A lighting-up device includes: a power supply circuit which supplies power to a light source; a wireless communication circuit including an antenna; and a metallic casing which includes metal, and houses the power supply circuit and the wireless communication circuit. The metallic casing has a first side face and a second side face which share a side, the first side face is provided with a first slit which extends in a first direction intersecting with the side, from a first portion of the side other than both ends of the side, the second side face is provided with a second slit which extends in a second direction intersecting with the side, from a second portion of the side other than the both ends of the side, and each of the first slit and the second slit is electromagnetically coupled to the antenna and functions as a slot antenna.

Lighting-up device and luminaire

A lighting system includes a wireless controller, luminaires each configured to communicating with the wireless controller, and a storage. The wireless controller classifies a first luminaire among the luminaires, which is able to communicate using first transmission power, into a first group and stores the first luminaire on the storage, and classifies a second luminaire among the luminaires, which is able to communicate using second transmission power greater than the first transmission power, into a second group and stores the second luminaire on the storage.

Lighting system, wireless controller, and control method

A light fixture includes: a board including a first insertion portion; a plurality of light-emitting elements mounted on a mounting surface of the board; a metal case on which the board is positioned; and an antenna that is housed in the metal case and wirelessly communicates with an external device. The metal case includes a second insertion portion at a position overlapping with the first insertion portion in a plan view of the metal case and the board. The antenna extends through the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion.

Light fixture

Luminaires in a lighting system have mutually different addresses. A setting device includes a communication unit that transmits an address request signal at a first transmission power level and a control unit that determines whether a total number of the addresses transmitted from one or more of the luminaires in response to receiving the address request signal is within a target range. The control unit instructs the communication unit to transmit the address request signal at a transmission power level different from the first transmission power level when the total number of the addresses is outside the target range, and executes pairing of the one or more of the luminaires that responded to the address request signal with a wireless controller when the total number of the addresses is within the target range.

Lighting system, setting device, and pairing method for lighting system

A lighting driving device is to be installed on a part of a structure. The lighting driving device includes: a metallic casing including a slit through which radio waves pass; a communication circuit which is housed in the metallic casing and performs wireless communication; a driving circuit which is housed in the metallic casing and supplies power to a light emitter; and an insulator which is disposed on the metallic casing and spaces apart the slit from the part of the structure.

A luminaire is provided. The luminaire includes a luminaire body and a first wireless communication device. The first wireless communication device receives a first control signal wirelessly transmitted from an outside of the luminaire body, and wirelessly transmits a second control signal in response to the first control signal. The luminaire body includes: a light source; a second wireless communication device that receives the second control signal; a light emission control circuit that is electrically connected to the second wireless communication device and controls a light emission state of the light source according to the second control signal; and a case that, with or without a cover, houses the second wireless communication device and the light emission control circuit. The first wireless communication device is attached to the luminaire body.

Luminaire

An illumination device is provided. The illumination device includes a substrate including a light-emitter. An instrument main body includes a substrate arrangement surface, with the substrate being on the substrate arrangement surface. A cover is attached to the instrument main body, covers the substrate, and is transparent. An antenna is on the cover and configured to receive a signal from an outside of the illumination device. A driver is on the instrument main body and configured to supply power to the light-emitter. A controller is configured to control the power supplied from the driver to the light-emitter based on the signal received by the antenna. The cover includes a diffusion factor from 40% to 90%.

Luminaire includes: lighting apparatus which includes a wireless communication circuit and a light emitter of which a light emitting state is controlled based on a control signal received by the wireless communication circuit; and an apparatus body to which the lighting apparatus is detachably attached in different orientations.

A lighting system includes a first luminaire and a second luminaire which are arranged in an illumination area, and a controller. The first luminaire is connected to a first receiver which receives a signal from a transmission tag, and has a first lighting lamp. The second luminaire is connected to a second receiver which receives a signal from the transmission tag, and has a second lighting lamp. The controller turns on the first lighting lamp when the first receiver receives the signal from the transmission tag, then, turns on the second lighting lamp when the second receiver receives the signal from the transmission tag, and notifies that an abnormal situation has occurred when no signal from the transmission tag is received by the first receiver within a predetermined time period from the turning on of the second lighting lamp.

Provided is a layout creation method for creating a layout of apparatuses disposed in a space (such as lighting devices, air conditioners, and switches). The layout creation method includes: obtaining reference coordinates through a portable terminal having a position sensing function; and for each of the apparatuses, obtaining position coordinates corresponding to the apparatus as coordinates relative to the reference coordinates through the portable terminal, and storing the position coordinates on the portable terminal in association with a type of the apparatus.

A luminaire includes a light source; a storage for storing sound wave data which is predetermined; a microphone that detects sound; a communication circuit that communicates with a master controller; and a controller that performs pairing of the luminaire with the master controller via the communication circuit. The controller obtains sound wave data from the sound detected by the microphone, and performs the pairing when the sound wave data obtained matches the sound wave data stored in the storage.

Luminaire, lighting system, and pairing method in lighting system

A lighting device includes: a communication unit configured to wirelessly communicate with a wireless device provided externally; a command receiver that receives a command from outside; a light emitter including a light source; and a controller connected to the communication unit, the command receiver, and the light emitter. The command receiver receives a wireless device specifying command that specifies the wireless device with which the communication unit is to wirelessly communicate. The controller tests wireless communication with the wireless device via the communication unit based on the wireless device specifying command received, obtains communication reliability information regarding the reliability of the wireless communication, and causes the light emitter to perform at least one of flashing, dimming, and toning based on the communication reliability information obtained.

A lighting system includes: a plurality of luminaires; a camera which captures an image of an area illuminated by the plurality of luminaires; a sound collector including at least two microphones; and a controller which determines whether or not a sound collected by the sound collector while the plurality of luminaires are off is a sound from a predetermined direction relative to the sound collector. The controller causes at least one of the plurality of luminaires to emit light of a predetermined brightness and activates the camera when the sound collected by the sound collector is determined to be the sound from the predetermined direction, and does not cause the plurality of luminaires to emit light of the predetermined brightness or activate the camera when the sound collected by the sound collector is determined not to be the sound from the predetermined direction.

A luminaire includes: a light-emitting module; a base having a front surface on which the light-emitting module is disposed; a cover which is translucent and covers the light-emitting module; a controller which is disposed on a back surface of the base and controls the light-emitting module; a first antenna which transmits and receives a first polarized wave; and a control wire which connects the controller and the first antenna. The control wire includes an exposed portion which is a portion of the control wire in a longitudinal direction of the control wire and which is disposed between the base and the cover to transmit and receive a second polarized wave that differs from the first polarized wave in a polarization direction.
