Provided is a connector apparatus including: a circuit board; a connector; and a mold resin portion, wherein the circuit board includes a conductor path, the connector includes a housing with a cylindrical shape and made of a resin, and a terminal projecting outward in an axial direction of the housing from inside the housing, the terminal being configured to connect to the conductor path, the mold resin portion collectively covers the circuit board, the terminal located outside the housing, and a portion of the housing; the housing and the mold resin portion include a welded portion formed by welding together constituent materials of the housing and the mold resin portion, and the welded portion is provided around an entire periphery of the housing and has a difference between a maximum width and a minimum width along a circumferential direction of the housing of 30% or less of the maximum width.

Electrical connector apparatus with improved waterproofing and compact size and method of manufacturing thereof

Provided is a reactor including a coil that has wound portions formed by winding a winding wire, and a magnetic core that includes inner core portions arranged inside of the wound portions and outer core portions arranged outside of the wound portions. The reactor includes an outer resin portion covering at least outer surfaces of the outer core portions. A terminal platform is formed in one piece protruding on the outer surface of an outer resin portion among the outer resin portions and has fastening portions configured to fasten terminal fittings connected to end portions of the winding wire to terminals of an external wiring. A fixing portion is formed in one piece on the terminal platform and fixes the reactor to an installation target. The terminal platform and the fixing portion are integrated and the thickness of the terminal platform is less than that of the fixing portion.

Reactor

A reactor has a coil and a loop-shaped magnetic core disposed extending inside and outside the coil. The coil has two winding portions that are disposed laterally side-by-side, and the magnetic core has two inner core portions that are disposed inside the winding portions, and two outer core portions that are disposed outside the winding portions and connect end portions of the two inner core portions. The reactor includes an inner resin portion obtained by filling a space between inner peripheral faces of the winding portions and the inner core portions, end face intervening members disposed between end faces of the winding portions and the outer core portions, and spacer pieces that are integrated with the end face intervening members and are disposed extending between an entirety of mutually opposing inward faces of the two winding portions.

A reactor including: a coil that includes a winding portion; a magnetic core that includes an inner core portion that is disposed inside the winding portion and an outer core portion that is disposed outside the winding portion; and an outer interposed portion that is interposed between an end surface of the winding portion and an inner end surface of the outer core portion The winding portion includes a winding wire body and a fusing layer that is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the winding wire body and joins turns that are adjacent to each other, and the reactor further includes an adhesion prevention structure configured to prevent the end surface of the winding portion and the outer interposed portion from adhering to each other due to the fusing layer.

An inner resin portion fills an internal space of the winding portion, the inner interposed member includes core holding portions holding the core pieces to be decentered relative to the inner interposed member when seen in the axial direction of the winding portion, a separation distance between the inner circumferential surface of the winding portion and the outer circumferential surface of the inner interposed member on a displacement direction side is longer than a separation distance between the inner circumferential surface of the winding portion and the outer circumferential surface of the inner interposed member on the side that is opposite the displacement direction side.

Reactor and method for manufacturing reactor

The present disclosure provides a connector device that is small and easy to manufacture, and that has excellent waterproof performance. The connector device includes a circuit board, a connector, and a molded resin portion. The circuit board has a conductor path. The connector has a housing containing a resin, and a terminal protruding from the housing and configured to be connected to the conductor path. The molded resin portion collectively covers the conductor path, the terminal protruding from the housing, and part of the housing. The housing and the molded resin portion have a welded portion where constituent materials are welded to each other.

A reactor including: a coil including a winding portion formed by winding a winding wire; and a magnetic core that forms a closed magnetic circuit constituted by an inner core portion located inside the winding portion and an outer core portion located outside the winding portion. The reactor further includes an inner resin portion that fills a gap between the inner circumferential surface of the winding portion and the outer circumferential surface of the inner core portion, and when a side, of the outer core portion, that faces the inner core portion is defined as an inner side, and the opposite side is defined as an outer side, the outer core portion is provided with a through hole that is open to both the inner side and the outer side, and the through hole is filled with a portion of the inner resin portion.

Provided is a core component having a powder compact and a resin-molded portion joined to each other. In a core component including a powder compact obtained by compression molding a raw material powder containing a soft magnetic powder and a resin-molded portion formed on the surface of the powder compact, and constituting a part of a magnetic core disposed inside and outside a coil included in a reactor, an intermediate layer formed of a silane coupling agent is provided between the powder compact and the resin-molded portion. The powder compact and the resin-molded portion can be bound to each other via the intermediate layer formed of the silane coupling agent. The silane coupling agent not only binds chemically to the surface of the powder compact but also binds chemically to the resin-molded portion, and therefore, the joining the powder compact and the resin-molded portion via the intermediate layer.
