A junction with an antivibration base body joined to its outer periphery is equipped with a chamfer portion where a corner connecting a flange portion to the junction is removed, a base portion connected to the chamfer portion in the axial direction, and an end portion connected to the base portion in the axial direction. At the base portion, a first projection plane made by being projected in a first direction orthogonal to the axis is substantially the same in area as a second projection plane made by being projected in a second direction orthogonal to the axis and the first direction. At the end portion, the area of the second projection plane is set to be larger than the area of the first projection plane.

Antivibration device

An antivibration device capable of restraining a stopper rubber from being turned up when a connecting member is inserted between a first attached member and a displacement restriction member. A stopper rubber is mounted on a surface of a connecting member opposite to a first attached member and includes a mounted portion brought into abutment on a displacement restriction member when the connecting member is displaced in a rebound direction, and a hook portion formed at the outer edge of the mounted portion. The connecting member includes an engaged portion (protrusion) engaged with the hook portion. Thus, when the connecting member is inserted between the first attached member and the displacement restriction member, the stopper rubber (the mounted portion) can be restrained from being turned up.

An antivibration device capable of simplifying its manufacturing process with an antivibration base body being precompressed. A first attached member includes an upright portion upstanding toward a displacement restriction member, and when a second attached member is retained on a retainer member with an antivibration base body being precompressed, the interposition of the upright portion enables a space into which one side of a connecting member is insertable, to be formed between the first attached member and the displacement restriction member. Thus, after the completion of a step (for example, a press-fitting step) of retaining the second attached member of a mount body on the retainer member, the one side of the connecting member is inserted into the space between the first attached member and the displacement restriction member to be fixedly fastened to the first attached member.

An antivibration device capable of securing a thickness dimension of a stopper rubber without changing a gap between a connecting member and a stopper wall portion. A connecting member includes a base surface and a receding surface located to recede beyond the base surface in a direction to go away from a stopper wall portion, the base surface and the receding surface face the stopper wall portion, and a stopper rubber includes an inner fitting portion at which the connecting member is internally fitted. Thus, it is possible to secure a thickness dimension of the stopper rubber without changing a gap between the connecting member and the stopper wall portion.

[Solution] Since a cylindrical outer fitting memberwith an outer edge part of a diaphragmconnected thereto is externally fitted on a partition memberat an area on an inner peripheral surface of the outer fitting memberwhere the diaphragmis not connected, that is, since the diaphragmis not interposed between the partition memberand the outer fitting member, the position relation of the outer fitting memberto the partition membercan be stabilized, so that the outer fitting membercan be restrained from inclining relative to the partition member

Liquid-sealed antivibration device

A liquid-sealed antivibration device capable of improving the position accuracy of an outer fitting member and a diaphragm. An outer fitting member () is externally fitted on a partition member () with an interposition portion () interposed, and the interposition portion () is made to be fixed in thickness. Thus, when a diameter reduction process is given to a second attaching member (), the outer fitting member () is restrained from being displaced in a direction to slip out of the partition member (). Therefore, the outer fitting member () is restrained from falling eccentric or inclined relative to the partition member (), and hence, it can be realized that the outer fitting member () and the diaphragm () are improved in position accuracy.
