A display change device is formed by connecting and thereby integrating an installation/removal device and a card display change device together. The card installation/removal device is configured to have at a back side thereof a pressure reception wall, at a further back side of which a position adjustment mechanism part is provided. The position adjustment mechanism part is configured to include a seat member, a moving part, and a drive part. The position adjustment mechanism part is configured to strike and move the card installation/removal device by an eccentric cam. The position adjustment mechanism part moves the eccentric cam far from the pressure reception wall under the condition that a reaction force Fr received by the eccentric cam becomes larger than a force Fa for pulling the moving part toward the pressure reception wall side.

Installation/removal device, display change device, and dosing system

A display change device is formed by connecting and thereby integrating an installation/removal device and a card display change device together. The card installation/removal device is configured to have at a back side thereof a pressure reception wall, at a further back side of which a position adjustment mechanism part is provided. The position adjustment mechanism part is configured to include a seat member, a moving part, and a drive part. The position adjustment mechanism part is configured to strike and move the card installation/removal device by an eccentric cam. A medicine supply system including a cart supply line () on which a plurality of carts () are disposed and aligned; a first transport unit for transporting the plurality of carts () on the cart supply line (); a tray discharge unit () for storing the trays () in the plurality of carts; a second transport unit for transporting the plurality of carts with the trays stored in the tray discharge unit; a cart discharge line () on which the plurality of carts transported by the second transport unit are aligned; a tray supply lifter () for supplying the trays; a tray transport line () for transporting the trays supplied by the tray supply lifter to the tray discharge unit; a medicine dispensing unit () for dispensing the medicine to the trays, and a control unit () for supplying the trays from the tray supplying lifterbased on prescription data, dispensing the medicine into the trays, transporting the trays to the tray discharge unit, and storing the trays into the carts.

Medicine supply system

A tray discharge apparatus which is capable of automatically discharging and storing medicine-filled trays in carts and aligning the carts. The apparatus includes a cart standby portion () for putting a cart () transported from a cart supply line () on standby; and a tray supply portion () having a tray shift unit () for sequentially storing trays () in storage areas () of the cart transported from the cart standby portion. The tray supply portion is operable to align the carts with the stored trays relative to a tray discharge line () that is juxtaposed to the tray supply line. Also, a cart shift member () is provided for moving the cart to the tray supply portion from the cart standby portion.

Tray discharge device

A bucket carrier for carrying buckets () to store them in each storage shelf of a cart (), the bucket carrier comprising a holding means () for holding buckets (), and carrier means () for carrying the buckets () held by the holding means () to each storage shelf () of the cart (). The arrangement is such that the holding means () and a transfer means () are drive-controlled so that the buckets () are stored in the storage shelves () obliquely from above. Thereby, the buckets () can be automatically stored in the cart ().

Bucket transfer apparatus

A medicine tray storage member () capable of storing medicine trays () in a stacked condition includes: a tray support member () for supporting the medicine trays (); a tray transport member () having a transport mechanism for transporting the medicine trays (), the tray transport member constituting a part of the tray transport line (); and a control portion for allowing the tray support member () to move down to put the stacked medicine trays () on the tray transport member (), thereby allowing the tray support member () to support and move up the next medicine tray () positioned above the lowermost one, and allowing the tray transport member () to supply the medicine tray () situated at the lowermost position to the tray transport line (). The tray transport member () includes cut out portions () receiving movable leg portions () of a carrier () on which the medicine trays () in a stacked state are loaded.
