A power supply terminal structure includes: a circuit board; and a power supply terminal having a pair of terminal parts projected from the circuit board. The pair of terminal parts has: a retaining part that retains by clamping a terminal of a motor; a guide part located above the retaining part; and an elastic deformation part located below the retaining part. An interval between tip ends of the pair of terminal parts is increased as extending upward, and the guide part is displaced to increase the interval when the terminal of the motor is retained by the retaining part. The elastic deformation part is elastically deformable to displace a tip end of the guide part, and is curved to protrude in the width direction. The pair of terminal parts is separated from a convex part of the motor in a retaining state.

Power supply terminal structure and method for assembling motor

A drive control device performs a mode change with a constant current between a first mode in which an opening degree of a refrigerant passage is changed in a first flow region where a flow rate of refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant passage is lower than or equal to a predetermined value and a second mode in which the opening degree of the refrigerant passage is changed in a second flow region where the flow rate of refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant passage is higher than the predetermined value. The drive control device increases a value of the constant current at the mode change to be larger than a value of a constant current when the opening degree of the refrigerant passage is changed in the first mode.

Expansion valve device

The present disclosure simplifies the H-bridge circuit of the direct current motor for driving the damper (door) that switches the air passages in the indoor unit of an air conditioning device. The control device for an air conditioner that takes in inside or outside air and conditions the air inside an air conditioning unit using an evaporator and a heater core is provided with: a first actuator and a second actuator that drive the multiple dampers installed inside the air conditioning unit for switching the air passages; and three half-bridge circuits that control the first actuator and the second actuator sharing one of the half-bridge circuits. Of the multiple dampers, the first actuator is connected to the inside/outside air switching damper. Of the multiple dampers, the second actuator is connected to at least one air mix damper.

Control device for air conditioner

When a control device of a motor controller simultaneously rotates a first DC motor and a second DC motor by controlling a first circuit, a second circuit and a third circuit, the second circuit is shared. Further, the control device controls each of switch elements of the shared second circuit by using pulse-width modulation. Accordingly, the drive of the first DC motor and the second DC motor can be controlled with high accuracy by the change of a duty ratio of each of the switch elements of the shared second circuit.

Motor controller

A heat sink member divides a circuit board into a first circuit part and a second circuit part. The first circuit part includes circuit elements, such as a transistor, an electric current sensing resistor and a choke coil, which generate heat upon operation thereof. The second circuit part includes a control circuit, which controls operation of the motor.

Drive circuit device and motor having the same

An electric fan system has a first electric blowerwhich utilizes a brushless motor, and a second electric blower, which utilizes a brushed motor, for distributing the cooling air to the radiator and the condenser. The system has an electronic engine control unit which activates only the first electric blower when it determines that the cooling water temperature is less than Tand activates both the first and second electric blowers when it determines that the cooling water temperature is Tor higher. The water temperature is based on a detection output from a cooling water temperature sensor. Thus, since the electric blower is not activated unless the cooling water temperature becomes Tor higher, use of the brushed motor is limited and its life is increased.
