A combination valve includes a valve seat, a diaphragm valve element, a pilot system to automatically bring the diaphragm valve element into or out of contact with the valve seat by use of air pressure, and a manual system to hold the diaphragm valve element in contact with the valve seat even while air pressure is supplied. In the combination valve, a piston rod is provided such that, when the handle is turned to move the manual stem in a seating direction while the diaphragm valve element and the valve seat are separated from each other, the piston rod moves in the seating direction relative to a first piston and a second piston that are pushed by the air pressure in a separating direction.

Combination valve

A manual valve provided with a valve body and a handle includes a lock mechanism to which a lock is attachable. The lock mechanism includes a movable member provided with first and second plate portions, and a support rod pivotally supporting the movable member. The movable member includes a mating hole engageable with only the handle placed in a fully-closed position. The movable member is guided along a guide hole through which the support rod is inserted to move between a locking position where the mating hole is engaged with the handle to lock the handle and an unlocking position where the mating hole is not engaged with the handle to allow rotation of the handle.

Manual valve and pneumatic device

A fluid control valve for controlling high-temperature fluid includes: a valve body including a valve chamber communicating with first and second flow passages, and a valve seat provided in the valve chamber; a metal diaphragm that contacts with and separates from the valve seat; a stem that moves the metal diaphragm up and down; and an actuator that drives the stem. The first flow passage includes a first orifice having a diameter set to 50% or less of a diameter of the second flow passage. Alternatively, the second flow passage includes a second orifice having a diameter set to 50% or less of the diameter of the second flow passage. The diameter of the second flow passage is calculated by converting a cylindrical flow passage area defined between the valve seat and the metal diaphragm when separated from the valve seat into a diameter of a circular flow passage.

Fluid control valve

A manual opening/closing valve includes a manual handle, a valve element, a valve seat, an input port, and an output port. The manual opening/closing valve is arranged to move the valve element into contact with the valve seat when the manual handle is rotated, so that the valve is placed in a cutoff state in which communication between the input port and the output port is cut off, wherein the cutoff state includes a first cutoff state established when the manual handle is rotated to a first angle and a second cutoff state established when the manual handle is rotated to a second angle at which rotation operation force to the manual handle is converted to a cutoff load to be applied to the valve seat.

Assuming that a thickness of the valve seat portion in a radial direction of the valve seat member is a first thickness t(0&#x3c;t), a second thickness tcorresponding to a height of the valve seat member in a direction along an axis of the fluid control valve is determined in a range of 0.5 t&#x2266;t&#x2266;1.5 t

To provide a low-cost air-operated valve, an air-operated valve comprises a piston, a cylinder in which the piston is allowed to slide by operation air, and a valve section to be driven by sliding movement of the piston. The cylinder includes an outer member having a hollow portion and an inner member loaded in the hollow portion of the outer member to define a piston chamber in which the piston is allowed to slide.

To provide a gasket holder facilitating attachment and detachment of the gasket holder and capable of preventing positional shift and detachment of a gasket, a first gasket holding portion formed in a straight line and a second gasket holding portion formed in a curved line are provided to a gasket retainer, a gasket is held by three point support of a recess of the first gasket holding portion and recesses and of the second gasket holding portion, and bending portions and of the gasket retainer are bent and are held by stopper holes of a flow rate control valve block.
