Polyurea crosslinked particles for a transport device member are provided that have high acid resistance, increase long-term retainability when included in a coating film, and are capable of maintaining a high sliding property for a long time. The polyurea crosslinked particles for a transport device member are particles formed of reactants of a self-emulsifying isocyanate having two or more isocyanate groups and a non-self-emulsifying isocyanate having two or more isocyanate groups and having a ring structure in the presence of water and a crosslink density thereof is 1&#xd7;10mol/g or more.

[Task] In a sliding member comprising a substrate and a coating layer provided thereon, the coating layer has a sliding surface and is formed of a resin-based coating and particles of a solid lubricant dispersed therein. The orientation ratio of (001) plane of the solid lubricant is enhanced. [Means for Solution] The coating layer of a sliding layer has an average thickness of 3 &#x3bc;m or less. The particles of the solid lubricant have 2 &#x3bc;m or more of an average particle diameter as measured by the laser diffraction method. The solid lubricant dispersed has 90% or more of relative C-axis intensity ratio.

Sliding member

A bearing seal structure includes: a ridge portion provided on an inner race; a groove portion provided on an outer race; and a grease reservoir that is defined by the ridge portion and the groove portion and contains grease for providing a seal between the inner race and outer race.

A sealing device for an axle bearing includes a lubricant maintained on sliding contact surfaces, thereby suppressing elevation of torque due to the depletion of grease. A lubricant-adsorbing layer comprises a thickener and a binder. The lubricant comprises a base oil and a thickener. The thickener and the thickener are mutually attracted. A lubricant layer of a prescribed thickness is formed on the lubricant-adsorbing layer. This lubricant layer adheres closely to the lubricant-adsorbing layer making it difficult to separate the lubricant layer from the lubricant-adsorbing layer.

Sealing device for axle bearing

[Task] The solid-lubricant layer applied on the surface of Al or Cu-based bearing alloy is improved so as to satisfactorily demonstrate the properties of the solid lubricant. [Means for Solution] The solid lubricant dispersed in the solid-lubricant solid-lubricant layer exhibits 85% or more of the relative C axis intensity ratio defined below. The relative C axis intensity ratio=the accumulative intensity of (002), (004) and (008) planes relative to the accumulative intensity of (002), (004), (100), (101), (102), (103), (105), (110) and (008) planes detected by X ray diffraction.
