sheets being carried after compositing and integrating them, which sheet has good fusion bondability and good bond strength at high temperature.
