This electric compressor includes a rotation shaft including a first end and a second end, a compressor impeller which is mounted on the first end of the rotation shaft and includes a back surface facing the second end, a motor disposed between the first end and the second end of the rotation shaft, a wall portion which separates an impeller space and a motor space from each other and includes a reference wall surface having a shape along the back surface of the compressor impeller, and a bypass hole which is formed in the wall portion to connect the impeller space to the motor space and includes a first opening which opens to the impeller space. In the wall portion, a recessed portion which is disposed around the first opening of the bypass hole and recessed from the reference wall surface is formed.

Electric compressor

An electric compressor includes a casing which accommodates an inverter and includes a bottom plate on which a power board of the inverter is mounted and a cooling water passage which is provided in a housing and opens to a bottom plate of the casing. The bottom plate of the casing includes a first surface on which a power board is mounted and a second surface opposite to the first surface. A metal plate is buried at a position corresponding to the power board in the bottom plate and a rear surface of the metal plate is exposed to the second surface side and faces the cooling water passage.

A centrifugal compressor includes a compressor impeller attached to a rotary shaft and a housing accommodating the rotary shaft and the compressor impeller. The housing includes a suction portion formed upstream of the compressor impeller and a high pressure part formed on a rear face side of the compressor impeller and having a pressure higher than a pressure in the suction portion during rotation of the compressor impeller. The housing has a discharge passage formed for connecting the high pressure part to a low pressure part including the suction portion and a gas flow path upstream of the suction portion.

Centrifugal compressor

A turbocharger impeller includes: a cylindrical boss portion disposed around a rotary axis; a hub portion connected to the boss portion and extends in a radial direction of the rotary axis; and a blade portion protruding from the boss portion and the hub portion toward a tip end side in the direction of the rotary axis and the radial direction. At least a part of an outer peripheral part of the hub portion in the radial direction or a part of the blade portion is provided with a resin second section and the second section is bonded to an aluminum first section. The turbocharger impeller includes the aluminum first section and the resin second section.

Turbocharger impeller

An electric compressor includes a rotation shaft, a compressor impeller, a rotor portion, a stator portion, and a motor housing. The motor housing includes an inner housing which includes a first cylindrical portion surrounding and holding the stator portion and an outer housing which includes a second cylindrical portion surrounding and holding the first cylindrical portion of the inner housing. An outer peripheral surface of the stator portion is in contact with an inner peripheral surface of the first cylindrical portion of the inner housing. An outer peripheral surface of the first cylindrical portion is provided with a first groove portion disposed to turn around an axis of the rotation shaft by one turn or more and the first groove portion includes a spiral groove portion.

An exhaust gas energy recovery device includes a power generation device driven by a turbine configured to rotate by an exhaust gas, a switching element connected to the power generation device, a first terminal connected to the power generation device via the switching element and for being connected to a first power storage device, and a second terminal connected to the power generation device and for being connected to a second power storage device, in which a terminal voltage of the first power storage device is lower than a terminal voltage of the second power storage device, and the switching element switches a destination to be charged by the power generation device to either the first power storage device or the second power storage device on the basis of magnitude of a direct current voltage output from the power generation device.

Exhaust gas energy recovery device

An electric turbocharger includes an electric motor which rotationally drives a rotating blade, a motor housing which accommodates the electric motor therein, a controller which is disposed outside the motor housing and controls the driving of the electric motor, and a power supply mechanism which supplies a current from the controller to the electric motor through a through-hole communicating the inside and the outside of the motor housing, in which the power supply mechanism includes a rod which is hermetically sealed while being inserted through the through-hole, a connector which is connected to at least one end of the rod, and a busbar which is connected to the connector, and in which the connector absorbs a relative positional displacement of the rod with respect to the connector.

Electric turbocharger

A rotary machine is provided with: a bearing that supports a rotary shaft of an impeller; a bearing support part that supports an outer circumference of the bearing; a key groove that is formed in the bearing and the bearing support part and extends along a rotary shaft line direction of the rotary shaft; and a key member that is inserted into the key groove. The bearing support part is provided with an outer regulating part that can contact one end part of the key member inside the key groove. An outer ring of the bearing is provided with an inner regulating part that can contact another end part of the key member inside the key groove. A distance between the outer regulating part and the inner regulating part is longer than a length of the key member in the rotary shaft line direction.

Rotary machine

An electric device includes a partition wall configured to partition between a motor chamber having a relatively high pressure and an inverter chamber having a relatively low pressure; an inverter, which is provided in the inverter chamber, and is configured to supply power; a motor, which is provided in the motor chamber, and is configured to operate with supply of power from the inverter; and a bus-bar device, which is mounted to the partition wall by being inserted into a partition wall through hole formed in the partition wall, and is configured to connect the inverter and the motor to each other. The bus-bar device includes a bus bar configured to connect the inverter and the motor to each other; a plate portion into which the bus bar is inserted; and a resin portion.

A centrifugal compressor including: a impeller; a wall portion having an opposed surface that is spaced apart from and opposed to a back surface of the impeller; an insertion hole, which is formed in the wall portion, and is configured to receive a shaft inserted into the insertion hole; a bearing, which is provided in the insertion hole or apart from the impeller with respect to the insertion hole, and is configured to axially support the shaft through interposition of grease being a lubricant inside; an electric motor which is provided on a side opposite to the impeller over the wall portion; and an opposed hole, which is formed in the wall portion, is disclosed. The opposed hole has one end opened in the opposed surface and another end opened at a position opposed to a stator of the electric motor on a side opposite to the impeller.

Centrifugal compressor having equalizing vent to prevent grease from being pushed out of a bearing

A rotary machine includes rotating shaft supported with respect to an end wall of a housing. The rotary machine includes a bearing that is attached to the rotating shaft and rotatably supports the rotating shaft to the housing, a cylindrical holding portion that is provided in the end wall of the housing and extends in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and a cylindrical bearing sleeve that is fixed to the holding portion and surrounds the bearing. The bearing sleeve includes a surrounding portion that surrounds the bearing and a protruding portion that protrudes from the surrounding portion toward the end wall. The protruding portion and the holding portion overlap each other in a radial direction of the rotating shaft, and the bearing sleeve is fixed to the end wall by fitting the protruding portion into the holding portion.

An oil seal structure includes: a bearing unit for a shaft, being provided in a housing hole of a bearing housing; a damper positioned outside the bearing unit in a radial direction of the shaft to absorb vibration of the shaft; a seal body portion facing the damper through a gap in an axial direction of the shaft; a partition wall positioned between the damper and the seal body portion to divide the gap into a first space on the damper side and a second space on the seal body portion side; and a guide portion provided in the partition wall to be closer to an oil drain port than the shaft and having: an inner side in the radial direction of the shaft, being positioned on the first space side; and an outer side in the radial direction of the shaft, being positioned on the second space side.

Oil seal structure and turbocharger

A turbine generator includes a bearing device configured to rotatably support a rotor inside a housing. The bearing device separates an internal space of the housing from its outside. Communicating portions are formed in the bearing device. The communicating portions are formed in regions which are out of contact with lubricant. Each communicating portion establishes communication between the internal space of the housing and its outside.
