An automatic analysis device including a container filled with a fluid, a pressure source, a probe which separates the fluid within the container, the probe associated with a probe position, a motor which moves the probe, a flow path which connects the probe and the pressure source, the flow path associated with a flow path position, a pressure sensor which measures pressure variations within the flow path corresponding with time series management data, and a sensor which detects a liquid level position within the container. A condition of flow generated within the flow path is estimated based on (i) the time series measurement data and (ii) a reference value of pressure according to fluid pressure based on gravitational acceleration in a position of the pressure sensor calculated based on (a) the probe position or the flow path position and (b) an immersion depth of the probe determined by the sensor.

Automatic analysis device

Provided is an automatic analyzer in which user work is in conjunction with apparatus driving and operation of a user even in complicated maintenance work is simplified. The automatic analyzer includes a measurement deviceand a control device. The control device controls the measurement device. The control device includes an input unitthat receives a start instruction of maintenance work by a user, a control unitthat controls an apparatus to perform a predetermined first processing in accordance with input, a driving unit that performs driving in accordance with processing of the control unit, a display unitthat displays a second processing to be performed by the user in conjunction with the first processing after the first processing is terminated by the driving unit. The control device sequentially guides maintenance work of the user by performing the first processing or the second processing after the displayed second processing is executed by the user.

Automatic analyzer and maintenance support method

The automatic analyzer includes: a sample dispensing unit that dispenses a sample into a reaction vessel; a reagent dispensing unit that dispenses a reagent into the reaction vessel; a control unit that controls the sample dispensing unit and the reagent dispensing unit; and a measurement unit that measures a mixed solution of the sample and the reagent mixed in the reaction vessel. The reagent includes three types of reagents of: a first reagent that specifically binds to an antigen in the sample; a second reagent that specifically binds to a site different from that to which the first reagent binds with respect to the antigen and has a label to be detected by the measurement unit; and a third reagent that specifically binds to a site different from the binding site of the first reagent and the antigen and contains insoluble carriers.

[Solution] An automatic analysis apparatus according to the present invention includes a photomultiplier tube which detects light from a reaction vessel; a determination unit which determines an output signal of the photomultiplier tube in a case where the photomultiplier tube is irradiated with first light; and a control unit which irradiates the photomultiplier tube with second light to lower a sensitivity of the photomultiplier tube in accordance with a determination result by the determination unit.

Automatic analysis apparatus and method for controlling automatic analysis apparatus

To provide an automated analyzer capable of shortening analysis time. The automated analyzer includes a vessel which contains a mixed solution of a specimen and a reagent; and a control unit which controls a first operation performed on the vessel, a second operation performed on the vessel after the first operation, and a third operation performed on a predetermined mechanism of the automated analyzer before the second operation, in which the control unit performs the first operation and the third operation in parallel. Alternatively, the automated analyzer includes a control unit which controls a first operation performed on the vessel, a second operation performed on the vessel after the first operation, and a third operation performed on a predetermined mechanism of the automated analyzer after the first operation, in which the control unit performs the second operation and the third operation in parallel.
