(Object) To enable, in an operation of supplying a medicine to a medicine cassette, in which it is typical that the medicine once put in a vial bottle is recovered to a medicine cassette (medicine receiving container), an operation of specifying the medicine cassette to which the medicine is to be supplied to be performed more accurately and more efficiently. (Solving Means) Information used for specifying the medicine is read by reading a prescription code (d) recorded as a bar code on a vial bottle (S) or is input as search information through an operation portion (S). As a result, a cassette shelf () (cassette code (d)) to which a medicine cassette () for receiving the medicine corresponding to the input information is mounted is specified (S, S), and a shelf lamp () provided to the specified cassette shelf () is brought into a predetermined notification display state (blinking state).

Medicine dispenser

A tablet feeder including a tablet accommodating section () capable of accommodating a multiplicity of tablets A; a tablet array member () which is disposed in the tablet accommodating section () and which, while being driven and rotated, retains the tablets A one after another in pockets () formed in an outer periphery thereof and discharges the tablets at a discharge position; and a partitioning member () whose partitioning portion () having a shape of a brush partitions the pocket () so that the upper tablets A do not fall into the lower pocket (). Thereby, the tablets A that are retained in the pocket () of the tablet array member () are discharged in a predetermined number. The partitioning member () includes a plurality of brush elements () constituting a partitioning portion (). At least part of the brush elements () each has a tip that is bent in a U-shape. Thus, deformation of the brush elements (), constituting the partitioning member (), can be surely prevented.

Tablet feeder

To automatically eliminate clogging of tablets, a tablet filling device provides a cassette body including a tablet cassette, having tablets, a rotor having a groove for holding a tablet, and a discharge port for discharging the tablet held by the groove. The cassette body includes a worm gear in mesh with a gear fixed to a shaft of the rotor. A carrying member is adapted to approach the tablet cassette while holding a tablet container. The tablet filling device is equipped with a drive shaft engaged with the worm gear to rotate the rotor via the gear. The tablet container is carried to the tablet cassette by the carrying member and, when a rotation of the rotor stops halfway through dispensing of tablets, the worm gear is moved in the axial direction of the drive shaft of the carrying member to cause the rotor to make a reverse rotation.

Tablet filling device

A tablet feeder that is simple in construction and yet capable of accurately preventing drawbacks from occurring due to jamming of medicine or the like. A motor () installed on a case support block () is driven to rotate a rotor () disposed in a medicine receiving case () through a plurality of gears. The tablets received in the medicine receiving case () are held in the pockets () of the rotor () and are moved to a discharge section () to discharge tablets therefrom. The gearing is composed of a driving gear () connected to the rotary shaft of the motor (), and a driven gear () meshing with the driving gear (). Installed in either of the power transmission paths extending from the motor () to the rotor () through the two gears () is a power cut-off section () that cuts off the power from the motor () when a force of a predetermined value or above acts on the rotor ().

Medicine feeder

The present invention provides a tablet feeder in which a rotor can smoothly rotate to discharge tablets in spite of a large volume type of tablet containing case having a simple construction. A support portion is provided in the tablets containing case and positioned above at least one of the pocket portions for preventing the weight of the tablets acting on the pocket portions from resisting the rotation of the rotor

A tablet feeder can smoothly and continuously discharge all tablets in a case to the last one. The tablet feeder includes a tablet storage case and a support member. A rotor is rotatably mounted in the case on an inner bottom thereof. A plurality of pockets are formed in the outer periphery of the rotor at predetermined intervals. The rotor is rotated by a motor through a gear. A high-friction member is provided on the inner bottom of the case to prevent tablets from remaining on a boundary between the rotor and the inner bottom while bridging the rotor and the inner bottom.
