Provided is a power slide window which can synchronize the winding and unwinding movements of the upper drive cables and the lower drive cables, and can be assembled with ease. The power slide window () includes an upper drive cable (U) connected to an upper part of the slide panel and extending from the slide panel in a lateral direction along a surface of the window glass pane, a lower drive cable (D) connected to a lower part of the slide panel and extending from the slide panel in the lateral direction along the surface of the window glass pane, a first pulley () configured to be rotatably driven by the drive source to wind and unwind the upper drive cable, a second pulley () configured to be rotatably driven by the drive source to wind and unwind the lower drive cable, and a coupling structure () provided between the first pulley and the second pulley to allow the first pulley and the second pulley to be joined to each other at a selected relative angular relationship.

Power slide window

An opening formed in a window glass pane is smoothly opened and closed by a slide panel slidingly driven along a panel surface of the window glass pane and along a direction orthogonal to the panel surface. The guide rail () is provided with a pin guide groove () including a groove main portion () and a groove extension portion (). A slider () is provided with a pin drive groove () extending in a direction crossing the panel surface. The slide panel is provided with at least one pin () projecting into the pin drive groove and the pin guide groove so that the slide panel is positioned in a closed position when the pin is positioned in the groove extension portion, and in an open position when the pin is positioned in the groove main portion.

An openable roof window includes: a window panel configured to be slidable along a guide rail to selectively open and close an opening in a roof and tiltable relative to a base frame; a slider having a pin and driven by a drive device to slide along the guide rail; an engagement structure that selectively engages the slider with the window panel such that they are unmovable relative to each other in a direction along the guide rail; and the engagement structure includes a stay fixedly secured to the window panel and having a cam groove formed therein, the cam groove engaging the pin of the slider and having a shape defined such that, when the engagement structure does not engage the slider with the window panel, the window panel is caused to tilt as the slider moves relative to the stay as a result of sliding of the slider along the guide rail.

Openable roof window

Provided is a sunroof apparatus including a movable roof panel installed in an opening in a fixed outer roof panel of a vehicle, a drive slider to move in a front-rear direction along a fixed guide frame, and a panel support stay interposing between the roof panel and the drive slider to support the roof panel. The roof panel is tilted up and moves backward by a backward moving of the panel support stay while the panel support stay is in an inclined position, as the drive slider slides backward. A part of a plurality of engagement portions between the panel support stay and the drive slider is located rearward more than a rear edge of the opening when the opening is fully opened.

Sunroof apparatus

Provided is a mounting structure for mounting a film-shaped electric device to a glass panel, comprising: a resin panel attached to a surface of the film-shaped electric device to form a panel-shaped electric device having first and second edges; and first and second retaining members attached to one surface of the glass panel in correspondence with the first and second edges of the panel-shaped electric device, respectively, each first and second retaining member defining a groove such that the groove opens toward a region of the glass panel to be covered by the panel-shaped electric device, wherein the panel-shaped electric device is retained by the first and second retaining members with the first and second edges of the panel-shaped electric device being received in the corresponding grooves such that the surface of the film-shaped electric device having the resin panel attached thereto faces away from the glass panel.

Mounting structure for film-shaped electric device

There is provided a sunshade apparatus comprising a pair of guide rails, a screen to move along each guide rail, and a roll-up device to send off or roll up the screen. The roll-up device comprises a roll-up shaft having bending flexibility, a pair of end members disposed at both ends of the roll-up shaft, a pair of support members to support each end member, and an abutment member including a push-up portion to bend the roll-up shaft so as to protrude upward and a positioning portion to be disposed on the side of the opening relatively to the roll-up shaft to position the roll-up shaft. Each end member is formed so as to be movable relatively to each support member in an open-close direction when the opening is opened or closed by use of the screen.

A sunroof device which includes a roof panel that is openable/closable, a front slider that is connected to the roof panel via a pin engaging unit that is comprised of the first lift guide groove and the first lift guide pin, a rear slider that is connected to the roof panel via a pin engaging unit that is comprised of a second lift guide groove and a second lift guide pin, and a driving motor that drives the front slider and the rear slider, wherein the first lift guide pin is positioned in the second horizontal stroke which is a horizontal groove and the second lift guide pin is positioned in the second horizontal stroke that is a horizontal groove when the roof panel is completely tilted up.

Sunroof device

The present invention provides a roll-up shade apparatus for a vehicle with enhanced assemblability. This roll-up shade apparatus includes a shade that opens and closes an internal opened part of a roof; a retractor that rolls up the shade from a base-end thereof; second wire drums disposed in coaxial with the retractor, a wire being wound around each of the second wire drums that winds up or feeds the wire together with an opening/closing of the shade; elastic members that engage the retractor with the second wire drums. The retractor includes a pipe retractor and cap retractors in a cylindrical shape each having a bottom, which are fit inside the pipe retractor, and each of the elastic members is installed inside the cap retractor in such a manner that one end of the elastic member is engaged with one of the second wire drums and the other end of the elastic member is engaged with the bottom of the cap retractor, and each of the cap retractors locked to each opening end portion of the pipe retractor so as to rotate together with the pipe retractor.

Roll-up shade apparatus for a vehicle

In a deflector device for a sunroof device, a pair of arm members () extend in a fore and aft direction, and are each pivotally supported by a fixed roof panel part at a rear end thereof, and a blade () extends laterally between front ends of the arm members. A link member (') is pivotally connected to a fixed roof part at a base end thereof, and engaged by an intermediate part of each arm member at a free end thereof so that the free end may be moveable along a lengthwise direction, and a coil spring (&#x2032;) is connected between the free end of the link member and a part of the arm member so as to urge the arm member in an upward direction. Thereby, the blade can be supported in the deployed or raised position with an adequate spring force.

Deflector device for a sunroof device

There is provided a roll-up shade apparatus which can ensure a larger open dimension of a shade. The roll-up shade apparatus comprises a pair of first wire drums which travel and rotate in a wire wind-up direction or a wire feed direction when the shade is moved in the open direction or the closing direction, a pair of second wire drums which are coupled to a retractor so as to be rotatable together with the retractor, and which are rotatably provided at both sides of the retractor coaxially therewith so that a wire wind-up direction becomes opposite to a shade wind-up direction of the retractor, and a pair of wires suspended between the respective first and second wire drums so that the second wire drums rotate in a wire feed direction or in a wire wind-up direction when the first wire drums rotate in the wire wind-up direction or in the wire feed direction, respectively.
