A photographing optical device may include a movable module including a movable body and a holding body; a support body to hold the movable module; a lens drive coil attached to the movable body; a shake correction coil attached to the support body, and a plurality of drive magnets attached to the holding body. The holding body may include a first magnet fixing member and a second magnet fixing member. The first magnet fixing member and the second magnet fixing member may be formed in a frame shape. The movable body may be disposed on inner peripheral sides of the first magnet fixing member and the second magnet fixing member. The support body may include a case body structuring an outer peripheral face of the support body. An object side end of the case body may include a facing part which faces an end face of the movable body.

Photographing optical device

An optical device may include a movable part including a lens; a holding part to hold the movable part; and a drive mechanism to drive the movable part. The holding part may include a case body. The drive mechanism may include a plurality of drive magnets; a plurality of sheet-shaped coils including a coil part; and a flexible printed circuit board including a coil attaching part. A plurality of the sheet-shaped coils may be attached to one face of the coil attaching part. A thickness of the coil attaching part is thinner than the sheet-shaped coil. A width of the coil attaching part may be narrower than a width of the sheet-shaped coil.

The lens drive device is equipped with a first supporting body that holds the lens and is movable in the direction of the optical axis, a second supporting body that holds the first supporting body, a fixed body that holds the second supporting body in a manner enabling movement in directions that are roughly orthogonal to the optical axis direction, a first drive mechanism for driving the first supporting body, a second drive mechanism for driving the second supporting body in a first direction, and a third drive mechanism for driving the second supporting body in a second direction. The first supporting body is supported by the second supporting body by means of first supporting members (), which are formed from an elastic material; and the second supporting body is supported by the fixed body by means of second supporting members, which are formed from an elastic material.

An optical unit with a shake correcting function may include a fixed body, a movable body holding an optical element, a swing support point supporting the movable body at a position between a rear end portion of the movable body and the fixed body so that the movable body is swingable, a plate-shaped spring member connected with the fixed body and the movable body on a front side for urging the movable body toward the swing support point, a shake correction drive mechanism for swinging the movable body on the front side, and a stopper mechanism in which a protruded part protruded from one of the fixed body and the movable body is capable of abutting with the other between the shake correction drive mechanism and the swing support point for determining a movable range when the movable body is displaced in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis direction.

A lens drive device may include a first holding body, a second holding body, a fixed body which holds the second holding body, a first drive mechanism to drive the first holding body, a second drive mechanism to drive the second holding body, a third drive mechanism structured to drive the second holding body in a different direction than the second drive mechanism, an elastic member having a fixed part which is fixed to the second holding body and a deformable part, and plural wires in a substantially straight line shape with one end side fixed to the deformable part and the other end side fixed to the fixed body.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an optical unit with camera-shake correction function capable of minimizing the load applied to a movable element from a flexible wiring substrate even when the movable element is oscillated, in order to correct camera shake. In an optical unit provided with a camera-shake correction function, a movable element can be oscillated about an oscillation support point by actuating a drive mechanism for camera-shake correction, and camera shake can therefore be corrected. In a flexible wiring substrate drawn out from the movable element, a folded part folded along the rear end portion of the movable element in the optical axis direction is formed in a drawn-out portion from the movable element, and in the optical axis direction, the oscillation support point is positioned between the surface of the folded part that faces the end part on the other side &#x2212;Y in the Y-axis direction of the rear end portion of the movable element in the optical axis direction, and the surface that faces toward the rear in the optical axis direction at a fixed part of the flexible wiring substrate with respect to a fixed body.

Provided is an optical unit with shake correction function wherein it is possible to accurately swing the movable module even when a flexible wiring substrate is connected to the fixing element and movable module. In an optical unit with shake correction function, folding portions, the extending direction of which is reversed towards the vicinity of the swinging support point of a movable module, are provided at the midway portion of a flexible wiring substrate that is connected to the movable module and to a fixing element. In the folding portions, the overlapping portions of the flexible wiring substrate are fixed.

Provided is an optical unit with a blur correction function, wherein even when a photoreflector and a drive mechanism for blur correction are provided in a movable module provided with an optical element, sizes in an optical axis direction and a direction crossing the optical axis direction can be prevented from increasing. In an optical unit () with a blur correction function, a drive mechanism () for blur correction is provided between the outer peripheral surface of an image capturing unit () and a fixed body () (upper cover ()), and a first photoreflector () and a second photoreflector () are provided between a bottom portion (substrate ()) of the image capturing unit () and the fixed body () (lower cover ()), between which a swing support () is provided. The first photoreflector () is provided in a position overlapping in the direction of an optical axis (L) with an axis line (X0) out of two axis lines (X0, Y0) when the image capturing unit () is swung, and the second photoreflector () is provide in a position overlapping in the direction of the optical axis (L) with the axis line (Y0).

An optical unit may include a fixed body, a movable module which holds an optical element, a swing support point which swingably supports the movable module, and a shake correction drive mechanism structured to swing the movable module with the swing support point as a swing center. The swing support point may be structured of an abutted portion of two members in an optical axis direction between a bottom part of the movable module and a bottom part of the fixed body. At least one of the two members may be made of elastic material.

The shake correction drive mechanism may include a plurality of permanent magnets which are provided on an outer peripheral face of the movable module at positions separated in a circumferential direction around an optical axis of the optical element; and a sheet-shaped coil which is extended in a circumferential direction in the fixed body and is integrally provided with a plurality of coil parts facing the permanent magnets and a terminal part electrically connected with the coil parts.

An optical unit with a shake correcting function may include a fixed body, a movable body holding an optical element, a swing support point which supports the movable body so that the movable body is capable of swinging, a spring member formed in a plate shape for urging the movable body toward the swing support point, a shake correction drive mechanism structured to swing the movable body with the swing support point as a swing center, a first stopper part which is protruded in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis direction on a front side in the optical axis direction of the movable body with respect to the spring member for determining a moving range of the movable body, and a second stopper part which is structured to face the first stopper part in the optical axis direction through the spring member on the rear side in the optical axis direction of the fixed body with respect to the spring member for determining a moving range of the movable body in the optical axis direction by restricting movement of the first stopper part.

A lens drive device may include a front side spring member which is connected between a movable body having a lens and a support body. The front side spring member includes a support body side connecting part, a movable body side connecting part and a arm part connected between the support body side connecting part and the movable body side connecting part. The support body includes a yoke having a yoke front plate part and the yoke front plate part is formed with a yoke opening part which is overlapped with at least a part of the front side spring member. Damper material having viscoelasticity is provided, for example, on a portion extending over the movable body side connecting part and the arm part and overlapped with the yoke opening part in the lens optical axis direction. Therefore, the damper material can be applied to the front side spring member through the yoke opening part in the final stage of assembling steps.

A lens drive device may include a movable body holding a lens and a drive mechanism for driving the movable body in the optical axis direction. The drive mechanism may include a drive magnet part formed in a substantially triangular prism shape which is disposed at least one of four corners of the lens drive device, a drive coil wound around in a substantially triangular tube shape so that its inner peripheral face is oppositely disposed to an outer peripheral face of the drive magnet part through a gap space, and a magnetic member which is disposed on an object side with respect to the drive coil. The magnetic member is attracted toward an intermediate position of the drive magnet part in the optical axis direction.
