A current sensor includes a plurality of individual sensors and a wiring case. Each of the individual sensors includes an electrical-conduction member through which a measurement current to be measured flows, a magnetoelectric converter and an insulating sensor housing. The magnetoelectric converter converts a measurement magnetic field caused by a flow of the measurement current into an electric signal. The sensor housing accommodates the electrical-conduction member and the magnetoelectric converter therein. The wiring case is larger than the sensor housing. The wiring case includes an insulating integrated housing in which the plurality of individual sensors is fixed, and an input/output wiring disposed in the integrated housing and electrically connected to the megnetoelectric converter of each of the plurality of individual sensors.

Current sensor

A current sensor includes a wiring board, a shield, an insulating sensor housing, and a shield adhesive. The wiring board and the shield are accommodated in the sensor housing. The sensor housing has a shield support part to support the shield, and a shield adhesion part. An application surface of the shield adhesion part is further from the shield than a contact surface of the shield support part. The shield is mounted on the contact surface of the shield support part, and the shield adhesive is disposed between the application surface of the shield adhesion part and the shield. The shield and the wiring board are aligned with and spaced from each other in the sensor housing.

The current sensor has a conductive member through which a current to be measured flows in a predetermined direction, and a magneto electric converter facing and spaced apart from the conductive member in an intersecting direction intersecting the predetermined direction. An opposing portion of the conductive member facing the magneto electric converter has an annular shape in which two tip surfaces face each other via a gap around the predetermined direction. The magneto electric converter is opposed to the hollow portion, arranged in the opposing portion having an annular shape, in the intersecting direction via the gap.

The current sensor for the current path includes: the current path; a magnetic detection unit having a magnetic detection element opposed to the current path and converting an alternating-current magnetic field generated from the current path into an electric signal, a signal line and a reference potential line; and a wiring board, on which the magnetic detection unit is mounted, having an insulation base and a wiring with a signal wiring connected to the signal line and a reference potential wiring connected to the reference potential line. A part of the signal wiring and a part of the reference potential wiring are arranged inside the insulation base.

Electric current sensor

A current sensor detects a current flowing through a current path. The current sensor includes plural sensor elements, and each sensor element has a current path, a magnetic detector, a first magnetic shield and a second magnetic shield. The magnetic detector faces a part of the current path. A part of the current path and the magnetic detector are positioned between the first and second magnetic shields. The second magnetic field, the current path, the magnetic detector and the first magnetic shield are stacked in order along a stacking direction in each sensor element. The plural sensor elements are disposed adjacently to each other in a direction perpendicular to the stacking direction. The current path has a facing part facing the magnetic detector, and a first bent part bending from the facing part toward the second magnetic shield.

A current sensor, which is configured to individually detect a current flowing in each of at least two current paths, includes at least two phases. Each phase includes a magnetic field detection element and a pair of first magnetic shield and second magnetic shield. The magnetic field detection element is disposed to face one of the current paths. The magnetic field detection element is configured to detect a magnetic field generated from the one of the current paths and to convert the detected magnetic field into an electric signal. The first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shield are disposed to face each other with the current path and the magnetic field detection element interposed between the first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shield. The first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shield are configured to shield the magnetic field detection element from an external magnetic field.

A current sensor device includes: at least one bus bar; at least one sensor package that includes a magneto-electric conversion element which detects a current flowing through the bus bar and an external connection terminal which is electrically connected to the magneto-electric conversion element; a printed circuit board that is disposed on the sensor package opposite to the bus bar, and electrically connected to the terminal; a magnetic shield body that shields the magneto-electric conversion element from an external magnetic field; and a resin element that integrally holds at least a part of the magnetic shield body and the bus bar fixed to the sensor package.

Current sensor device

A current sensor device includes a bus bar that is to be connected to a plate-shaped terminal of a semiconductor device, a magnetoelectric conversion element that is configured to detect a current flowing through the bus bar, and a resin portion that integrally holds the magnetoelectric conversion element and the bus bar. The bus bar has one end protruding from the resin portion, and the one end of the bus bar includes a penetration portion defined by wall surfaces. The wall surfaces includes a pair of opposing wall surfaces opposing to each other. At least one of the opposing wall surfaces is configured to be connected to the terminal.

A current sensor includes a magnetic detection element that senses a magnetic flux generated from a current path to perform electromagnetic conversion, and at least two magnetic shields that are arranged around the magnetic detection element and shield an external magnetic flux affecting the magnetic detection element. The at least two magnetic shields include a first magnetic shield and a second magnetic shield facing each other across the magnetic detection element and the current path. At least one of the first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shield includes at least two base portions and a coupling portion coupling the at least two base portions. The at least one of the first magnetic shield and the second magnetic field has a recess recessed from a periphery in a surface facing the other of the first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shield.
