In order to allow gas discharged from a pouch cell to be guided to a predetermined position, a power source device includes one or a plurality of pouch cells () having laminated film outer casing (), and a housing member () enclosing the one or multiple pouch cells (). The one or plurality of pouch cells () each includes thermally welded portion () formed by thermally welding the laminated film, and gas discharge portion () provided in at least a part of thermally welded portion (). Housing member () includes exhaust port () communicating with gas discharge portion () of one or a plurality of pouch cells ().

Storage battery

An electric power device for a vehicle has a case that is divided into a first case and a second case. The first case and second case are coupled so as to be separable from each other by the shock of a crash. In the power device, furthermore, a part of the first case and the second case, or a coupling member coupling the first case to the second case, is laminated, and a shock breakage pin to be broken by a predetermined shock penetrates through a laminated portion to couple the first case to the second case.

Battery device of vehicle power supply

A power supply apparatus including a plurality of power modules, a holder-case, and a fan. The holder-case is box-shaped with a first surface plate and second surface plate as two surfaces, and contains a plurality of power modules arranged laterally, parallel, and in the same plane. A plurality of walls are provided between the plurality of laterally arranged power modules, and divide the holder-case interior into a plurality of rows of partitions. One row of power modules is disposed in each partition row. The power supply apparatus uses the fan to divide and induce air flow through flow inlets formed in the first surface plate into the plurality of partitions, and expels air out exhaust outlets formed in the second surface plate to cool power modules disposed inside each partition.

Power supply apparatus

A power source is provided with a holder-case for retaining a plurality of power modules which are disposed in a parallel fashion and have sensor leads projecting from their end regions, and end-plates provided with pass bars for connecting the power modules in series. The power module sensor leads are mutually connected outside the end-plates. The sensor leads are flexible lead wires and have the length to allow them to be connected outside the end-plates. The end regions of the sensor leads are connected via connecting implements outside the end-plates.

Power source

The power supply apparatus has a plurality of power modules, a holder-case housing a parallel arrangement of power modules in a plurality of rows and columns, and a fan. The interior of the holder-case is divided into a plurality of partitions by walls. Wall surfaces follow the contours of power module surfaces to establish cooling ducts of uniform width. The holder-case has flow inlets opened through the first surface plate and exhaust outlets opened through the second surface plate. The power supply apparatus uses the fan to divide and induce air flow through flow inlets into a plurality of partitions, and expels air which has passed through cooling ducts out the exhaust outlets thereby cooling power modules disposed inside the partitions.

The power source holds a plurality of parallel oriented power modules in a holder-case. The holder-case is provided with cover-casings on both sides and intermediate-casings between them. Holder ribs project from the insides of cover-casings and from both sides of intermediate-casings for arranging power modules in a plurality of rows and retaining them in fixed positions. Cover-casings on both sides and intermediate-casings are joined to sandwich and hold the plurality of rows of power modules in fixed positions via the holder ribs.

Power source containing rechargeable batteries

A clamshell type image forming apparatus, in which a process cartridge included in an upper structure is supported pivotably to a fixed position and a dismounting position against the upper structure, a developing unit included in a lower structure is supported thereon pivotably to a position just opposing to an image holding medium and a position spaced therefrom, and a plate spring which urges the developing unit toward a position spaced from the image holding medium is disposed on the lower structure side, and a plate spring which urges the developing unit toward a position just opposing to the image holding medium is disposed on the upper structure side, thereby inconveniences produced by providing the process cartridge on the upper structure are solved, and by reducing a collision between the developing unit and the image holding medium due to the open-and-close operation of the upper structure, it is possible to prevent a damage of the process cartridge including the image holding medium.
